Foreign, hey guys, welcome back to another video. Today, I'm going to be showing you step by step, how I dye my clear pens and how I get them the same: Ginger color as my hair, my Ginger color has faded, so I probably will be touching it up. I don't know yet, but if I do, y'all will see it in this video but yeah um. These are my clip-ins. Look at that texture. I got three bundles of 14 inch clip-ins um. I will leave the link down below, but these are my clip ins. I got two mobile underwater and really this is really easy. Like it's not hard at all, let me show you what you got ta do I need some bleach. This is a good brand. I'M gon na need some developer. I choose 40 because I like to try to speed up the process a little bit but yeah it's gon na get right into dying. It um, of course, make sure you wear gloves and you wear something you may not necessarily care about, because you can bleach your clothes and make sure you watch out for your skin. I'M not gon na say, wear long sleeves, you can I'm probably gon na throw in a sweatshirt or something, but you want to make sure you protect your skin from the bleach but yeah. So, like I said before, coloring your hair is not hard. You just have to make sure you keep an eye on it and make sure the bleach doesn't stay on for too long, and also with bleaching your hair. You want to bleach the hair individually, but before I get to that, what I'm doing right now is just mixing the bleach with the developer. This part is really easy: um, basically you're, just gon na pour the bleach into the Container it came in and pour some developer in there and you're going to mix it together until it's a good consistency, you don't want it to be too thick or too watery. Thank you, foreign foreign foreign, your bleach to your hair. You do want to do each individual piece. You want to make sure you start at the root of the hair and work your way down and make sure every strand has bleach on it, sometimes, depending on the quality of the clip in the curls may drop a little bit. In my experience, usually a clip in that is of good quality. The curls don't drop so most of the time. If you do put bleach on the hair and the curls get messed up either the hair was bad quality or you left it on there for too long, but I'm not a professional. This is just what I've been doing for maybe like four years now. So that's just my personal opinion. I am not a professional, so when bleaching your clip-ins, you may get some high and low lights, as you will see after I rinse my bleach out, um, that's not too bad, because I think natural hair has highlight and low lights unless you just want that consistent. Color, sometimes you just sometimes it just doesn't happen, but you'll see what I mean once I rinse my bleach out of my hair foreign. Thank you, foreign foreign. So this is what the hair looked like once I rinse the bleach out. As you can see, there are definitely some high and low lights in there and towards the roots. Some of the hair didn't get as light as I would like, but it's going to look good. This is my cajun spice hair dye along with ginger, and I also used orange Blaze. I didn't get to catch that one on camera, but I mixed those into some piping, hot water and others began to mix up the colors and dip to their hair. So right now I'm just mixing mixing mixing just making sure there are no clumps in the water, because the door sometimes will Clump up if your water isn't too hot. Thank you and then you just simply dip your hair. I like to give my hair a couple of dips and then I let it sit for a while. I'M not sure if that's how you're supposed to do it, but that's how I do it and also y'all, make sure y'all put on gloves. Don'T be like me, sticking your hand in really hot water, because that was really that was really dumb. So I did wash the bleach out of the clip-ins after they did sit for 30 minutes um and then of course, y'all saw me watercolor it. I didn't show me rinsing it out after that and them drying, but I let them sit for like two days so yeah yeah, it's been about two days, but these are the clip-ins now in I want to say these clip-ins did really well so sometimes I really Am hesitant with clip-ins because sometimes like that bleach strips the curls a lot, but these clip-ins did really well with the bleach, and I mean the water coloring. I don't think that does too much damage to any type of hair. It could be wrong about a professional but um. This is the color, my hair looking a little crazy, but, as you can see, I mean for the most part it matches. There are some high and low lights in this hair, but I mean it's high in low lights and regular hair anyway, plus you're going to see more of this than that. But for the most part, I think it matches um, I'm not going to do anything to my own hair, but this is the process that I take with matching my hair. I am going to style my hair and show y'all the blending and the final results as y'all can see that blend and that color matches perfectly. I do want to do a small PSA that bleaching is not recommended for natural hair extensions. This is just a cheaper route for me personally, L'Oreal hair, color, hair dye is a great alternative. It is a bit more expensive, but it would do less damage to the curls. If you guys enjoyed this video, don't forget to subscribe thanks for watching
