The Sellers Are Moving Out! Zane'S Birthday, Cool Garbage Find, Organizing, Hair Extensions & M

Happy monday, everybody got on a fresh tan. This morning we're soaking recorded the podcast. Now we're getting some computer work done. I have to make some instagram graphics for the podcast. I have a meeting with my youtube partner manager in about 45 minutes. We just do like a little monthly meet up to chat about everything i just made myself some lunch. I did tilapia quinoa and some veggies. This is my air fried pepper recipe. If you haven't tried it, you should it's really easy and delicious, and i really like to eat them cold. So now i'm gon na have some hot now and then i'll put them in the fridge and i'll have them throughout the week. Cold, they're, so good. But yeah just an average monday, i'm gon na be sitting at this computer, it's kind of like rainy crappy outside. So that's the vibes. Look what i did you guys. This is not riveting information, but you know me: i share everything with you. I sliced open my mini pepper and i stuffed it with the quinoa and the veggies. It'S a little mini, stuffed pepper, isn't it cute and it's delicious? Okay, that's it hello, happy tuesday! I ended up filming nothing else yesterday because it was just a day on my computer. I went to zuma came zuma, i went to zumba came home and showered and then i just went to bed. So here we are, i just heated up some pita. I cut up pita bread into little chip sized pieces and i'm dipping it in hummus, and that is my breakfast. It just sounded so good, and it is oh, my god yum i put the pita in the air fryer with a spray of oil and some garlic powder on it, and it's got that perfect, like crispy outside, but it's still like soft bread, hope you're all doing Well, i just got ready and we are heading to get my extensions back in i'm so excited. This has been very nice very low maintenance, but i am now ready to have some more hair on my head. So that's where we're going today, i'm wearing the same little black dress from windsor that i wore last time. I went because we're continuing the video because i was supposed to get them back in last time. We decided against it. So now we're continuing the little video that i'm making for her. That'S all i've got for you guys right now we're gon na eat. This pita go, get the hair in and then we'll continue the day back in my bag, and i got ta brag and do this for real alrighty everyone. We got the fresh hair, i'm feeling so good, but i'm also so hungry. So i'm gon na make this really quick, i'm heading into the south asian supermarket. Behind me. I want to get some parathas and probably something else, because i'm sure it's going to smell delicious in there. I don't know if they just have like um package stuff or if they make fresh foods there. I don't know, but i can get something for lunch or dinner sounds amazing. The recipe that i'm working on needs brothers and the ones from trader joe's they're. Just a little small, so i wanted to see if i can get like a more authentic brand, also before we head in there. I wanted to give you guys a little house update so where we're at right now is. We have clear to close, and our honor about date is september 5th, which in new york technically the seller has until 30 days after your honor about so they have until october 5th, if they really wanted to. So since we have clear to close basically what we're waiting on right now is for them to give us a date. We did see moving containers outside of the house, so that's a good sign. I think it's going to be like mid-september. That'S what i'm really hoping for slash end of september. We don't really want to go into october, because then we're hitting the end of our rate lock and then we're also hitting where we would need more um documents from our accountant, which would just delay the process. A lot more so we're gon na all fingers crossed that we get mid september end of september, i'm hoping within the next like day few days that they kind of we're just trying to get like an estimate from them like. We need to know like a time frame, um just for so many different reasons. Obviously, we need to know when we're moving uh we need to start packing and whatever so update is earliest is probably mid-september and latest is october 5th, which i'm really hoping that they don't push it. That far, because that's just kind of crazy because our offer got accepted in july, so why would we have to wait all the way until october, like if you want to sell your house like be ready to move? Let'S go, you know, but it seems like they're moving now so yeah. That'S the update on that and we're just gon na cross our fingers that, hopefully, within the next few days, hopefully you guys are watching this vlog and it's gon na be a few days of my life. Hopefully you guys will hear some more updates, actually so anyways. Okay: let's go to this grocery store and get some goodies. I'Ve never been here before, so i'm actually really excited to go in there. I love different fun, grocery stores like hmart. They have so much different stuff than our average grocery store and it's so fun to walk around. So i'm excited it seems like a smaller one, but that's fine with me. This is what we wanted. Oh, my gosh, so many different choices: whole wheat, paratha, naan, garlic, naan, yum, oh dawn. This is the brand that zane said to get okay success. We got two different types of frozen parathas and i got some fresh garam masala powder because i just feel like mine is old and probably expired and not as potent. So i wanted to get a fresh powder and that's that done. Okay, now we go home, they had like a tiny, fresh meat section in the back, but um. I wanted like something i was already prepared just to like eat quick for lunch, but they didn't really have that much option. So i'm just gon na have some leftover burgers from yesterday we made burgers, it was yummy, i'm very excited for it. Actually, okay off, we go okay. I lied. I also had to stop at lidl really quick tomorrow. I want to film my new recipe so that i have it ready to go up next week, so i figured i would just get all the ingredients now that way tomorrow i have to drop z at the train station he's going to the us open and then I have to record the podcast i figured. I should just have all the ingredients already and of course, i grabbed a little bit more at little. I got some salt and vinegar chips, mainly because i'm hungry, and also i just love kettle cooked chips. So i wanted to have them. We don't really have any good chips right now: some tortillas ground beef, sharp white cheddar, just some deli meat, some roasted chicken for some sandwiches for lunches. We needed a refill of black pepper, some more peas and i got zayn some bananas, that's it! I didn't go that crazy. I got what i needed, and now i'm gon na have a leftover burger after i put this stuff away really quickly, because i'm so hungry right now, okay, um just try these and they're phenomenal zayn and i were eating them and he actually pointed out that they're, Like branding i've never seen this brand before at leedle, they say that they waste no potato, so they use potatoes that have slight imperfections and it says that they have browner edges, so it might cause the chips to be browner and they're, actually even more delicious they're. Like a little brown, oh my gosh so salty and vinegary, it's so good anyways. So i just put my little burger together yum. I have there's not many left, but some pickles on the side and a few of these chips, because they're so good, beautiful here's. My little lunch, i'm gon na just relax, watch youtube video while i eat for a moment and then we'll get back to it today, i'm embarrassed to say i just spent way too long working on a tick tock transition. I got the transition. Fine, i'm just gon na find the right lighting and i didn't like the way that it looked like the transition was good, but then i looked weird. It just took a really long time so finally got that up. It'S a hair transition, my new hair, i'm getting fresh color on monday. By the way i know it's not like. I don't really really really need it, but if you go in the sun they don't match like absolutely perfectly - and i just want fresh color for the next three months that i have these in. I'M getting astrid's present ready, real, quick because we're about to go to zumba for an hour and a half. It is her birthday. It'S gon na be a long class. I'M like, i hope i can make it through. No i'll be fine. Um. I'Ve done it before. So i'm using my little canon, selfie mini printer and we're gon na print out a picture for her frame that i got her ready bench. No paper: okay, okay, i think i got it there. We go that would help. Yay benji know it. Oh it's working yay! I'M gon na write her a card too tomorrow tonight, seven, what now? Oh so cute, oh yay, this bag is actually ridiculously big. Okay, i thought i needed a big one: okay, much better. We got the gift all together and i get changed and we're off to zumba. Oh my god, i'm home we did an hour and a half of zumba. It was so fun. We did like battles and had cupcakes, and it was just a good time. Anyways. I saw this this morning and we didn't have a chance to grab it and it was still here tonight when i got home, so i saw it as a sign and i'm not a diy-er, but maybe with the help of some people that i know we can Get this done. I know my dad is amazing, with wood and zane's little sisterly is like a crafty owl. So i see the vision and i'm thinking ahead for the house. I found this in somebody's garbage. Okay, hear me out: the cats are already loving it. It is a little desk and yeah it's in bad shape, but my plan is to sand it down and restain it or repaint it anyway. What i thought was cool was zayn, loves. Lions, too, look at these handles the lionhead. Aren'T they sick, like i'm, not one for, like i don't know diying at all. Let'S just put it that way, and also i typically wouldn't go for something like this. I would go for something more modernized. This is kind of like vintagey, but i don't know something about it. I was like wait what if we take off these handles and then we'll put them back on, but take them off sand it down. Maybe do it black with the gold or maybe like sand it down to a light wood or sand it down into a white wash. Let me know what you guys think, but i want to diy this. I think it could be really fun. I got it for free so like why not and then it can go in, like i guess. Oh sorry, bailey it can go in like a guest bedroom for our guests to sit and get ready or work or do their makeup whatever it can just go in one of the guest bedrooms to have extra furniture and storage in there. I think it could be cute. I just really like the handles. I think they're fun, the cats love it. So that's a good sign and it's not broken or anything nice big drawers. Good morning, happy wednesday just dropped the boys off at the train station. Now we're getting ready to podcast, i'm filling the sippy way to do podcasts, i'm making the thumbnail and upload my vlog. It'S all ready to go. I try to make a thumbnail for it and i want to film a got. Ta be good recipe, but the day is still young, we've got time and then zumba at 7 pm. It is only 9 10 in the morning. Yes, i, like my water to be freezing cold podcast time. Fun fact. Zane has the app for the light in here on his phone, and i can't touch the light switch because it'll like affect other stuff that he has attached to it. So usually he can turn it on when he's like anywhere. So i asked him, while he's on the train right now to turn on the light, so we're just waiting for that to pop on also our light. This morning, in our bedroom just started like flickering like there was a ghost in there and then it just like turned off. So i think that light bulb is gone. This place is falling apart. I think it knows that we're moving out or something our towel. Rack thing has come off the wall. Our bedroom fan is making like a scraping noise. It needs to be like adjusted or something. So we just haven't used that our shower liner, the like caulking, is coming off. Our apartment is like time to go, but anyways setting up for pod. I think i'm gon na do a september calendar because september is coming in a few days and we did it for like half of july half of august. It was really nice to have like our content planned out, so i'm gon na set that up. While i wait for jerry to get here, i feel like it's gon na be a good day. Yeah, it's going to be a good day because it's a good day to have a good day. You know what i mean podcast is done, we're moving on your girl is hungry and i made this last night and it's actually really good. It might sound like a weird combo, but i like weird combos, some of my favorite meals are when i just take random stuff from the fridge and like make it into a bowl. So i had leftover quinoa and some ground beef that we just meal prep just had basic seasonings on it, and then i've got some shredded cheddar cheese and then, while it's hot from heating it up, you mix the cheese in. Let it get a little bit melty like then we slice up our little avocado into little chunks. My parents gave me some fresh tomatoes from one of their friend's gardens or something so last night i put tomato on so we're gon na put this as well. This actually reminds me of a dream that i had last night that zayn took all the tomatoes that my parents gave me and microwaved them as if he was gon na eat them, and i was so mad at him because i'm like, why would you waste all These tomatoes is that a random dream. I had some weird dreams last night, like a nightmare that we were in like looking at another house, even though we already got this house and it was like haunted and then like i had to like you, know someone and then i was gon na go to Jail for it - and i was like - are we still gon na get our house even though i'm going to jail? It was a really weird dream. I am cutting this tomato on the lid of a tupperware so that i don't dirty a cutting board here. We are then just a little light, sprinkle of salt and my favorite ever sour cream. I wonder if it's going to be as good as last night or if i was just hungry, but i'm also very hungry right now, so i'm excited for this. Okay, i'm gon na eat and then i'm gon na make the thumbnail and upload today's vlog wait hold on actually by the way outfit. This is my amazon. Workout dress, i'm obsessed with it. It'S so comfortable. You have adjustable straps and it's got shorts underneath biker shorts with pockets, i'm wearing a size small for reference, and i usually wear a small. So i would say it's true to size. I showed it in my top 50 amazon products video. So if you didn't watch that go check it out, there's a lot of good stuff in there. Okay, i am now filming for got ta, be good. We'Ve got everything set up. I just measured everything out. It is the paratha, i'm not sure i'm gon na call them yet quesadillas roll-ups, i'm not sure yet, but we're making it. This is how i film i have a little plug-in burner and then i put the camera above and i measure everything out. So it's super easy. This is the disaster that i've made over here also watching meghan trainor's podcast, because i am now obsessed with her. I watched an interview and i'm just i love her, so we're watching that i'm gon na heat these up and start filming. I have to use this camera so i'll see you guys later, and that is a wrap. So if you just want to use the trader joe's ones and fold it in half like this, you totally can and the good thing is they're, not whole wheat. These are whole wheat and i feel like the ones that are not whole. Wheat are a little better but anyways, i'm gon na go chow down now and then head to zumba, i'm sweating, all of these lights and everything i'm like can't wait to turn them all off. Oh, my god, i was about to start talking to you guys and i just got a text that the seller is moving out this week, uh hello good morning, um, i'm going on a little walk with zane's mom and his sister wait. Sorry happy thursday. Today'S gon na be a day, um where's, my secrets. Here we go so yeah. I have zayn's mom and sister if they wanted to go on a walk, because i'm not going to the gym today and it's really nice out. I wanted to like get outside it. Just sounds nice, i'm getting lots of news about the house, so i will update you guys when we get back i'm trying to hydrate right now, because i don't want to carry this with me. Okay, glasses, we're ready to go. Oh it's a hot one up there. I wanted to get clips on my phone and i totally forgot to. I was just enjoying the moment in the walk, but back at home now we're making progress on this house. You guys anyways. It is 11 34 a.m, but i'm having my leftover paratha quesadilla. I have a leftover from cooking yesterday, i'm so happy. I saved it for right now. It'S gon na be delicious, we're gon na air fry it. So today is imani's birthday, zane's little brother and then tomorrow is zayn's birthday they're a few years apart, but a day apart, so tonight we're going out to dinner with the family to celebrate both of them and then tomorrow zayn and i i'm not sure exactly what He wants to do here. We tried to talk about yesterday. He'S like i just want to see how the day goes. Um. He has a tennis match at 5 30 tomorrow on his birthday and that's just what he wants to do it's his birthday and he wants to do what he usually loves doing so we'll go to that. It was at 6 30. I think actually, but we might go out to a lunch and then go to his thing and then come home and chill have some drinks at home. I don't know we're gon na see what he wants to do. Nothing super spectacular crazy, but i can't wait to tell him when he wakes up that they're moving out. That is a birthday gift. This is so exciting. Now we just wait on an attendance move out date because they have tenants there and i think they're moving out beginning of september, but we should find that out today or tomorrow, but sellers are moving out. Tenants are gon na move out, probably mid-september. This is amazing. All the stress and worry of everything is going to be so worth it. Yay look. Look, look! Apparently they have new coconut juice. Zane is going to love this and they sent stickers and it reminded me i have a ton of stickers: well, not a ton, but i've been trying to save the little stickers. Usually i get rid of them, but i figured since i have the sleeve on my water bottle. Anyway, i can put them under the sleeve and it'll be like cute under there. You know i'm gon na put some stickers on my water bottle. What'S gon na happen, when i wash it so they're like come on like a fair swell yeah, i love them dark skinned brown, skin caramel. You know i had to bring it to the all right. This is all i've got. Who knows if they're even gon na stay on there, but that was fun now i'm excited to get new stickers. Usually i'm like what am i doing with stickers, but now i'm making a use for them, and now i can just go like this, because i don't like this material and i like the sleeve over it. Okay, zayn and i have decided to have a chill rest of our day, so we're gon na watch our show we're watching ugly house america we're gon na finish. The second season got lots of activities going on here. We'Re packaging up amani's gift for tonight got him lululemon abc joggers. These are the best for men, highly recommend and he steals zayn's all the time and borrows them. So we figured we'd get him a pair of his own um. It is his 21st birthday, so we got him two bottles of vodka. Both vodka - you got yes, okay, yeah yeah. We just ran out and got this stuff. We ran a few errands and we got him a gift card for video games. We have the card here and a little bag package. It all up. That'S his little gift. First 21st, it's a big one! I'M gon na do my pedicure and we're just gon na chill until like five or five thirty we're gon na start hanging out with the fam how to get ready and stuff too. So that's the plan right bench. For now i feel like this is the best place to put it out of the way from everything also got gifted this, and i am beyond excited. It was on like a pre-order and we had to wait so we like finally got it, and i cannot wait. I'M still debating, because cats are very fussy and i don't want to set it up here and then have to like move it and then not like it or anything of that sort. But regardless look at this nice big box for moving, we will be taking it out and packing in it. That is for sure i don't know still thinking about it. I really want the cats to use this, so i don't want to hinder anything so i'm like, i should get them used to the new house and then set it up and slowly wean them on when we're in the new house versus getting them set up here. Having them get used to it and then moving them to a house, they're going to be like what is going on so but yeah, i'm so excited about this. Thanks for getting us all home safely! Good morning, everyone happy friday getting ready to head out the door to zumba. We came home last night had cake open presents and then we were exhausted. So we just went to sleep today is zayn's birthday. He likes to sleep in so especially on his birthday. He'S gon na sleep in i'm gon na go to zumba we're gon na run a little bit of errands we're gon na come home, go to lunch and then go to his tennis match. I need chapstick. Let me not forget to bring chapstick that's the loose plan for today, so let's get it going. Okay, guess where we are we're in the car wash. I think i've decided to keep my membership because i found a location that works for me and my friend got a new class on saturdays, so i can just go on the way home. So, even if i go once a week, which i probably will go more anyway, but even if i just go once a week, it's only five bucks a week. Five ten minutes yeah, which is like nice to like keep my car clean. So i think it's worth it if i think about it that way, anyway, we're going to the car wash today is zayn's birthday. Since we just got the house, we've decided, you know to cut costs where we can. We weren't going crazy for his birthday. Like me, personally, i'm not gon na buy him a ton of gifts. I'M gon na take him out to lunch, and i'm gon na get him like a refill. We'Re gon na stop the liquor store for his cartesian. Hopefully you guys can hear me for his. Like alcohol machine so we'll go eat we'll do that and then i just feel bad like not handing him literally anything. So i'm gon na stop at walmart right now and grab like a few of his favorite things. I don't know yet, but maybe like some oreos and like little car stuff, i don't know um, i'm gon na grab him some stuff make him like a little bag just for something to open and then we'll spend the day together. But yeah i'm excited off to walmart we go. I have not been here in so long yikes. This needs to be cleaned out before we move. Why do i have so many bags? Okay and i bought a trunk organizer like i thought that was gon na help. My life i just walked in it's already began, i'm getting more stuff all right. We did good got the goods. I love these fig bars got some stuff for salads, croutons, tortilla strips and wonton strips pickles and toilet paper. Is that that's all i got for us, not bad? Okay. I just got out of the shower: get ready, okay, we're ready to go. I just got ready so fast. I still need to put on my lipstick, but i'm having like a chapstick, um uh shortage. I can't find it anywhere. I keep losing them. So maybe if we go somewhere, i should have got some at target. Oh, where did i go? Walmart sure got some chapsticks anyways. I wanted to wear this top. I rented it for newly. I wanted to wear pants because i feel like it just wouldn't look good with jean shorts. I wasn't feeling a skirt and it's way too hot for jeans, so i was like what pants can i wear and i'm like these kind of go with it? It kind of looks like a jumpsuit in a way. Possibly it might be really stupid, but i don't care because i'm comfortable this has like that ruching and then so. Does the bottom of the shirt like see whatever we're just going out to a little lunch, but it is literally like 90, something degrees out, so pants are from a little boutique and these shoes are old from forever 21. my bag benji's in the cardboard behind me. We'Re ready to go lego instead of dinners and he wanted to do a big lunch so we're coming to the seat, though so excited we only been here once and we loved it. So it's time, thank you so much yum so excited and we got set right next to the table. We sat at last time. You know i still have those little things he gave me at the end. We have to put them in our pillow. Maybe we should do it in the new house they're in my purse. Still i keep forgetting, maybe they'll give us more. Today, too, we can put them in the guest bedroom. I heard people be like what type of thing look at the baseball spin on the older ones. Lunch was absolutely delicious. That place is so freaking good, it's so good and we have a little bit of leftover. So it's perfect for later just stopped at the liquor store got zayn some refills for his machine. Now we're gon na go home off. We go all right. We'Re back home. Bailey is not floating she's. On top of the litter robot box, i was gon na. Go. Watch zayn's tennis match, but he decided to go a lot earlier and practice with his brother and just play a bunch of tennis before he even plays a match, so i kind of would just be sitting around and it's far away. So i didn't want to take separate cars, so he was just like honestly. The match is gon na, be like not that exciting, like you know, he gives me like a rundown of who he's gon na be playing against. So i think, there's a better match tomorrow that i can go watch so he decided to just go: that's what he wanted to do for his birthday um and then we'll hang out more when he gets back, but it worked out good because i need to clean This apartment - and he was like, if you want to for my birthday his like uh alcohol, dispenser machine, the bartesian really needs to be like cleaned out and like refilled. So i'm gon na do that for him for his birthday and just tidy up. So he can come home to a nice clean place. I got changed into some comfy clothes. I'M just gon na clean up organize do all that fun stuff. That sounds good? Oh yes, oh annoying at least they're, not chinsy, and it was filled to the top right. Okay. Moving on, i think first, i'm going to start by putting all the clean dishes away. It just looks very cluttered. Get that done and that literally takes two seconds back in my back on my back floor again: yeah yeah back in my bag, yeah, i'm back in my yeah yeah. We keep on stacking it what's happening. Everything gucci got me feeling like i'm dapper, then life has been the movie yeah, so shout out to the cameraman pull up to the scene. It'S going down like all right time to clean this thing. It desperately needs it. This is gon na go in the sink. All of these are gon na pop off and go into the sink as well. So so, okay, now here's all the pods that we have and for his birthday he got more pods and he got this pod organizer, which he said that i can set up. So my heart is very happy. He'S gon na be all set up when he's ready to have a cocktail tonight, it's a storage drawer and it actually goes right underneath the machine, so you pull it out and all the pods are underneath. So i'm about to take this out of the box and set it all up all satisfying. I'M excited. I don't know if this is gon na fit under the cabinet now that i'm thinking of it well we're moving. So this is gon na be perfect in the basement, because that's where his office is gon na be and we'll have hangouts down there and the cocktail machine will be down there. Amazing damn. This is heavy with all this in here, oh yeah. No, it's not gon na fit under the cabinet. I think i'm gon na opt for putting it in the cabinet. Then, oh god it has such sticky things on the bottom. I'M gon na go ahead and fill it and then it'll go in our liquor cabinet down below. Oh, they just sit like this cute. Is that right? Okay, oh my god! It fits a lot in here, oh and it goes down like that. Oh, that is so cool. I didn't even know that it did that. That'S very convenient all right, perfect. We got all the pods in here now we're gon na go down into the liquor cabinet and i'm just gon na sit underneath all the bottles. So, okay, there. We go all done. You guys are ready for dinner. Well hold on. You guys are so picky. I just put water. It'S ready. It'S ready, who's, ready, who's, ready, so nummies chowing down. Okay, i've turned down the lights because it's more cozy and i'm hot and i don't need any extra heat next we're going to organize these seltzers because they're ugly up there i'm going to put them away because we have room. Oh, that's: it there's only two left anyway. Okay next on the list is gathering my mess of receipts. It'S just inevitable that this happens throughout the week and then i try once a week to scan them in. I put them on to fetch and then i also scan them onto dropbox, so i don't have a million receipts laying around and i have a digital copy going up like a travel plan, homer simpson phase, lucky power plant yeah, i'm off that dope, like i'm back Again, i'm busy at the mellies. I don't club herds, get the word if it's the city, all righty. Next on the list: oh shmookies! What are you doing all by yourself in the quarters she's like bishop? Why do you turn that light on um? I'M gon na tackle my desk. This is terrible, we're gon na clean it off, and i'm gon na put all my polaroids away. I have so many of them. I want to put them in my little book. I have to put the date there's so many, so i'm gon na do that too. There'S so much paperwork here! It'S just this is my catch-all. I'M gon na be going through some like stuff with personal information on it. Probably so we'll just do a little transition ready. One two three i mean come on so much better. I'Ve been watching this show zayn and i started it yesterday, but he wasn't a huge fan so now i'm watching it without him uh, i'm pretty sure it's called. I bought a dump what now, so it's like people renovating like these awful awful houses that they got for super cheap and they have like a certain budget. It'S really cool. It goes through like three people's stories, so i've been watching that on discovery plus got all the polaroids in the book now they're all organized. I also did our adventure book. I had to catch up on the few last ones that we did. So that's all done. Oh i've been needing to do that for so long now. Zayn is home. We'Re gon na have our leftovers, i'm feeling very accomplished and productive. Oh my god, i'm so excited just heated up our leftovers. I love leftovers so easy and convenient when you're hungry. I feel so like minimal we're gon na start doing that now, starting to minimize, so that we're ready to pack the things that we want to bring get rid of the clutter that we don't need.
