My First Type 4 Natural Hair Wash Day Since No Oils/No Butters Salon Visit + "Trim"

Hey y'all, it's Sheree. What'S up back with another video y'all, I am so tired. I look tired because my grown ass was outside late. Nobody has to wake up and wash my hair. So I look tired, I'm tired um, but this show has to go on. I still got ta wash my hair because, like my scalp would be telling me it's time to wash my hair, so that's what I'm gon na do today. This is my first wash since I got my trim a week ago, so I'm here just like take down my hair. I can assess my hair see what my hair is looking like um, you know, what's going on with it, it's been a week so yeah. So I have my hair in like this little puff Pony. Is my hair full and cute? Yes, but y'all should see my hair the day before. I went to get my hair, trimmed y'all will see what my hair looks like and my hair is actually still soft because I have been moisturizing it since I got the blowout. I came home and I slept on my moisturizer and my oils because I needed it. So now my hair is soft and shiny again and yeah. So of course, I'm gon na start with my pre-poo, I'm gon na go in first with my rice, water. I do have a dedicated video on this in The Insider tea. How I make my updated recipe? It has changed from the one I posted here on YouTube, but of course you still have that free resource, but I have updated it and it's way better. Obviously, I'm also going in with a conditioner. On top. Usually I go in with like a jelly type of pre-pool, but I've had this conditioner for a long time and I'm trying to use it up. I don't want to get into products. It'S not really important kind of doesn't matter use what you have. This is a henna conditioner, it contains some extracts of cassia and you know I love me a little ayurvedic moments and I'm gon na DIY. So I love that still trying to come back here in the morning. While I need to know, I need to give it all right, guys my mind baby, so crazy, it's been over hours since I shampooed I allowed my hair to dry down. Y'All, know the things um. Now I have to decide what I'm going to do with my hair, which treatment I'm going to do. I always plan my wash days ahead, just to make sure that I'm hitting all the treatments that I need. You know a bond Builder protein henna, my ayurvedic treatment. Some moisture all of these things help to balance my hair and to give my fine breakage prone hair. The health shine luster that it has this week was my olaflex week. I planned it out it's my allplex week, but based on that pre-poo that I use I feel like. I don't need oil Plex this week like I could go in with it, because that's what my plan says, but I don't always stick to that. I have to respect how my hair looks and feels, and that pre-poo, even though it applied moisturizing after sitting with some heat, the strength from the Biotin and the henna came through. So women have to shift gears a little bit. I think I'm gon na go with moisture. I think I'm going to go with moisture prayer.
