All About Hair Accessories || Chloe Brown

Hi guys welcome back to my channel. My name is Chloe brown. That'S like the most honest thing I could say I don't know anyways today, I'm gon na go over hair accessories. Now, with shorter hair, a lot of people get overwhelmed with hair accessories or things to do with it or stumped. Some okay, there's easy ways to use hair accessories. So I'm going to go through the easy ways. I'M gon na show you guys a few things. I'M gon na show you things that I've done in the past and do like you know little videos, that'll cut in and I'll do us a voiceover, but there's a way. I styled my hair today, I'm gon na put a link on how I did that and it'll be in the little eye. So you guys can go check that out and it's very helpful. So you know exactly how I styled my hair today to add the hair clips or hair accessories to them. Okay, right now, these are huge right now, these big chunky, hair clips and at first I was like. Oh, I don't really know how I feel about them. I ordered a few on Amazon and I ended up returning them because I didn't like the quality of them or I didn't like how they pulled out my hair. I got a couple of hair clips from goody as well. They were only a dollar, so I don't care, but they literally like pulled out my hair. Every time I would like clip it in my hair would fall out with it, so these, I think, are $ 13.99 on Amazon and there's a coupon that you can. Like add on to there to get an extra 10 % off, I thought that was a really good deal for all of these hair clips. I went to forever 21 and they're pretty expensive at 4:21, so anyways. These are like the most popular right now. These pearly ones they're really pop. Can you see that, with my white background, oh okay, these pearly ones they're super cute though, and at first I was like I don't really know, but now I'm like super cute. I do I dig them. I think they are fun. So here is a way that you can wear your hair with your hair parted like this. Just add it to the side, or you can just tuck your hair behind your ear and add it like that or another way you can do it is I like bringing like a little piece of my bang over and then adding it to the side just like That, okay, cute cute cute cute fun right, I'm thirty guys! It'S okay, you! You can add a hair clips to your hair at first I was like I feel, like that's such like a four year old thing or like a kid in elementary school. My daughter wears these things, but I think they're they're a little bit different. Okay, I fell in love with this pack because it has the rose gold. I love the rose gold. Now you can add them like this. Are you going out in like this? It kind of just depends on if you want to see that clip or not. Now I know a lot of these have the clip ease I like to personally put them towards the back, so I can cover up my tees with that clip area. You can add to a lot of people are adding. I don't like I like one if I'm gon na add two with this pack. What I do is, I add one of these gold ones, so they have like a little gold cute one, and I will add that right below it or right above the clip, okay, they also have these pearl ones. You can add something like that now. I'Ve also seen it where people do like a top knot. Okay, say we do like a top knot. I will put a little eye up at the top for top knots as well. If you guys are interested in how I do that - and it's really quick, but you can just put this right in there at the front of your top knot, so it gives it a little accessory or I've seen people do it in the back where they do Their little top knot in the back or you can take a top knot and add a little hair tie with a little bow. I will put the link to all of the accessories that I suggest, but there is a link to a ton of these things on Amazon, a ton of them a ton of different colors, and you can use them on you and your daughter. If you have a daughter, but you can just do a simple messy ponytail up here, I honestly do this a lot. When I wash my face too, I use these things and I like to just do it loose, I like to tie it around two times kind of open up that bun and then have that little bow be right here and then like two bobby pins. So something like that cute, it adds a little a little something now. I also have this one and I'll put a video right here. For you guys to see it is a black scarf headband and I got it from forever 21. I love this thing. I love it so much. I wear it to the pool I actually like hop in the pool and get it wet, and it's totally fine. I love it, love it love it. I definitely highly suggest this thing, because the scarf is a little bigger, but it's not super long. You know the little tails of it to where it's just like. Oh, it's too big on your short hair. Now another great option is: I know that this is royal blue, but this one is my daughter's pipiens and I've done a little thing on my Instagram, where it shows exactly how I use these fun. Headbands reminds me of Madonna vibes with my hair like this, but um. I will put in a clip right here where I show exactly how I use these headbands absolutely love them because headwraps on short hair head wraps on anybody's hair, you have a weird shaped head. I have a weird shaped head. It seems like every single head wrap falls off of your head, so these are headbands. They fit my daughter's head, they fit my head, they're very stretchy and they're, not like tight on your temples either, and I like that you can move this bow around and it has wires on the boat. So you can have them stick up. You can have them. Lay down you can make them bigger if you want to make them like more circular. Looking it's kind of all up to you. They come in a five pack, 1199 on Amazon, a bunch of different colors, so I take them more muted colors and then I give my daughter like the bright pink in the bright blue, okay, actual head scarfs that usually typically fall off your head. I have a whole video on these. I think I did ten different ways to wear a scarf in your hair. I'Ll put the link here, so you can go click on that if you want to watch it. This is actually my grandma's and I know a lot of people ask where exactly I got it from, but it is just a silk square scarf and then I fold it many different ways and add it into my hair. The best way that I like to add it into my hair is just making it small and then taking it right here, adding a bow kind of thing and then flopping my hair. On top of it takes a second till I get all your hair out. That is probably my favorite way of wearing. This is just having it be like that, but again like I said it is a little more difficult to wear a scarf on your hair. Sometimes I have two bobby pin it in the back and it falls out sometimes not all the time, but sometimes so I definitely like those headband ones, the best. Sorry, I don't have a link to this, but you can probably find something like this at the goodwill. I know a lot of grandmas get rid of their scarves um, because they're not really in anymore, so you can go, get those possibly with a good. Well just make sure that they're silk. I really like the silk another one, which is a bit more on the pricey side. One of these is $ 20, so it is called the easy updo. I know I have two of them here. I can't wear them right now, because my hair is too blonde. These are actually the blonde color. I do have a platinum somewhere in my drawers. Well, that is more blonde, but it still is a little more warm than what I have right now. These are great. If you want a top bun and you wrap it around and do a top bun, I will show a little quick video right here on exactly how to use these they're phenomenal. It'S like just a rope of synthetic hair and it has a little clip that clap that clips on to a ponytail. You wrap it around, because a lot of us have a lot of texture cut into our short hair. So we don't have a lot of hair to do a cute top bun, and I know a lot of us want to kit or get our hair up during the summer time. This is a great option if you are looking for extra hair to add to your hair, and you can also separate it too. So you can add it bigger, but it's also a good thing to add for a lot of people who don't have a lot of hair or say your hair is thinning or you just have finer hair. If you have long hair. This is not just for short hair. I would suggest getting two or three of them. If you have long hair and that way, you can twist and turn them and then add them into the bun in the back of your your head or top your head, wherever you choose to put a ponytail so again, I will have the link to the easy Updo extensions down below so, if you guys want to go check that out you're more than welcome right now, let's talk about bobby pins, you can use black bobby pins, you can use brown bobby pins or you can use silver gold. They have a lot of different colors. I know that now, especially it's fun, to have kids wear bobby pins that are different colors, but usually I wear gold or black when I style with bobby pins, and I just like doing like rows or lines of bobby pins. I'M usually, I add three or four right on the deep part side and then tuck my hair under and just have like a simple, very simple look with the bobby pins. I know that the center part is very big right now with bobby pins, we're bringing it back to the 90s and I'm not a huge fan. To be quite honest, but you know it's like those things and you can even have the big clips and your hair like that. I am NOT a big fan of that. Personally, on my face, I got a big ole forehead. So just keep that in mind. If I'm gon na do something like that, I'm just gon na flip my bangs down and then pin right here and I would never do both on the side. It would just be one side or the other. That'S just me personally, that's what I really like now. My biggest suggestion with hair accessories, don't expect your hair to be perfect. The first time you ever try something literally with short hair. How I found out most things as I play with it. I literally move it here and move it there do this thing. You know undo it do a little twist. Try a braid put my hair in front of my ears and add a clip put a hair behind my ears and add a clip play with the hair accessories find out exactly what your preference is, how it fits your face, shape just play around with the hair Accessories and don't be afraid to go a little outside the box and take risks, because why not? And if you don't like it just take it out, my two top suggestions would be the headbands there's such a great deal. I have not found good quality headbands for this price anywhere, like I love them, but also the scrunchie, the scrunchie scarves. I think that these are definitely worth it, the one that I got from forever 21. It is four dollars I mean if you're gon na buy one go for it. The value pack of these is great. It kind of does the same thing. Can you get way more color options with this? I just like the black scarf, because I like wearing black. It'S my favorite, but these you can add so many different hairstyles, so you can even do like a little bun on the bottom and I really like my hair hanging out like this when I do something like that and then bring this hair up volumize. It kind of just pull it back if you're having a hot day. I always carry one of these in my purse at all times, just in case I get overheated during the summertime. I know that this was just a talk through not necessarily a tutorial tutorial, but I wanted to put something all-in-one, all my hair accessories, that I've fallen in love with over the years and some new ones that I've added to the collection.
