Welcome to my channel, my name is winnie g and, if you're new here and if you're returning hey girl, how you doing in today's video i'm showing you guys how i installed this 5x5 closure, wig, really really easy for a messy like wavy. So if you guys want to see how i got this kind of messy tasseled, rockstar e wavy, look then go ahead and keep watching okay. So i'm starting off with my wig cap already on, i applied a little bit of bronzer to it. I'M actually getting ready to go out, so i wanted to kind of show you guys a little bit more in real time what my closure installs look like um, because i kind of know how i want to style my hair already, i'm going to go ahead and Plug in my hot comb, that's the trick to get your stuff to go quickly. Each step doesn't take a long time, but it's the prep for the steps like make sure you got your curling irons plugged in get your music going, get everything you need, get your little mirrors set up so that you can go straight through the process. Okay, so i bleached the knots on the wig already and i went ahead and pressed it out for the most part. I didn't give it too heavy of a press, but it should be nice and late to install. I have my adjustable strap put on pretty tight. So that my closure can lay really flat okay, so everything is laying really nicely so far. I kind of like how big and blown out it looks. So i'm going to slide it back, so we can apply it with our even wonderlace extreme foam holes. I love this stuff. I started off with a small bottle. I used it all in one to get another one and i'm just going to apply it starting about an inch behind the hairline all right. So the edges should be nice and laid, and now i need to go ahead and do my baby hair to clean up the part, i'm taking a little bit of a foundation that matches my complexion. I'M using this mare, beauty, perfecting complexion sticks it's a cream formula. So it works really really well and then i'm using a black eyeshadow to go in and fill in around the part. You can use a root cover up spray or whatever you have on hand. I prefer to use powder just because i have a little bit more control and it's not as dark as the root cover-up spray. Everybody has different preferences. I love this palette. It'S the nine team, neutral territory palette by morphe, i'm so mad, oh, my god, i'm so mad! Okay! Let me finish this video. I have a heart attack, so this is the hair. So far, it's super pretty, but i want to add a little bit of a cut to the front, so i'm gon na part out my hair from the crown to by my ear, and it doesn't have to be perfect. This is like my go-to in a rush. Hairstyle and i'm starting right under my chin and i'm just going to layer the hair super lightly, i'm kind of taking the scissors up and down. So it's not super blunt and i'm just adding some light layering to the hair. As you can see, this has a little bit more shape than this. So that's all i'm gon na cut for this look. Normally, i don't cut anything from the bottom just because it doesn't really matter if the bottom looks clean cut for like a messy wavy. Look. I'M about to go with my hair so that we can add the product in to make it wavy, i'm right back. So i have the hair thoroughly damp. I didn't get the roots super wet, but i wanted to make sure i got the bangs wet and the ends of the hair. So i'm taking a pump of john created for these and i'm just going to scrunch this into the hair, and you want to make sure you get those bangs because that's where you really need a good way to frame your face. So i'm scrunching this product and scrunching this product and you can use a foam or something like that, but i actually found this technique on accident. Brushing um and a foam is just a little too crispy cracky. For me, i like soft messy hair, so i'm going in with this super spray holds olive oil fixing spray and now i'm going to just spray this kind of lightly on the hair and i'm taking my little denman brush, it's like a fake denim brush curl. I got it from people supply, but i'm just taking like a paddle brush and i'm going to brush all of that product through. I know we were just getting some really pretty weights and you're not going to want to like waste them, but it's really important to brush the product through, so that the hair isn't crunchy as spots and then with my fingers. I'M going to just break through everything, because you don't want it to stick together, or else you'll get like a weird uni wave and it won't look really voluminous okay product in finger combs and now we're gon na scrunch. You can scrunch with just your hands. You can scrunch with a t-shirt. You can scrunch with a microfiber towel, make sure it's laying nice in the back, because you don't want to have like a heart stuck in your hair and then i'm going to just continue to scrunch for about two to three minutes and i'm kind of switching from Side to side all right, so we have everything, nice and scrunched, and i'm gon na come back once it dries to show you guys the finished messy wavy. Look i like the wet look too. If you apply a little bit more hairspray or like a pomade, you can keep it. This wet kind of kim k met gala vibe, but yeah girl, i'm gon na, be i need to clean this damn eyeshadow up, i'm just a little bit upset about that. Okay, so my hair is about 90 dry, so this is the finished. Look, it's really messy, but i have a little bit of definition, especially right around the face, which is where i wanted to. You know, have a little bit of body and create some shape. So the hair is super beachy and wavy super super cute. I really love this hairstyle. It'S my go-to hairstyle when i'm in a rush, especially when i have a wavy or a body wave wig people don't really take advantage of the texture on body wave. Wigs, like yes, it's not like the most wavy, but i feel like it gives a really really pretty like tassel, look, which i love. Okay, so this is the finished look.
