Fulani Inspired Hairstyle - For Little Girls

Products Used:

Camille Rose's Brown Butter Melt

Curls' Curl Control Paste

Hi everyone thank you for watching again. So today, I'm gon na show you guys how I achieve this cute amazing royal Fulani inspired hairstyle. I already posted the shortened version of this video on my Instagram, and one of my followers was kind enough to infer me that this hairstyle is more specifically the traditional hairstyle of the Buddha Bay women. So let's just say that this is a tribute to them. I'M starting out from freshly washed hair - and the first thing I do is create my sections after I'm done, sectioning I'm applying a butter to her hair for this hairstyle. It'S crucial that you use of butter instead of the leave-in conditioner. If you use a leave-in conditioner because of the moisture it has, the hair will refer back and I do not want the hair to be perfect. I want the hair to be soft and shiny, but still straight so after we're finished, with the forward-facing grades, I'm starting on the two sections for the break that will be on our foreheads and I'm completely satisfied with my section. I always apply my favorite edge control I'll, make sure to mention the product in the description box below I'm finished with the small braids, it's time to start on the Mohawk braid and I'm using rubber bands, because they are the least visible after debride is done. So I tied up moist over here, but this piece will be the only piece and not tied up, because I want it to be as flat as possible over there now it's time to start braiding, her.she Melia has long hair, I'm splitting the ends of her hair Into twisting them up and then tucking them away into the big braids and I'll make sure to secure them with bobby pins later, I'm sorry that I didn't properly film this last part, but what I'm doing here is grabbing the smaller braids and then tucking them into The big braids, as I please so that was basically the hairstyle, but you guys know I'm all about accessories. So I'm gon na give you the scoop. I got my gold clips from Aliexpress. They are called thread, luck beads. They have an 11 millimeter hole and I got them from the reggae shop. African Matt pendant is also from Aliexpress and the shop. I got it from it's called y. I w you gift rate company and the gorgeous beads are also from Aliexpress. They are called dreadlock. Beads they are acrylic and they are from w q beauty. That was it guys. Thank you so much for watching. I hoped you liked the video. If you have any questions or comments, please leave them in a comment box below and I'll make sure to answer them. Asap

Which, I'm sure it's because your little girl was so bubbly at the end. And she saw another little girl getting her hair done.

Iam catcopo: Beautiful hairstyle n gorgeous young lady.

MissFrancene: Hi, I love your videos. I see that you live in the Netherlands. However, you speak perfect English. Are you American or Dutch? Either way you are beautiful. I’m asking because I’m American and I’m thinking of moving to the Netherlands. From my understanding racism is not really a problem in the Netherlands only socialism which is fine. I’m just tired of everything that is going on in America. One of my former teachers is from Amsterdam and I absolutely just love him and his family and he said I would love it there. Since you are of Afro decent.... Will you please advise on what it’s like to live in the Netherlands (maybe do a video!) as an Afro decent individual. I’m of Afro decent as well, however I recently found out that my family’s background is Creole which is basically all mixed with black and white on both sides. I’m light skinned with long hair. Here in America it has been hard for me as a light skinned black girl/now woman because a lot of dark skinned black girls/women don’t like me simply based on my looks until they get to know me. Then they say, “Oh, you are cool.” But they just do not like me from the beginning based on my looks. It’s very annoying, rude, and disrespectful! As a child growing up in a black neighborhood (till we moved) none of the dark skinned black girls ever liked me for no reason. I would come home crying daily. My mother told me that they were jealous, but failed to explain why??? I never knew till I got older because I didn’t see color as a kid. I really thought it was because I had a lazy eye. But, then as I got older guys would approach me and say you are extremely beautiful especially your eyes. My husband says my lazy eye makes me even more beautiful. But as a kids I was called all types of names regarding my lazy eye by dark skinned girls. It was terrible. Anyhow, .... Even in the workplace I have worked my butt off to succeed and another darker skinned black woman told me it’s only because I’m light skinned and pretty that I’ve been promoted so many times. I’m sick of colorism and racism here in America! It makes no sense. I’m just tired. It’s sad really. Even my darker cousins who have a different grandfather than me always called me the white girl. And I’m tire of white people here always saying you are beautiful for a black girl/woman or are you mulatto? Now with all of the race wars! It’s ridiculous! I’m just ready for a change! I’m ready to just be accepted for just being me! What is it like in the Netherlands? Please advise. Thank you.
