Hey guys so today, I'm going to give you tips on how to deal with extremely dry hair or, if you're, experiencing frizz on your hair or, if you're, experiencing puffiness on your hair. Basically, so right now, I'm here in the Netherlands, I'm visiting my boyfriend and ever since I got here, I think it's because of the changing of the weathers that my both my skin and my hair really had to adjust and the routine that I have before. No longer works on my hair and my skin here I definitely needed more moisturizing and conditioning basically, but now I've gotten a routine. Finally, that works for me. So if you all are experiencing as well extreme dryness on your hair or if you're experiencing frizz, then these tips probably can really help you out as well. I'Ve listed down basically every single thing that I've done and the changes that I've made the first one here. The temperature of the water, the that you use on your hair, really counts, and it really matters so since sometimes it is very cold here I shower with a warm to hot ish water. So ever since I did that, I noticed that my hair and my scalp actually became dry and Frizzy as well. So what I did is now I'm washing my hair with cold water. I find that that actually works best on my hair. My hair is more tamed and obedient now and it's it looks more moisturized now. That'S one thing definitely check the type of water that you are bathing your hair on, because also it could be hard water and, if you're, using hard water on your hair. That could also affect the quality of your hair. All right number two is to use the right products now. For me, I've definitely changed the products that I've been using on my hair before to the products that I have here and my boyfriend actually has really good shampoos. I will be just flashing it right here on the screen. These shampoos are really great great because they do not dry out the hair and also conditioner is definitely a must so use any moisturizing or conditioning shampoos or shampoos that basically just does not dry out the hair and then use conditioner after and then number three now I know this is like more of like a repetitive and classic advice, but if you can leave the hair mask on your hair longer than it should, especially if it's one of those DIY hair masks or if it's just a typical ready-made hair mask leave that on Your hair and use it every single time you wash your hair, so it's either you go for the DIYs or you go for the ready-made hair mask right now, I'm mostly using the ready-made hair masks and I'm leaving that on my hair for a little bit longer Than five minutes you know I sometimes I go for 10 minutes and I find that that actually works best. If you are battling extremely dry hair, all right number four is to do the baggy method. If you guys don't know what the baggy method is, I'm just going to leave a link down below explaining what it is. It'S basically just soaking your hair in oil or any moisturizing products, and putting your pear in kind of like a bag or like a plastic bag and leave that on your hair for a long period of time. And I find that that is one of the best cures or best remedies to do if you are dealing with extremely dry hair or if you're, dealing with frizz and, lastly, number five use leave in oils in your hair, but specifically the lightweight ones. Now this depends on the hair type that you have. If you have coarse hair, you can definitely get away with some of those heavier oils, but you have to use them sparingly. If your hair is extremely fine, you need to go for the lighter oils and use that sparingly on your hair. You can go ahead and lather that oils on your hair, especially on the ends, okay, leave in oils, and you can use it two to three times a day. Depending on how dry your hair is - and I'm not saying to put that in lather - that all over your hair just use that on areas to where you find your hair is more dry. So, for me, that would be in the mid and and the bottom part of my hair, so I'm basically just throughout the day. If I feel that they're dry, I go ahead and just like put and lather that oil. What I have here right now is the shimura oil, which I find really nice on the hair, and what I do like about this oil is that it is lightweight, so it does not weigh the hair. Your hair does not look greasy and, at the same time, it's great for moisturizing the scalp, and it smells good. So it has everything, basically, that you needed more and also one way to properly distribute the oils in your hair is to use a brush like this. This brush is really great at Distributing the natural oils on your scalp down to the bottom part of your hair or, if you're, using any products on your hair. This is going to help the product spread out all over your hair evenly as well. So if you can go ahead and get a good brush like this, this is amazing Pearson brush. That is it you guys.
