Hey guys welcome to today's video, so today i'm going to be showing you all of my favorite go-to hair care products, so i have some shampoos conditioners masks as well as leave-in treatments, so i do have a fair amount to go through. So, let's get right into it, but don't forget to subscribe and ring that notification bell and also don't forget, to give this video a big thumbs up as well. So i'm going to start with my shampoos. First then, moving on with my conditioners and masks, then the leave-in treatments. So that's how i'm going to structure this video and all of the products that i am using today. Minus one do not contain protein ingredients and i am trying to use hair care products that do not contain proteins, because if your hair is in a healthy state, using too much protein can actually do the reverse and you can actually experience dry, hair breakage, and it Can actually start to damage your hair and that's what i was experiencing a year ago. I really wasn't understanding why my bangs were breaking, why they felt dry and why my hair didn't look shiny and healthy. I couldn't understand why and then i had a look at all of my hair care products and every single one of them contained protein. They were all targeted for dry, damaged, hair, and these were the types of products that i was using eight to nine years ago. When i was experiencing a lot of breakage - and i just kept on using those same types of products until a year ago, and no wonder my hair wasn't getting to that healthy state where i wanted it to be, because when my hair got healthy, i just kept On using those products that had protein - and it was actually due in the reverse - and i was getting too much protein and my hair was breaking so i haven't been using anything on my hair that contains proteins for about a year now, and my hair has dramatically Improved it's shinier, it's healthier! It feels amazing, but there is one product here that contains one protein, but it's not enough to damage my hair. It'S not enough to really make a difference. So if you're experiencing hair damage, breakage dryness - and you don't understand - why then have a look at your hair care products, because maybe it's containing a lot of different types of proteins? So have a look. So the first product is by the brand day - and this is the detoxifying shampoo. So i like to use this once every couple of weeks, so maybe twice a month, and this really helps to detoxify and to clarify the hair to remove any buildup from the crown. The roots and, of course, the strands of the hair. Now this does a really good job. It also lathers really nicely it smells very fruity and fresh, but with any type of clarifying or detoxifying shampoo. Once you have rinsed it out of your hair. Sometimes our hair is left feeling straw-like. It feels a little bit dry and most detoxifying shampoos will do this, but once you go and put your conditioner on top, your hair is back to normal again and when you get out of the shower - and you start styling your hair, you notice such a big Difference with your hair, because your hair isn't weighted down, you have just removed all of that product buildup that has been accumulating over the weeks and it's really important to do this to prevent breakage as well. So i absolutely love this, and this is going to last me a long time because again i only use this twice a month, but maybe you may want to use it once a week. It just depends on how often you wash your hair and how many products that you like to apply to your hair as well, and i have pretty fine hair. So i try to wash my hair once to twice a week, and so that's why this is going to last me a very long time, but i really do like it, and this is one of the best that i have ever used. The next product is by amica, and this is the exfoliating jelly shampoo. So this is a really good product to use. If you have an oily scalp, it's dry, you have dandruff you're, itchy or your scalp is feeling really uncomfortable. This actually helps to rebalance the scalp. It helps to soothe it as well, and this does a really good job to remove any build up as well at the root and at the scalp. This also acts as a detoxifying shampoo, but i feel, like the day, does a better job to really remove. All of that product buildup this will, but it doesn't work as well as the day. This is more for that scalp treatment, so this contains pink clay. This also contains charcoal and sea salt, so there is a little bit of a grit in the shampoo. So what i like to do is when i first apply it to my hair. I actually like to focus it in the root and really help to exfoliate that scalp nicely before cleansing the rest of my hair. So i focus it on my scalp and the roots. First and then bring it down the ends afterwards, and my hair always feels incredible after i've styled it, it looks bouncy and shiny and there's more life to my hair as well, and my scalp just feels so balanced. So this is another product that i may only use once a month, maybe twice a month. It just depends on how my scalp is feeling, but you could use this once a week. If you want to it just depends on the comfort of your scalp. Do you have flakiness? Are you itchy and just use it when you feel like you want to use it, and this is truly incredible. If you have hard water, this can actually help to remove that buildup in the hair as well, and this also lathers really nicely the next product is also by amica, and this is the bust, your brass purple shampoo. So if you have blonde hair, you have gray or white hair. A purple. Shampoo is a must-have in our hair care collection, especially when we want to eliminate those unwanted brassy tones and my hair gets pretty brassy quickly. So i like to use purple shampoo, maybe once a week once every couple of weeks, it just depends on how warm my hair is looking, and this does a very good job and it's very hydrating. This does not dry out my hair whatsoever and the longer i leave this in, of course, the cooler my hair is going to be, and, of course, the longer you leave it in. You may come out with purple hair and i don't mind that it's going to wash out anyways and as long as i have really eliminated those yellow tones, then i am happy. So this is a great one to look into. But if my hair is super brassy and this product isn't cutting it for some reason, then i always resort to my vanilla, no yellow shampoo. So this is the vegan formula. This is also a great product that doesn't dry out my hair, but this one is more pigmented, so i find that i have to be very careful on how i use this. Sometimes i will even dilute this with a regular shampoo so that it doesn't put too much pigment into my hair. My hair has turned purple many times with this one here, but this does a very good job to lift those yellow tones, and my hair gets super ashy with this one. So i don't like to use this one as often, but it's a good one to have as a just in case and the last shampoo that i like to use every single time i wash my hair is by fabilen main, and this is the holly roots shampoo. This is incredible one of the best shampoos i have ever used. This is very hydrating and moisturizing on the hair. This lathers really nice. It smells like bananas, it smells very tropical which i really like, and i love the ingredient list. There are so many extracts and oils in here. This doesn't weigh my hair down and, like i said, i have pretty fine hair. So a lot of hair products will weigh my hair down, but i am very surprised that this doesn't weigh my hair down considering how hydrating this is, and i've only been using this for maybe five to six weeks now - and i have seen such an improvement with My hair already my hair, just looks so much healthier, it looks shinier and it just looks like i have nice, moisturized hair and i'm used to having frizzy hair. So this is really amazing and if you have dry hair or you have oily regular, normal hair you're still going to benefit from this. This is truly one of a kind. I haven't used anything like it and you're getting 250 mls of product, and i always like to double cleanse my hair, and so i will use this twice to make sure that my hair is super clean. This is one that you can use on a regular basis. This is an everyday shampoo, and this is incredible so moving on to conditioners the first brand is by day - and this is one of my favorites for an everyday conditioner. This has a lot of oils and extracts in it. There'S coconut oil there's moringa leaf extract, which is rich in vitamins and antioxidants, and this detangles like a dream. So when you rinse your hair out, your hair feels like silk. It feels so nourished and moisturized as well, and i never have to fuss with my wide tooth comb. It just goes right through my wet hair so easily, and that is very important to have a conditioner or a mask. That does that. I think that is truly one of the best products. If you don't need to fuss with your hair afterwards. That means that this product did what it said it was supposed to do so. If you're looking for a good everyday conditioner, i would highly recommend this one. This smells exactly like the shampoo, very fruity and fresh another great everyday conditioner would be the one from the ordinary and i've actually reviewed this one already, along with the shampoo and the hair treatment. So if you haven't seen that video, i will leave it below for you in my description box as well as up here. This is a lovely one for those that are looking for a fragrance free option. This is also very gentle as well, and this is another conditioner that leaves my hair feeling like silk once i've rinsed it out. This really does a good job. I do prefer the day one over this, but this is still a great one to go with, especially if you want to switch things up. You want an affordable option and, of course something that is fragrance free and that is really important to some people having a product that doesn't contain fragrance. This would be a great one to look into and you're getting 240 ml of product, and this does a great job and the last one is by amica, and this is the soul. Food nourishing hair mask. So i may use this once or twice a month, especially when my ends need some tlc. I need more nourishment and i need more hydration. This is my go-to. It adds a lot of shine. It helps to detangle the hair as well, and this is truly one of the best hair masks. I have ever used. It'S gentle. It smells incredible great for all hair types as well, and a little bit goes a long way. This spreads really nice on the ends of your hair and it really helps to detangle immediately and your hair feels like silk when you rinse it off as well, which i really love - and this is the 100 ml size. But when this is finished, i'm going to purchase the jar the tub size because of course you get more product and it's going to last me a lot longer as well. But if you're looking for a good hair mask, this is the one that i would recommend. So, moving on to hair treatments, now i'm going to be sharing the products that i like to use the night before i wash my hair, so the one that i've been using for a very long time that i still use on and off is the one from The ordinary - and this is the multi peptide serum for hair density. I have two videos up on my channel talking about this and i do have before and after photos as well. So if you haven't seen those, i will leave it below for you in my description box as well as up here. This is an excellent product to use for denser fuller hair. So if you have some hair loss, you have some thinning hair or you have some baby hair like i do around the hairline, and you really want to promote that hair growth for denser, fuller hair. I would try this be consistent with it and keep using it. You may need to move on to a second bottle before you see results, but give it time and be consistent, because i saw great results with this and i grew back a lot of baby hair around my hairline. So this area right here is more filled in and i couldn't be happier. I was really self-conscious with the baby hairs that i have here, and this has dramatically improved my hairline. So this really does work. I was consistent. I was using it every night and the nights that i didn't wash my hair. I still use this and then in the morning i would actually wash my hairline with a little bit of shampoo, and i would just rinse my hairline out with water, of course, and then just blow dry, my hair just to freshen up the hairline or sometimes i Would use dry shampoo to get rid of that oily wet? Look because for me personally, this kind of made my hair a little bit greasy and it did look kind of wet looking the next morning. So if i wasn't washing my hair, like i said, i would put dry shampoo or just wash my hair a little bit and then that night i would reapply this onto my scalp now you can apply this to certain sections of your hair or you can apply This to your entire scalp and go from there, it just depends on where you want to apply it, but this works really well, it's affordable and super effective. Another leave-in treatment that i've really been enjoying is also by fabilen main, and this is the holly roots, hair oil, and this is incredible, so this contains castor oil. This also contains ashwagandha and dash mole, there's a lot of extracts and oils in here, and this also helps to promote hair growth as well. Now i haven't seen hair growth, yet i've only been using this for five weeks approximately, and i may only use this once a week or twice a week. It just depends on what i feel like using. If i don't feel like using the ordinary multi peptide serum, then i will use this instead, and i only apply this to my hairline, my bangs and sometimes just the ends of my hair and that's it now. You can apply this to your entire scalp, your entire hair and put it up in a bun sleep on it overnight or leave it in for 10 to 15 minutes or half an hour and then go in the shower. But the longer you leave it on the better, so i leave it on overnight and my bangs are so conditioned after i've washed my hair. They look very smooth and shiny and hydrated, and it has really helped to strengthen my bangs as well, and i'm really impressed so. I'Ve actually been applying it to my hairline to help strengthen those baby hairs that i have, and also to help with hair growth. Eventually, hopefully i will experience that, along with the ordinary multi peptide serum, using those two on and off, i'm hoping will create more hair growth along my hairline. But again you can apply this to your entire head. If you want to but keep in mind, this is very strong, it does have a nice smell. I kind of wish that this was fragrance free or the scent wasn't as fragranced, because i couldn't imagine putting this all over my head and all over my hair and then going to bed. This would give me a headache over time. So keep that in mind. But if you just have certain sections that you would like to treat, then i would highly recommend to use this, and this is incredible and i really love it. So when i use this, i do like to put my hair up in a loose bun or i like to braid my hair and i like to resort to silk scrunchies for that, so that these are more gentle. They don't kink my hair and these are less damaging on the hair as well. So now i'm gon na move on to my leave-in products. The products that i like to use after i've washed my hair and i've combed, my hair out and these three products are by olaplex and olaplex is my go-to for these leave-in products, because i have seen such an improvement with my hair. My hair is stronger. It'S shinier, it's healthier looking and it feels a lot softer as well, and so the first product that i like to apply onto wet hair is the brand new olaplex number nine, which is the nourishing hair serum. So this is something that you would want to apply. First, before your oils or your cream based leave-in products, so think of this as a face serum, this is going to go on before your creams and your oils, and this adds so much shine to my hair and hydration. This is incredible. This also adds more heat protection. It protects your hair from pollution. This is also full of antioxidants, and it's just that extra product to really nourish your hair. So why not use something? That'S going to be very beneficial for your hair, so i like to put one pump to the ends of my hair and whatever's left on my hands. I will run it through my bangs and one pump is sufficient enough for my fine hair, but if you have thicker, hair or curlier hair, you may want to apply two pumps. You will have to judge and see how far it goes. But this is incredible and i highly recommend this so after i've applied the hair serum, i will then add the number six, which is the bond smoother, and i will mix this with the number seven bonding oil and i will add the two to the palm of My hand and add it to the ends of my hair as well as my bangs, and these two products add more shine. More heat protection, more moisture, and i really love these. So much and i've been using this pairing for a very long time and then, of course, the number nine came out and i just added that into the mix, and i love all three of these products - and this is the one product in this video that contains That one protein ingredient, which is hydrolyzed vegetable protein, so those are all of the products that i like to use, to wash condition and, of course, to treat my hair now, let me show you the dry, shampoo that i like to use on those days that i Am not washing my hair and i really love the moroccan oil dry shampoo for light tones. So this is perfect if you have blonde white or gray hair, there's a purple tone to the powder, and i really like that because it really helps to give that nice ashy tone back into the hair. But if you have dark hair there is the same option as this, but for dark tones, and so that would be a really great option for those that have dark hair. So you don't get that white residue, but this really helps to clean the hair. It doesn't leave that gross residue, and this also has a wonderful scent to it as well, which i really like there's a lot of dry shampoos that have an awful scent. This one is very fresh and i really love it so highly recommend this dry shampoo. If you haven't tried it, i also really love the batiste line as well, and amica has a really nice one, but this is my go-to because of that purple tone in the powder, so that completes all of my hair care favorites. I really hope that you enjoyed today's video and that you found it helpful and i will leave all of the products that i shared in today's video with related videos as well, like the ordinary multi peptide hair serum videos below for you in my description box. Thank you so much for watching. I really do appreciate it and don't forget to share your hair care recommendations. Let me know what your favorites are and is there anything that i should be trying as well? Let me know in the comments below i will see you all in the next video take care, and i will see you guys then bye guys,

Dawn Boyce: I was so happy to find this video! I watch so many youtubers and no one talks about products without protein. My hair hates protein and I have learned there are many different names and versions of protein. Every hair product seems to have it in it! I love and use a few of the products you mentioned here. I enjoy Olaplex 6 but I find that most of the Olaplex products make my hair feel like I've used something with protein in it and I have read that can be the case. All these bond building products if overused can really dry out the hair. Many people expect a miracle from them and then wonder why they don't work. Even Olaplex 3 does really nothing for my hair and I have been through 3 bottles over the years. The best conditioner I have found without protein is the Amika Soul food. I love the Fable and Mane Holiroots treatment and I fully agree with you. I like the smell but if you wear it all over your roots at night it gets to be too much fragrance. I find it is amazing to put all over my hair for a couple hours in the morning and then wash out. So many people don't understand what their hair needs. It's such a learning process. I do believe that protein is probably good for everyone at some point.....but for me not in every product. I really appreciate this video!!!

OLAPLEX: Thanks for the OLAPLEX love! N°.6, N°.7, and N°.9 are all such amazing styling products!

Catherine Desilets: Thanks beautiful your hair has been looking gorgeous in all your videos I always learn so much from you thanks for sharing all your pro tips … hmm now I’ve got more products to add to my collection to pamper myself

Carole: Your hair looks so healthy for being blond. I the Amika purple shampoo & conditioner. The Olaplex no. 9 is also a favorite. I enjoy using the Aveda Color Conserve shampoo / conditioner and dry remedy oil.

Debbie Otoole: I absolutely love the Olaplex oil and no6, i haven't tried the no9 yet but it's on the list

Gizzy: Miss Ash I would love to see more haircare videos! Great video

Joy Kossivas: Good morning and a happy Monday to you, Thank you for the all the hair tips for breaking hair, now things make more sense to me, since I have dark hair (dry shampoo) I tried the IGK first class charcoal detox shampoo, deep cleanse level detoxifying oil-erasing scalp soothing (smells like a dream and my hair likes it a lot) plus like magic the greasies are all gone., I tried the mini sized one but, now I will get getting the bigger size. Great video once again! wishing you a super nice day.

Casey: You should try the new Wow! “Glass hair” Spray! It’s really nice!

Louise Alain: These are great products ❤ have you tried the Olaplex purple shampoo? I was actually looking for an overnight treatment, thank you for mentioning those products have a wonderful day

skulskc27: I would love to hear your thoughts on Ouai hair care and crown affair!

MakeupBeliever: The Dae shampoo really is wonderful! However, it is not a detox shampoo, it can be used daily (or with every hair wash, however often that is) even on fine color treated hair. It never leaves the hair feeling dry, in fact it even is possible to comb it without conditioning (even though I would recommend the Dae conditioner too).

susanmcf1: I really like Olaplex shampoo, conditioner and bond smoother.

Gina Marie: Love your hair color it looks like you have very dark hair naturally like mine can you please do a video on how you went blonde safely:) costs ? Ect… thx

Susan Loncar: My favourites are Amika and Briogio. Have you tried K18?

Heather sargent: I did the same I had hair down to my but it was so healthy I stopped all heat everything I let it go natural all my waves came back and then I decided to try the hyped olaplex 3 and it destroyed my hair I am so upset about it hasn't been the same sense it's still long but it is dryer now it broke off peaces of my hair it literally knkttedmy hair together my husband sat in the bathroom with me piling on conditioner trying to get all the knots out as I cried my eyes out , the worse experience ever I will never use olaplex then the owner of the brand when I asked her what happened ad why it would do that I should have been rude and went off the way this women acted to me treating me like I was dumb couldn't read I did it wrong then said I I did not then told be I was poor trying to get a discount and got it from a not reputable dealer like Amazon ??? Wtf I got it from Sephora she said I was a liar it didn't happen their is nothing I'm it that could make it do that I had so many other comments saying I was right that it did the same to them then I warned my friend in LA not to use it she did as it basically destroyed her hair so bad she had to cut her long hair up to her ears almost . So between that product and the owners rude attitude I will never support olaplex even if their other products are good. I used a glaze from a newer brand Nikki joy does stuff with them and I did not have a good experience I got the beach blonde gloss and the clear haven't tried the clear but the beach blonde mademysuperblonde hair yellow orange idk I see it look amazing on dark haired girls the dark colors but the blonde not so much and I didn't get the platinum color because it works like purple shampoo that always make my hair grey purple so picked out clear glaze and beach blonde ,I will still try the clear. They sent me one of those bff text with a sale and it went to the email I told them about my experience with the beach blonde color and they got back to me in an hour and refunded my card for both products even though I said I haven't not tried this was in an hour and not even straight to their site and email by likea text to the email I have never seen such good coustermer service ever and they are a newer brand probably like a year old. * My hair is still down to my butt but it nots in as good as shape now since that so now I have had to restart the whole process of making it super healthy all over again which maid me so sad . I know it hair isn't everything and people say it grows back blah blah but my hair was always my thing and u know when something happens it messes with ur self esteem.

Marcela Largo: Hi I do not believe that taking all protein from your hair is the way to go 100% to recover dry & damaged hair, bleached hair needs to Hydrate, Nourishment, and Reconstruct, to me it seems to be that the key is building yourself a Hair Chronogram, it´s super famous, especially in the Brasilians Hair Community, and it basically consists in planning your monthly washing days (2-3) a week into as an example : week 1: Hydration - Hydration - Nutrition Week 2 : Hydration - Nutrition - Hydration Week 3 : Hydration - Hydration - Nutrition Week 4: Hydration - Repair- Hydration The number of times and what treatment you do will depend on your hair needs. Today you find gadzillion of even more natural clean products, brands like Shea Moisture for all theses stages and even find products by category, Hydration, Repair and Nutrition, even brands such as Kerastase or Redken also have many, and last but not least important is that bleached hair does need to repair, and to seal the cuticle after bleach it needs "acidification" or acid treatment, there are brands like Joico or even Redken that has come with a brilliant Acidic Spray for after salon chemical treatments, to end finally with a "Deep Conditioner Mask" where you can find a world of very brilliant products tagged for the Curly Girl Method, but Straight hair can also use and none will break the bank, all very accessible to any budget really!
