Hey loves welcome to the channel. If you see me for the first time my name is joycia and I am glad to have you here and to my returning subscribers. Thank you so so much for the love and the support. I really appreciate you so guys in my last relaxer or text relaxing video. I showed you how I mix my relaxer to get the text LAX Loop, and I promised you guys that I was going to do another video to show you guys how I relaxed day and everything I use to wash it and to you know, get my texture Back and yeah that's what this video is about, so without too much talking, let's get right into the video so guys, as you can see, I'm using this air food formula in the place of Vaseline or instead of Vaseline, which is petroleum jelly. I think this can also pass for petroleum jelly um, so I'm using it to rub on my skin or on my edges. Well, I'm not supposed to put it on my hair because my hair is supposed to be relaxed, but I didn't know what I was doing here. I was putting it on my edges, but anyways we'll move, and here I didn't get it correctly, because I put it on my skin there instead of my hair but yeah. That'S it so I'll. Do it all around my scalp, when I say scalp around my edges and my ears as well, just in case I get relaxer on there, it won't um burn it or it won't relax. My ear just going to show you the relaxer I'm using for this text. Slacks for the purpose of this video, so I'm using the olive oil ORS, olive oil, um no lye a relaxer! So if you want to see how I mixed it go back to the previous video to see how I mixed it - okay, so I'll be using this and that's the relaxer already mixed and we're going to proceed to applying it on my hair. So I had my hair Twisted: was it a day or two days before, because I didn't want to you know, have to comb my hair and do a lot of things with my hair. So I just wanted it to be twisted and just be in my Bonnet or just untouched, literally because the more you stress, your hair, the more it stresses, your scalp or yeah, because if you decide to comb your hair every time you'll be stressing your scalp and It will, you know, cause damage to your scalp, because your scalp, your scalp, will be stressed out or whatever. I guess you understand what I mean anyway, so I thought I was recording when I started applying the relaxer, but I wasn't. I only realized that I was recording, then I start recording, so you guys didn't see when I put the first relaxer on my hair foreign middle center of my hair instead of the back or the front, because my hair on the back is kind of you know A bit loosed, so even when my hair was natural, it would still look really loose every time I wash my hair, you, the back side would look loose. I don't know if I'm the only one that had that issues, but I had that issues. That'S why I didn't relax the back of my hair first and the front. I didn't relax first, because I didn't want the front of my hair to be over processed and you know get burnt and stuff so yeah. That'S why I didn't do that first, but basically the reason I didn't Relax The Back first is because the back is a bit stretched, so it is not as it the my the back of my hair is literally not fussy. The back of my hair is how, even when my entire hair was fussy, the back of my hair was still not 4C. So that's why I'm relaxing the starting from the center Parts before go into the front and we relax the back lasts. Oh yeah, that's it! Thank you. What'S up foreign foreign foreign, as you can see, I am done applying the relaxer, I'm just applying relaxer on my edges, because I usually do that last. But that's usually the last thing I do or the last part of my hair that I apply relaxer on and I'm going to let it sit for 15 10 to 15 minutes. I think that's how long not longer than 15 minutes. So this is me, wash it off the relaxer, I'm trying to make sure that no I'm trying I'm making sure that I wash it off completely before going in with my shampoo to neutralizing shampoo to wash it off so yeah. That'S what I'm doing! Thank you. I'M using the olive oil ORS neutralizing shampoo to neutralize the relaxer from my hair. This is a very, very important thing to do on relaxer day, so I do my naturalizing process in two phases. This is to make sure that the relaxer is off completely from my hair, because the last thing you want is to have relaxer residue remaining on your hair. You do not want that because can lead to breakage and damage over time. I just finished neutralizing and my hair looks exactly how I wanted it to look. I still have a lot of texture and fullness. I'M really happy about the results. So now I'm using the olaplex treatment. Number three delicious loves and recommends this product. So why not? I apply it all over my hair and massage it in olaplex. Number three is on a home treatment, a home air treatment that helps to repair broken bones in the hair due to chemical Services. It is recommended to use it after neutralizing before you shampoos, foreign. So once I'm done applying it, I'm going to cover with a plastic cup or shower cap, as you can see here and I'm going to let it sit without heat for 15 to 20 minutes 20 minutes later, and you guys my hair came out so soft. I could not even believe it because it didn't feel soft after I applied it, but I guess putting it um in a plastic cup just made it work better you I could not believe it. I love this and now I understand why Alicia swear by this product. I'M definitely going to use it after a relaxer day. Love it love, love, love it. So, as you can see, this is me rinsing it off, getting it ready for the next step. So now I'm going to shampoo my hair with the long and long strengthening shampoo. You need a shampoo. This is the shampoo first, the shampoo smells so nice. I'Ve never had any shampoo that smelled or I've never used any shampoo that smells so nice and just like the name implies. It is good for relaxer day. So it's able to build or routine after relax a day. Thank you. Now, I'm going to use this Joy, cool, moisture, recovery, treatment, balm to deep condition. This product is so good. It'S so thick. You do not need so much. Just a little will go a long way do not apply too much anyway, because it's not even that cheap. If you ask me well for me, it's not, it might be cheap for you, but it is not for me, so I'm going to apply it all over. My hair make sure it gets into every part of my hair and yeah once I'm done, I'm ready to dip condition, as you can see, I'm wearing my plastic cup or shower cap whatever you want to call it. So my hair is all prepped for the conditioning and I'm going to steam mind you I like I said earlier. I don't know if I've said it already. I learned all this from Alicia's Channel she's, a YouTuber that does hair videos, relaxed hair videos and her hair is relaxed, but still very long, so yeah she's. One of the reasons I thought I could I know - or I got to know that I can maintain a long and healthy hair one while having a relaxed hair. It does not have to be natural hair. Well, not relaxed hair basically takes lacks. Mine is text. Last early shows is relaxed, I'm using same routine that she uses so guys. As you can see, I'm done rinsing off the deep conditioner and yeah. This is my hair. It doesn't it look so good you guys it does not look. I mean it does not. Look fussy but it still looked really really good and I loved it. I honestly love the outcome. Still stresses me like fussy, though well, maybe not like 4C. It stresses me, like probably natural hair, because it still stresses me, but it's still it's way way easier to handle and way easier to manage than when I had 4C hair and yeah. That'S that's right here. Girl is eating. Please I'm pleased to my natural beauties yeah. Don'T come and start preaching for me and telling me: Oh, it is not good. You'Ve damaged your hair, oh well, I'm fine! If it's damaged, let it be damaged, it is hair and I'm definitely going to grow it back. So I honestly do not have any sentiment. Sell attachments to things like this: it's fine! If it's not fine, then we start again. It'S simple, as you can see, I'm adding I'm going in with Argan Oil. Well previously, I added these moisturizing, whatever that came with the relaxer. Now I'm going in with Argan Oil to you know just put some shine and you know, and I'm coming with this wide tooth comb and yeah baby girl. This is a perfect. Well, if you ask me, I would say this is a perfect Tech. Slacks hair still looks natural. I still have the fullness. I still got literally the texture. Everything is still intact, still intact. 100. 100. Well, maybe not 100, but it's still intact. I would still twist my hair and it'll still come up. Come out like natural, like fussy, natural hair, so okay keep your advice to yourself. Okay, thank you. Thank you. So much guys for watching, and I love love, love, love, love, love! You bye! Thank you!
