How To Add Along Lasting Volume To Your Hair

Here are simple techniques you can add to your styling that is going to add and prolong volume.

To add volume to the hair is by shampooing your roots and conditioning your ends, never vice versa, and never both and once you're out of the shower. You want to blow dry your roots, especially the crown area, and you want to set it for at least five minutes. This is going to set that shape of the volume that you've just created and it's going to make it super long lasting. Lastly, you want to add a root, uh lifting spray or even a dry shampoo, something that's going to kind of add a little bit of texture to that area and set that shape even further. And lastly, you want to sleep with your hair up as high up as possible. You want to train those roots of the hair to aim up so that you have that natural cascading volume

Sun Shine: Rarely used a conditioner, even when I had tons of hair, cause of extremely oily skin, just a vinegar rinse… unless I had over-processed my hair. The more product you use, the more it weighs down the hair.

〖Nuℝรe〗®™ ᏑᏌᏂ: I shampoo and conditioner my scalp. For me it’s never weighed my hair down. I rough dry upside down and dry the roots first, then cool shot them. My “friend” told me once “Your hair is big.” It was curled and had volume. My daughter’s hair is the same way. At the part it naturally makes an “M” shape. But, with that come wavy hair that has to be styled or it looks like crap
