How To Customize And Install 5X5 Hd Lace Closure Wig | Bleaching Knots + Plucking | Asteria Hair

Hey y'all, so i am back with another hair tutorial. If you guys would like to see how i achieved this look continue to keep on watching okay y'all, so i never showed this process, but i was like you know what let's show the girls, how i bleach the knots and wash the hair. All of that so y'all gon na see it in this video. I use the l'oreal quick blue. This is one of my favorite powders to use, and i also use the um salon care 30 volume, sometimes i'll use 50, sometimes i'll use 40, but i feel like 30 is best because it doesn't over bleach too too quick. So i do like a one-in-one ratio. Really, this is like doing a science experiment: y'all like you're you're, making science you're making artwork right now. Okay, so i do it until it gets very smooth and you want to make sure it's not super runny and you don't want to have it too caked up. You want this type of consistency, kind of like frosting, and this video is sponsored by asteria. I don't want to smudge it too too much and then it like pushed towards like the hairs. We don't want that to over bleach, so i'm gon na show y'all how i prevent the bleach from like seeping through. So you want to make sure that you're kind of pulling it. I learned this from slate by jordan and basically, all you're doing is just pulling the hair strand so that they're not actually laying you want them to kind of stand up so to speak, so that the bleach won't just bleach the hairs you want it to just Bleach, the lace and the knots, but not the hair strands itself: okay, y'all! So once i do that, i allow the bleach to sit on the hair for like 30 to 40 minutes, sometimes an hour. It depends on the lace. It depends on how big the knots are, but it took maybe 20 minutes for it to like get to how i want it to be, and i do let my unit sit outside in the sun to fasten the process and then now, i'm just taking some lukewarm Water and basically getting rid of all of that bleach and i'm also about to start the washing process. I always try to wash my units before putting it on my head on my hair. You know what i'm saying so i just want to be cautious about it, but look at that. The lace is definitely given. It does have a little orange tint to it, but i'm going to use my purple shampoo to help tone the um, the lace some more so i'm taking the garnier fructis. I use this shampoo and conditioner on my natural hair as well. I never have problems. It smells so good and it's very affordable or i'll use like the dove, shampoo, sometimes and conditioners, but yeah. This is my go-to and she has not felt me yet. I always try to start at the bottom and work my way to the top or i'll go in sections. Try to make sure you don't like put your hair in like a crumbled up ball like don't. Do it just finger finger comb it? Basically, that's the um hair that came out of the unit, which is normal whenever you're doing like the bleaching process. Sometimes some of the hair strands will shed, but as long as you're, not getting globs and globs of hair you're good. But i promise y'all and i stand on this. Asteria hair has some top-notch quality, so we are definitely good the luster everything was on point. It was very soft, very silky, like it's giving luxury okay, so i did have some orange still in my lace, but i'm gon na take my purple shampoo to help tone the orange down just like that. Okay, so i'm gon na put it on the hair and on the lace we want that brassiness to go away. Sometimes i actually like the brassiness. I don't know why it's kind of weird but yeah we're just gon na put this all over the lace i like to pat it in and then like kind of scrub it in so to speak, and then i let it sit for like 15 to 20 minutes And do it works and everything and then i'm gon na go back wash it out and then get ready to condition the hair, okay y'all. So once the purple shampoo is gone, most of the brassiness is going away. So now i can start conditioning the hair. I do allow the hair to condition overnight, but because i was filming during the daytime and it was scorching hot, i put the hair in a bag and just let it sit for like two hours outside i rinsed it with cold water went back outside. Let it air dry and then i started to pluck and style the unit, my um, so let me tell y'all i was so indecisive about what i wanted to do with this unit. As far as like the styling, i was like okay, i'm gon na. Do it straight with a middle part, and i was like no i'm gon na do straight with the side part. No, i'm gon na do a side part with curls. So that's what i ended up doing so the first two days. I left it um with the middle part straight, but then i changed it like. I just i don't know y'all straight hair. It'S it's! Okay, like i just love curls. I guess because my face is so round. I don't know, but that's what we did. We did some curls, so i am taking this bowl hold. This is the extreme cream. If i'm not mistaken, i did two layers two light layers. I didn't do too much because y'all know i don't wear like lace glue like that. I always do the sprays, so yeah a little bit went a long way so now we're gon na go ahead and adhere this unit to our head. I did apply some of the ruby kisses foundation cream to the unit and i did my baby hairs and stuff while it was on the mannequin head all of that jazz, and here i am changing the part and things okay me and right here. You really can tell like the list of this hair is just on point like everything was just so nice and uniform. I love to see i hate when i have those little flat iron, streaks y'all. I i hate them: okay, okay, y'all! So, on the second day, i ended up cutting the hair at the ends. Just to give it more of like that bluntness i wanted the even cut and then um. I did my makeup and things and ended up curling it so, like i said y'all, i was doing a lot of multitasking doing a lot of work all in one okay, because stop playing with me, yeah i'ma, just take my wand, curler and my flat irons and We'Re just gon na do some carefree careless curls all right y'all.
