You online so today we're going to talk a little bit about how to plan your hair care, as you guys can probably tell. I just got my hair done today, so this was really one of the great days to do this. Video, because a lot of you are just kind of going on a whim and you're, always super unorganized with your hair care, and then you kind of wonder why everything is always in disarray. Now, I'm not the most organized person. I can openly and honestly say that I'm one of those people where I'm very impulsive, I'm very impromptu - I'm very, I feel like doing it today, kind of thing. So with that being said, planning your hair care is actually really one of the biggest parts of having a successful journey and also understanding your hair and what your hair really needs to thrive. Due to my channel. Go ahead. Hit that Thumbs Up Button, don't forget to also like this video share this video with your friends or your family. So let's talk about the Hair Care Journey. Let'S talk about why you should actually plan your hair care Journey number one. If you're not keeping the track of your hair, then you really don't know what your hair is going through. I always tell you guys that, with hair care, Hair Care is based on what your hair has done within the last few days, and today not what your hair did a month ago and not what you're about to do a month. From now now, with me saying not with what you're about to do a month from now, that doesn't mean that it restricts you from just wondering or looking into the future. That really just means that you need to be worried about your hair at the state that it's in right now, okay, um, one of the things that I definitely always recommend when it comes onto your hair care journey is to pay attention to your hair. Your hair speaks to you; it tells you when you're not giving it something, it tells you when you need to do something or when you're not doing enough. That is one of the biggest parts of it. The hair will talk to you. If you cover your hair up every single day, if you are one who wears a lot of braids or a lot of wigs, then don't question why your hair is always dry because you taught it, though you taught it to be dry right. If you are one of those people where you want to have a healthy head of hair, but you don't want to comb it, that kind of doesn't go together, okay, so that is actually one of the reasons why we created our Hair Care Success planner. That is another reason why hi Grace why you guys always hear me talking about making sure that you are intentful with your hair care. People really take hair care for granted, because we look at it like it's not important until we lose our hair or until we can't have our hair is not healthy enough for us to do something that we want to do. Your hair is usually the last thing that you care about unless you are one of those people where your hair is really your crown, and you really wear it that way, and you care that much about it, but most of the time we're not really looking at Our hair until either something's wrong or we need it to do something else. Okay, so when you're planning your hair care, you want to make sure that you are really paying attention to what your hair needs and what it's really asking you for. So today, I'm actually going to show you guys how you can successfully plan your hair care and also how to use our Hair Care Success. Planner to give you that tool to keep a reminder in the head, a reminder in the eyes and a reminder for your hair of everything that your hair is going through and what it is that you need to do to your hair. And when you should be doing these things, a lot of you have the Hair Care Success journal and you are not using it. You got it just because your body said you needed it. A lot of you got the virtual version of The Hair Care Success. Planner, hello, you got the virtual version, you didn't even get the time to say you know what I'm gon na go over to Staples. I'M gon na go over to Office Depot and I'm going to print this out so that I can actually keep this as a part of my purse in my bag. For those of you that don't know what I'm talking about this is the Hair Care Success. Planner. Okay, this is the actual physical copy and we also have the virtual copy for those of you that want to print it yourself. Some people like to print it themselves. Some people would prefer to have the actual book where it's pre-plinted, and this is an exclusive planner. This is not a planner that you're going to find on the Shelf. You guys this planner is literally personalized to Elite Hair Care. It was created by me personalized by me and has all of my tips and tricks inside of this planner. So what I'm going to do is I'm going to move my camera here, and I want you guys to be able to see what I see so you guys are in the office with me today. Okay, a lot of you have never been in the office with me, but now you are so I'm gon na just move my camera here and I'm gon na put it down here, see what I'm seeing here. We are sorry, you guys have to move the camera around a little bit and then I'm gon na tilt you down. So you can actually see everything that I see here. Let me move some of this out of the way so that we are all in the same place. Can everybody see that if you can see that I need you to put a one in the chat for me? If you can see the success, planner put a one in the chat for me. Thank you, okay, so everybody can see the success planner, I'm gon na show you guys how to use the success planner and be intentful in how you're using it. Now, this, like, I said, is the actual printed version of the planner okay. So this is the printed version of The Hair Care Success planner. Well, when you get your planner, it comes with a clear cover to protect the front. It is spiral bound. We wanted to make sure that it was nice and easy to take care of, and it is small enough to put inside your purse your backpack, your luggage, wherever, so, it's not a task to have your planner, okay, all right, so we're gon na open it up. Now, if you're like me, I like colors, okay, so you can use markers. You can use pens, make it fun for yourself, because this is something that you are going to utilize for the next four to eight weeks when planning Your Hair Care Success, okay, hence the reason why we call it the Hair Hair Care Success planner, that's mainly the Reason why we called it that, because we want to make sure that we are setting you up for success in Your Hair Care Journey, hey Cat. Can you give me one of those binders anyone? It doesn't matter? I just kind of want to raise the planner off the desk so that they can see it a little bit better. In the meantime, you guys for those of you that have your Hair Care Success. Planner go ahead. Just a binder go ahead. It can have something in it. It'S fine go ahead and grab your success. Planner we're gon na start filling it out together. Some of you have already started filling it out. Others you have not even looked at it. You just bought something and you didn't really understand how to use it or how to really just make it a part of your life. So I'm going to show you guys. Thank you all right, so this is going to make it a lot easier for you guys to see as I'm working on mines. Okay now this is a new planner. My planner is in in the car in my bag, but I write other things in my planner, which is the reason why I'm not using my personal planner, because I actually use the personal calendar and it has my personal business on it. So we're gon na use a new one. Okay. So when you open your planner, it says this planner belongs to and then here's where you're going to put your name. So I'm going to put mine if my pen wants to work okay. Here we go Crystal W. The boss, okay, so of course, make sure you write your name in your planner. You don't want this to end up in the wrong hands. Okay, so this planner belongs to Crystal W the boss in here. Of course, this is my copyright page, my dedication page, which you guys know the story behind the dedication, so we're gon na just skip past that invest in Your Hair. It Is the crown you never take off. I just was saying this you guys earlier on when I was introducing the live, that a lot of you neglect your crown, and if your crown is dull, if your crown is not shiny, your crown looks like it's rusted tell me: do people think that you are A queen at that point, I don't think so so having a head full of not so good hair is not a good look, and this is something where, if you have a daughter, you have nieces, you have granddaughters they're, looking at you and they're following in your Footsteps and they're going to remember you know my grandma didn't really take care of her hair either. So I should be okay, my mom. She doesn't really do her hair either, so I should be okay. That is what you want to get away from. Okay. That is what you want to get away from all right, so I'm gon na turn. You guys around this way for one second, I'm actually going to flip my camera so that we can all see without it looking backwards there. We are okay here, a message from the CEO. Basically, I'm just telling you hello, I personally wrote this message um and I'm just gon na skip over to the second paragraph. Okay, the second paragraph really is about being intentful because to be successful in Your Hair Care. Success: planner, you need to be intentful and consistent. I tell you guys this all the time if you are not consistent with your hair care, please don't wonder why your hair is jacked up you're, not speaking layman's terms once you set those goals. Excuse me use this planner using this planner. I want you to be truthful and really set goals for yourself once you set those goals at least four times weekly, you should be in your planner notating every detail, as you begin to become more in tune with yourself and your hair. You'Ll start noticing huge wins within the Hair Care journey. I appreciate you for trusting and process and just know you're never alone in the journey. Okay, Amy. How do you get the planner? You go to elitehaircare usa.com, you can type planner or you can just go to one um go to the shop page and you'll be able to get the planner that way. So it's elite haircareusa.com in the search bar of our site. You can even type in planner and it will pop up okay. So this is where I was putting in, like I made sure to put in a couple tips. Just information moisturizing moisturizing, your hair, is a vital part of what we call healthy hair, ensure to know your porosity. Let me underline this word. You want to ensure to know your porosity. A lot of you do not know your porosity to determine how much moisture or strength okay. This is another intentful place. You want to know how much moisture or strength your hair really needs, then in hair repair, Hair Repair should always be a part of your regimen. The hair needs care all day every day, so never get complacent on your hair repair regimen, because it's one of the most important areas of Hair Care people think that just because they are low porosity that they should not be using repair products or products that might Contain a little bit of protein when I say a little bit: Silk protein products that are strengthening the hair, hair repair happens every day. It'S not just when you have a problem. It'S really every single day, because you are dealing with the elements you're dealing with yourself. You'Re dealing with your comb you're dealing with your brush, and these are things that can damage hair, okay, same thing: residual care, residual Hair Care is the pre and post care after your wash day. So what we consider residual care are serums our bombs, leave-in conditioners, shine. Sprays treatments, those are residual care products, okay, things that help your hair Susie things that help your hair and scalp stay healthy through the environmental changes, the the actual environment changes every day. It can be warm today and cold tomorrow. It can snow today rain tomorrow. It can snow and rain today it can be hot and rain. Today, every single day, you are dealing with different battles of elements and they all affect what the hair okay. So these are just tips, tricks and stuff. That'S included that I put in the planner personally, because I wanted you guys to be able to have a better understanding of when you're planning Your Hair Care Success. Why? It'S super important to really know what you're doing and be intentful that word. Intentful is going to be used many times throughout this video. All right know your hair. What'S your porosity, let me Circle this. If you know your porosity put a fire Emoji in the chat, if you know your porosity put a fire Emoji in the chat cat, you have a highlighter. Can I use it instead of me using my pen that just looks kind of Ratchet it's fine? No, I got a pen just a highlighter all right. I see one two three four, I see thank you. I I see four people putting their porosity. Let'S see five. Thank you. Relaxed hair does not tell me your porosity. It just tells me that you're relaxed six, seven, eight okay, I know most of you miss a Mary Gibbs Grace all right good course does not say your porosity course says your texture, so we want to make sure that we get all of these terminology. All this terminology down pack all determinants, your porosity means if you are low, medium or high porosity. That is what porosity means low, medium high, all right, all right, good, good, good, good! My YouTube members, you better know your porosity you're, my members, you should know that means that you are a die-hard fan of Elite. Hair cares Channel all right good. So what we're going to do now is this book or planner gives you the instructions of how to find out your porosity. Thank you. Pinkie Pie. You'Re gon na grab a room temperature, clear glass of water. So that means that you are going to get a clear glass. Yes, the glass needs to be clean. Please and you are going to put room temperature water in the glass. The reason why you're not going to use cold water is because cold water closes the cuticle, so it's going to give you a skewed result: hot water or warm water opens the cuticle, so it can also give you a skewed result. Hence the reason why you are going to use room temperature, water, okay and you're, also going to have a few strands of fresh hair. Fresh Hair means the best time to do. A porosity check is when your hair has just been washed, and it is now dry. So these strands do need to be dry, okay, step two place: the strands of hair in the glass and push slightly into the water, so you're going to place it in the glass and you're just going to go just so. The hair can actually absorb that water. Okay, just so the hair has an opportunity to absorb the water you're, going to wait 30 to 60 seconds and then you're going to write down your results in your planner down. Here it tells you how to understand the results if the hair floats, you are low. Porosity that means that you do not absorb moisture very well. If the hair sinks to the bottom, you are high. Porosity means that the hair is highly porous and it absorbs the water a lot and, if you're medium, it will hover in the middle of the glass meaning you are neither low nor high okay. So this is also in the success planner. It also tells you how to do that. Some other things the success planner does it tells you your wash day must-haves, which I'm not going to go through all of those, because you have to have the planner for some of these, these Deets protein treatments and must-have tools. Other things: that's in the planter habits of successful hair care. This is going to give you a checklist of things that you should be doing on a regular basis to understand your hair and have success in your hair care. So I'll tell you a few number one. You should be brushing your hair daily now if your hair is styled or short like mine. Of course you cannot brush your hair daily, but it is recommended to brush your hair daily because it helps to bring the natural luster. It stimulates blood circulation and it detangles. The hair easily, once your hair is used to being detangled, you will notice that detangling does not become a task anymore, protect your hair nightly. We sleep rough and the hair should be covered nightly to protect it from pillow fibers and pulling through the night. Satin or silk scarves are great for moisture retention if you're a night, sweater, 100 cotton scarves are also great. Okay, so definitely take advantage of these tips. Other things I have here, more tips and tricks about preventing split ends. Your trim schedule for natural relaxed hair, all of that good stuff. Okay, so now we're going to get into the meat and potatoes the bones Beauty starts within. That'S your girl right there! That'S me! That'S me when I was nice and skinny without a belly in front of me: okay, good um, but over here this is our personal calendar, so with a personal calendar. Basically, this calendar is for you to be able to plan out your wash day. Some people use wash days on Saturdays. Some people do it on Sundays. Some people do it on Tuesdays. Some people do it on Wednesday me personally, my wash day is typically on Wednesday. So what I'm gon na do here is I'm gon na write wash right. So I know Wednesday the first Wednesday of the month second Wednesday, of the month third Wednesday of the month. Fourth Wednesday of the month, the first Wednesday of the month, I'm gon na do just a standard wash maybe my third Wednesday of the month, I'm gon na. Do a protein wash okay, I wash my hair every week, another Wednesday I might just do a standard wash again and then my final week, I'm going to do a deep conditioning treatment wash of some sort. Okay, that is really how you want to use your personal Calendar, use it to plan out your wash days. Maybe you have a hair appointment. You can put that on there. You can put the dates right beside it. It'S your choice. You can also put notes down here, maybe things that you need to remember to schedule, but I will show you on the next couple Pages how this works. All right. I have questions. It says, write six questions. You want answers to in regards to this week's Hair Care goals. No question is ever a stupid question so be truthful and intentful. Yes, let me use that word again here we go intent. Full okay, when you write down your questions so for me I colored my hair today right. So my first question is going to be: how should I better care For Colored red hair, okay or you could also ask a question in another way: what products would I use for color treated red hair? Okay, so I asked myself these are questions that I want answers to that. If you guys see me on live, if you guys see me doing a q, a you already have your questions. You already know what your question is. My second question might be: what products do I stay away from with color treated hair? Okay, that's question. Number two: y'all, don't worry about my chicken scratch. It'S chicken scratch! It'S fine! I can read it. So that's my second question. Maybe I don't have six questions this week, but these are the two questions that I want an answer to. Okay, these are the two questions. Here'S my third question is: silk pillows, better than Satin, because remember you're, sleeping on it with your hair. So these are questions that I would ask myself right there you go so these are questions that I would traditionally ask if I did not know the answer already me being a hairstylist and knowing my craft. I know the answer to these questions, but for you who might not know this is the perfect place to write these questions down so that when I am doing a live, which I'm typically on live almost every single week, multiple times a week, you have these questions In front of you to say that I need an answer to this. Okay: what products should I use if my hair is breaking and shedding? It might not be something you're going to remember at the time of the live. So this is the perfect time and perfect place to write down these questions, and then you now can write the answer to these questions. Okay, now I'm a journaler I like to journalize. Okay, I like to journalize journalizing is exciting to me: journalizing is about being intentful and what's written is real, so there's actual journalizing pages in this planner, which really doesn't necessarily have to have anything to do with your hair. But this is a great place to hide your Journal. You know why, because your husbands and spouses or other halfs are not going to open this planner to go and look at your hair care, planner they're gon na look at this point, they're like oh, that's just for her hair, stuff and they're going to skip past It so you can quietly put your journal entries in here and not worry about people being in your business. Okay. So let's write today's journal entry. So today is three one 23. make it fun use different. Color pens use markers okay. Yes, your girl is smart right. Sugar black, you know that your mate is not going to look inside this thing because by time they get to the journal section they're, looking at it from a standpoint of okay, now they've just looked at a bunch of hair care tips, I'm not going through. All of this they're, not in your business there we go today, I'm feeling. So how am I feeling today today? I'M feeling excited, let's say today: I'm feeling excited right. All right, so write out your your oh sorry, I couldn't read my own right. Write out your wins wants and happenings for today below. So this is a place where you can write your affirmations. You can write things that you are really excited about. You can write things that might not be exciting. Maybe today's feeling is I'm feeling regretful. Maybe today's feeling is, I'm feeling grateful. Maybe today's feeling is I'm feeling down, but once you write it out and you get it out of you that expression that feeling can now go away. Okay, so today I'm gon na write, I'm excited so I'm gon na do affirmations. Today is the best day of my week, my cup overflows with blessings and success. I am healthy and happy. My life is filled with joy and peace, so it might be an affirmation day write out your affirmations write out what you're feeling today, you have a whole section here that you can write out whatever it is that you want to write out, and you do so. This belongs to you and no one has to go in and read it because they're not going to care to they're looking at it like that's about your hair. So why would you be journalizing inside there? Okay, so you have a couple Pages for every single week. Well, every actually, every couple of days, it's not necessarily weeks but you'll, be able to journalize. Let'S see one two, three four five six times seven eight times in a four week period: okay, so now we're gon na go to our four week, hair regimen. So we have our four week care regimen. Then we have it by broken down by actual week, four week, hair regimen. So what is my goal for this month? My goal for this month is color treated care. That'S my goal for this month, the date that I wrote on my regimen was three one: twenty three I'm starting on the first of the month, my follow-up date. What is my follow-up date? I always want to follow up at least two weeks into the month. So I'm going to say that my final update is I'll just put two weeks, so I know two weeks from three one. I need to follow up my regimen I'll, just say see below, because my regimen might be long. Okay, products to use all right so this month, I'm going to be focusing on color treated care. So I'm going to be using the empress collection right I'll, be using the empress collection, I'll use the frizz, tamer and Shine Serum. I know that I'm color treated and I'm relaxed, so I'm going to use the repair RX one and two which is the protein and then of course, if there's anything else that you're going to be using. You can add that on later down here, if you want to put the amounts used, you can I'm not going to necessarily put the amount to use, because typically I have short hair. So I probably use a teaspoon of product so I'll put one teaspoon. So one teaspoon two tablespoon - I only got 32 strands so I'll put one teaspoon to tablespoon okay, now down here. What'S my next hair appointment, I have a hair appointment on 3. 8.. 23.. So I'm gon na write that I have a hair appointment, 3 8 23 and then I have another hair appointment. Three. Sixteen twenty three, I'm gon na write out all of my appointments that I have for my hair for the month, because this is for four weeks. So if I have it for four weeks, that's one month, so everything that I have in the month of March, I'm gon na write here areas of concern. Maybe you have an area on the right side right Temple of your head, you'll put that in there. Okay. Let'S say you have an area in the nape, that's thinning or shedding or breaking you'll put that there. So it will remind you that these are areas that you need to pay attention to, because remember out of sight out of mind if you cover it up, you're not going to remember if you're one of those people where you typically just try to act like it's. Not a problem until it gets really really bad. This is going to be an active reminder for you, okay, so that's your areas of concern then, over here we start into each individual week of the four weeks so week. One hair goal my hair goal for week. One is going to be strengthening my hair, that's my goal to strengthen my hair, because I know that I just broke it down with developer and color okay. So I'm going to strengthen my hair here, which I'm going to blow that up just a little bit here. It says write something positive about your hair. Don'T always be negative! Every time you point out the negative it just gets worse. So write some positive things about your hair. My hair is soft. I love my color. My crown is growing now you're not going to fill up every single space. You guys it's okay, we just put a ton of spaces so that you can actually have that space to write out whatever it is, be grateful for things, even when you are not happy about everything, be grateful that your hair is soft, be grateful that your hair Has a great color be great for that. Your your crown of your head is growing, be grateful that that bald spot that you had is coming back write these things out, because when you show that you are appreciative - and you show intent of being being happy about something that God is blessing you with right Now why won't he bless you in the areas where you need help in those bad areas? Okay, your current hair regimen. This is where you're going to put whatever products that you used are used for this week. Okay, so for this week um my current hair regimen, I'm going to use the Amina shampoo, I use Pravana 6.66 color. I use a 20 volume developer right um. I did in a firm relaxer, I'm going to also use the repair me mask, so you can put what you're using and what you have used right and then I'm going to use the nandi leave-in spray. Okay, all right so down here. You can write my bad hair habit is: what is your bad hair habit? We all have one. My bad hair habit is always rubbing my crown of my head because I always feel like I'm one of those people where that's the area where all of your stress is, and it's always sore, but I make it even more sore because I'm always rubbing it. Your bad hair habit is, you might pick out your little kitchen area all the time. That'S actually a behavioral disorder, but we're not gon na go that far. That might be your bad hair habit. Sometimes you need to remind yourself of the things that you're doing your bad hair habit might be. I wear wigs every single day and my hairline is receding. Your bad hair habit might be um, I'm all my hair is always an opponent ponytail and now I have breakage in that area. That'S a bad hair habit. This is going to remind you of those things that you are doing to yourself, because if you see it - and you read it - you tell yourself hmm, maybe I should kind of slow down on that. Once again, we are planning our Hair Care Success, okay, strength, level, moisture level, I don't care if your natural relaxed Brazilian blowout texturize, whatever okay, everybody has a strength level and everybody has a moisture level. So what is my strength level this week? My strength level, I'm gon na say that I'm in about 70 percent, why I put myself at 70, because I know that I just did a big color to my hair. Okay, I did a huge color service to my hair. What is my moisture level? Well, I know right now my moisture level is about 20. You know why, because I literally just did a massive color service that typically is very drying to the hair. So I chose my moisture level. My moisture level is somewhere at 15 to 20 percent. Okay, am I giving you guys if I'm giving you guys some good information on how you're going to plan this success and how you're going to use this planner? Give me some fire emojis? If you don't have to do a fire Emoji, it's fine, but just give me some emojis, it's fine! It'S fine! All right! So, let's move on to the next page. This is your week, two hair regimen, so we're gon na do week, one, but then of course week two you're gon na do the same thing on your next wash day. So maybe you don't have a week two wash day. You can still put this information in because it's not technically asking you about your wash day. It'S asking you about your hair, it's asking you about what your hair is doing. So when you're going to your hair appointment, you have your planner with you and you can say girl. You know this week. I wrote. I remember, writing this down this week. My hair felt really really soft, but it was shedding a lot because you wrote it down. You have a Tracker, hey girl. I know we said we were going to do moisture, but I really think that I need to strengthen this week because my hair has been feeling slightly limp. I feel, like my strength, is low because you've written it down you've planned it out, so you have a place to go back to you know the week of May of March 1st right. So today is Wednesday, so March, 1st, 2nd. Third, fourth, fifth, this is going to be the 28th and the 27th. The week of March 1st, I was using these products and I think I need to stay away from them. Okay, that is how you plan your success. Then we, our hair, wash results and in the hair, wash results. This is where you're going to write your porosity check. This is where you write your porosity, your texture, so my porosity is high hold on you, guys, foreign. Let me get my phone back into my little tripod here. There we go. Okay, hair wash results, your porosity, my texture, your texture, is fine, medium coarse. My texture is fine. Okay, there's nothing here on purpose, because we didn't have anything that you needed to check. Hair growth check here this is your two week: hair growth check your hair today might be you don't have to put inch number. You might say that my hair is ear length. Your next hair growth check. You might say that my hair is one centimeter below my ear. If it was ear length this time it could be longer next time it could be neck length, there's so many different ways that you can do this: okay, hey Dad budget. What is your budget for? Your hair this week, your hair this week, might cost you ranging you want to put a range this week, I'm going up to two hundred dollars. The reason why I said up to 200 because I got ta color all these things, so my budget this week might be up to 200 dollars down here. You can put anything about your week or your activities. Okay, that's your hair. Wash results because remember wash day is typically every two weeks, So This falls right after week, two on purpose. Okay and then you continue to week three week, four and then you have your hair wash results again. Here is where you get your monthly routine, because remember you just finished one whole month, so here is where it's telling you that you need to do some things for the month. You need to clean your all. Your brushes and combs get rid of your expired products. Clean your hot tools, wash all your hair coverings, wash your hair pieces and units. Some of you have not washed your wig in a year. Shame on you, but this is going to remind this - is going to remind you that you need to do it. Okay, so that is your monthly routine and then it starts over and goes into the second month. Okay, so now you're in month, two, where you're going to write down your questions, you're going to be able to journalize from month two you're gon na track your hair care for month, two okay. So this is now your second month and it ends again with your monthly routine of things that you should be doing at the end of the month. Okay, then, when you get here, this is a reminder. This is a reminder that it's time to order a new planner, because guess what you have now completed the first two months of the planner okay. So now it's telling you hey, Hair Care requires consistency. We always say plan ahead time to order a new planner, and then you get a discount code to order a new planner, and then I just wanted to remind you that you need to laugh some more okay, laugh more, it don't hurt and that's when you get Into months three same thing: okay, where you have your hair care, regimen and then at the end it gives you your monthly routine again over here it talks about how to connect with me, and then you also get some pages in the back of your planner. For you to write notes, maybe there's some products that you want to try. Maybe there's some tools that you want to try. Maybe there's some tips that I gave you during a live that you needed to write down. Put it in your Journal. Put it in your journal, the journal is sexy on purpose, you guys, these are actually all styles that I did and I use them as my photos, because they were just absolutely gorgeous, and I actually took these with my cell phone look at how great they came Out, okay, but you are able to write notes in these sections so that you can actually write down anything that you might have gotten. That was a gem to you. That is how you carefully plan Your Hair Care Success. I just literally went through how to plan Your Hair Care. Success. Planning is really the biggest part of it once you plan it. Yes, your plan might stray away. You might deviate from the plan. Sometimes let me turn you guys around. There might be times where something changed. Maybe you went to the salon and today, even though last Thursday, your hair needed protein, you thought that you were going to get a protein this day, then definitely it might not have happened that way, but at least you have something that you can fall back on Because you wrote it down, you wrote it. You can now go back and say on here. I'M gon na write that this planner is for March April and May it's a three-month planner and then I'm gon na put 20 23. now you're gon na make yours a lot nicer than me, but I wrote it right here on the front March April May 2023. So I know that this planner was for March April May of 2023.. Anything that happened in March April or May I can go back and say hold on. I know I was supposed to get a relaxer on this day, but we did the relaxer on the second Wednesday of March. Oh wait a second. You said that I needed a protein, but when I had my last wash day, let's say this is May, but I have my wash Day in May and we're in June. Okay, I'm gon na say this is May we're in June. I have my wash day and we talked about it. You said no protein, but I noticed that my hair has been shedding a lot, so I think we need to do that now. Okay, when you did my color, you did Pravana 6.66 with 20 volume developer and we've been using a firm relaxer, because that's what I got the first week of March, it's in my book or you can go to the back in your notes. You wrote out some notes right in the notes. You wrote out something about trim schedule which you really didn't have to write that out, because that's actually in the planner. I actually have a page that talks about trim schedule, but you wrote it down anyway and then in here you actually wrote the dates that you got your trim and you're like okay. Well, I got a trim in the summer, but we're now in Winter. I think it's time, but then I remember her saying that this is the cocktail that I would use to do this. You wrote it in your notes. You have everything in here for your success. Nothing can happen unless you plan it and if you write it out more than likely you'll stick to it. If you write it out more than likely, you will stick to it. Okay, so the Hair Care Success planners they are available on the site. You can also get the digital copy. If you choose to where you want to print it out yourself, you can do it either or the planners. If you just go to Elite haircare usa.com, the planner is actually located on almost all of our product pages. In regards to the collections, so you'll be able to find it there. Okay, some of you already have it and you haven't been using it start using it, be in 10. Full be purposeful, understand that your hair needs certain things and when it needs certain things, it needs it at a certain time. Okay, know and understand your porosity. No one understand your texture, don't let someone else tell you your porosity or your texture, there's not it's not that hard for you to know your texture and your porosity. You should already know this. You should be doing your porosity test as you should it even tells you that in the planner it asks you what your texture is. What was your texture last month? Maybe you had a relaxer the month before, so you were coarse textured. Now, all of a sudden, you have a full-on, I'm gon na go natural and I want to transition. So now you have two textures, you have coarse and you have fine. That is what it is for to keep a reminder in your head of the things that you are doing to your hair, or you are about to do to your hair. Some of you literally wait until the end. You wait until your hair is so jacked up that you couldn't even do anything to your hair because it is so far gone and you care nothing about it right. It was so far gone and you cared nothing about it that now it's it's so bad. You can't really do anything but get a haircut mm-hmm. Yes, so just keep that in mind you guys, okay, when you are doing anything with your hair. Just like you plan your life. Remember, your hair is a part of your life. Okay, they go together. They go together. Okay, your hair, if you don't have it tell the truth, you guys - and I want somebody to comment: do you care more now about your hair? Now that you are having any form of alopecia or balding? I think you care more now about your hair, because you're having an issue than you did before you had the issue, if that's true put a two in the chat, Coco Labelle, if you notice, I'm not answering you on purpose, because this live is not about that. So what you'd have to do is wait until we have a q a or we're just doing a live. Where we're talking about everything right now, we're talking about successful Hair Care planning, we're not being specific. Thank you. You care more about it. Now that it's gone than when it was there, that's common you guys, it's not like you did something wrong. It'S just one of those things where hair is like the last thing that we think about it's. The last thing that we think about, but it's the one thing that we can't do without there's: no one on this planet that can tell me that they were so excited that they were going bald cat. Have you ever had a day where you were so excited that you were losing hair? What and you were excited that you were losing it? Why? Why were you excited that? You, though cat is an exception hold on? Why were you excited that you were losing hair? I said: has there ever been a day where you were? Let me ask her the question again: has there ever been a day when you were excited that you are losing hair, meaning your hair is falling out? Has there ever been a day where you've been so excited that your hair is falling out? No? Okay! Okay! You scared me, I'm like you yeah you're, real special! No! No! No! No! I'M talking about excited that the fact that your hair is in shambles and falling out you'll cry right. Thank you. Thank you, but be honest. We do things to our hair now and then we think about it later. Like you know, maybe I shouldn't have done that. What thank you y'all? Listen. They all had dying of laughter because they're, like nah only cat would say something like that boy. Only cat would do that. She'S, like yeah, I'm like wow, really great wow. She said yeah, the girl said yeah she's excited. She is excited that she was losing hair. She was even putting her fingers through it. Ah, she is so truthful. Now that I have alopecia, I get the best hair care ever yeah because now you're losing something that you need. I don't know one woman that woke up on her on Earth. This morning said they were glad to be bald unless it was a situation where you have to start convincing yourself that it's okay to be bombed because you had a situation yeah. Even me as a hair stylist, I did a relaxer and a color. I colored my hair burgundy, but I'm gon na make it even brighter right. The first thought, in my mind, is Crystal: don't go too hard on this, because you want to make sure that you still have hair, I think about it more now than I do any other time. When I was younger, I didn't really care if I wanted a bang hairstyle, I'm cutting a bang. Now my bang has to match what my hair got to be intact and I don't think it looks good that I sell hair care products and my hair is Jack. So that's another reason why I'm so um yeah? Okay, all right! You guys, but I hope this video was of some interest and some good information to you guys, go ahead, jump on the site, elitehaircare usa.com and get your Hair Care Success, planner, so that you can start making sure that you are carefully planning out your hair care. Okay, okay and then also get yourself some nice colorful pens, some markers, all that good stuff, I honestly say if you're going to journalize as well. You guys keep this in your purse. Keep this close to you, because if it's not in your reach, you're not going to remember to write in it, you keep it in your purse. You remember to write in it. You keep it in your backpack, you remember to use it. You have to be seeing it to remember to use it if you put it on the Shelf like this. If you do this guess where it's gon na stay right there, just like everything else that I have in this basket, ask me how I looked at this magazine that I put in there and claimed that I was going to look at. I have not okay, so keep it on your person, keep it on your person. That is one of the best tips that I can give you when it comes to journalizing and stuff like that, keep it on your person, okay, hello, Monique, hello, my darling Grace. I saw her I was talking, but thank you, hello, my sister. Thank you guys. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. I got my hair done today. I love it, but I'm gon na make it a brighter red, so I'm I'm working my way up. As always. Thank you for caring and sharing you're a blessing. Thank you. You guys hey Cat when you're having a girl, isn't it doesn't that when they say your stomach is low, uh-huh? Okay, so I'm gon na answer everybody! Okay! So when your belly is high, they say it's a girl. When your belly is low, they say it's a boy, so I'm gon na show you guys something because I've been noticing every time. I look at my stomach. I'M like why does this look lower? I feel low wait. You guys it's low, though I can tell that it's low, it's hanging low, it's hanging down by my vajayjay, so I can tell that it's low some days, I'm bigger than others all of a sudden. I had a tummy tuck and they they cut my belly button out. But why is my belly button still poking out and it was? It was flat skin. I didn't have a belly button. It was inverted, it's becoming an Audi, but it was it's been tucked in for so long for five years. I'Ve never actually seen it. I have to put my finger there to feel it now now it's there like it's right there. You can even see it through. My shirt, that was just a little side note you guys just a little side. Note oh Grace here, go Grace you're having a boy like she know. I want this girl, so bad she's like shut up you're having a boy just get over it just get over it. She like don't get over it. Oh no crystal said that when you're having a girl, your belly hangs low when you're having a boy, your boy hangs high. But no, when I had when I was pregnant with Christian, my belly was super low. I just look big and miserable with Christian yeah, but this boy is, this boy is huge. Christian was what nine pounds five ounces. This one was nine pounds. My doctor the week before I was due, I'm like listen. I think I need to do a stress test. He did the stress test and at that point Christian was like eight pounds. Two ounces he's like well, I'm going to Paris, so you're gon na have to wait until I get back and he made me wait it out. He made me wait a week and two days before he let me have the baby and Christian ended up being nine pounds: five ounces. He went from eight pounds two ounces the week before to nine pounds, five ounces a week later. They won't do that to me. This time, because I told my Midwife I said sweetheart - I'm not having this baby on my due date - I'm gon na do it a week earlier. That'S my choice! She'S like yeah! Absolutely absolutely that's what I'm telling you I'm doing! I'M not going to the end with this, I'm so sorry. Yes, I was so miserable the day I had Alex take the picture for me. I would never they could never try me with it. I'M sorry, no ma'am she's, like she's, like anywhere between 37 and 40. At any point, when you're ready, I'm gon na give you some techniques and we're gon na get this baby out of here I said yeah great, because I would walk every day twice a day. If I have to that, didn't work girl with Christian. You know how they say: you're not supposed to get pedicures at the end. I got three pedicures that week on purpose, I wasn't trying. I tried to induce my labor that week I rolled on that stupid ball for damn near two hours. Every day I walked the block three times a day and I still only dilated half a centimeter that was so miserable. I was so miserable. I just can't see. I couldn't see myself drinking that and I couldn't see myself drinking hot and spicy soup either yeah and they said having sex. Does it too, but you don't know why they want to be touched. I don't want you to touch me. That is the worst. It was just it's just the worst, don't touch me, I just don't. I don't even want you to lay next to me in the bed like. Why are you laying here? Why are you here, yeah, don't know, all you can feel is one no we're not even going we're, not even gon na simulate it. My sister's on here. It'S okay, um, absolutely, not listen! If you, if I show you guys my picture the day before I was gon na, have Christian, you can see the misery on my face. I was just done. I had swollen up so bad. It'S like my body, knew I was going to have this C-section. Everything was puffy my hands my feet, everything I didn't think I would make it anymore, I'm sorry they took him at the right time, eat half a watermelon with salt. I do that now, so maybe I'll be nice and Juiced up my time I eat watermelon. Every day with tahin, okay, I love I love watermelon inside so maybe if I eat a watermelon a day, I'll be nice and juicy anyway, you guys that was just a little side. Note I'm gon na! Let everybody go. Everybody have an amazing rest of your day. I love you guys, don't forget, to go and get your Hair Care Success. Planners at Elite, Hair Care, USA,
