You know repairing over worked hair. Like my daughter here, i always stretch the hair, even my hair, even jasmine's hair. I stretched out my hair all the time you know because i've always you know said that when the hair is very kinky, it breaks a lot. So i am a huge fan of stretching our natural hair, so i'm just going to be showing you all. You know the ingredients you can use to make your own um hair repair treatment. You know for people who regularly get hair treatment that involve heating, downs or chemicals. These processes may leave your hair over worked or damaged. You know, and some research even suggested, that um unregulated heat may affect the structure of the hair cells and cause long-term damage um to the hair fibers, so setting grooming process may strip the hair natural protection weaken the weaken and erode the hair cuticles and make the Hair prone to breakage, you know, damaged, hair may be very dry and have a course brittle feel and a collect and a cholesterol treatment like the one. I'M making today is very, very good and may help to repair the hair and give it a more natural and healthy look. So there are many many benefits of cholesterol treatment. So i'm going to be showing you all how i make my own diy cholesterol treatment, because guys once in a while, it is really good to um to treat your hair, especially if you apply heat on your hair, um yeah or if you put dowels or if You over work, your natural hair. It is really good to go in, and you know add this process or add these into your hair regimen. So cholesterol treatment is a must for everyone. Um yeah, you know in that category, so you can do this treatment like once a month yeah. You can do this cholesterol treatment like once a month. You know cholesterol really helps to soften the hair and it may also help to improve, damaged and overworked hair guys. I always love like you know. Oh no, i love to incorporate uh, also add aloe vera into my hair conditioners and hair trimming. It is really really good because um aloe vera helps to strengthen, helps to prepare the hair strands and also helps uh. You know your hair follicles and helps your hair to grow overall. So what i love to do is to just blend the aloe vera gel and then i'll strain it and then i'm going to continue the process which you're going to see later in the video. You can go ahead to check them out, but this is the one i got from my local beauty supply store, and this is the one i've been using for some time. You also have the olive cholesterol treatment, so you can use that one. You have many many brands, you know um that are specialized in cholesterol, treatment or that make cholesterol treatments. So you can just go ahead to pick anyone, but just let it be a cholesterol treatment, guys it's going to do the work um like this one, though so just go to google and you, google, cholesterol, um, cholesterol, treatment and i'm sure google is going to suggest Based on where you live, so you can also check on it on amazon or maybe in your local video supply, store and yeah, and i think you're just going to get this one is really really common and the olive um hollywood beauty, olive cholesterol treatment. So i think that one is really good and i'm going to be adding some oil and this one is optional. You can just use your cholesterol treatment without even adding oils, but i just love the extra extra moisture and before you apply, the color store treatment always make sure to wash your hair with shampoo. Her hair was washed with shampoo, so i'm just going to apply this cholesterol on a clean hair tonight. Bring me back get me nowhere stop. So i just let it uh to sit like this for, like 40 minutes under this um bonnet um cap yeah, this one is an electric bonnet cup i'll, just let it sit for like 30 to 45 minutes and after that, i'm just going to take it. Take down the cap and, as you can see, her hair is properly moisturized guys. This treatment is really really good. I insist if you always use heat or you dye your hair or you over work or over process your hair, then this treatment is really really good. As you can see, i stretched her hair after the treatment i stretch the hair. I apply a living conditioner before i stretch the hair and then i'll be applying my chibi butter and if you want the chili butter, just damn it on my instagram or you can just send me an email.
