How I stopped damaging my hair from over-styling! I have been damaging and over styling my hair for years and I finally found a routine that helps. Always make sure you are using a heat protectant! Using a Wet Brush will help prevent damage when brushing your hair before drying. I love the Dyson drier it dries my hair so fast and leaves it feeling soft.

Been damaging and over styling my hair for years, and i finally came up with an amazing routine that helps so one of the most important things to do before you blow dry, your hair, no matter what kind of hair dryer you're using no matter what kind of Curling iron you're, using is heat protectant and especially things that are going to condition, hydrate and really lock in moisture, because dry hair does not grow. This is a wet brush. You can literally buy this on amazon anywhere. The bristles are a little bit softer at the ends and they're coated, so it's not going to pull your hair okay. Now, let's get into the hair dryer that i am obsessed with. I'Ve, never loved a beauty tool more. This is the dyson air app. I have talked about this a few other times in other videos. This is not sponsored. I just really love this product, so this is how my hair turned out. It'S super soft and silky, i'm obsessed with this hair dryer and all these products.
