Foreign, what's up guys welcome to my Channel today, I'm going to be teaching you guys how to use clip-on extensions, I'm going to be teaching you how to put them in what products I use and how to style your hair after the clear prints are in today. I'M using Bellamy extensions, they come in a bundle, super pretty there's different hair lengths, I'm going to include the link below so yeah, let's get into it. Okay, so first thing that you want to go ahead and do is brush through your hair. Make sure you don't have any knots? Okay next thing I like to do is I take my dry shampoo and I'm going to put it everywhere. I washed my hair yesterday, but my hair is extremely thin, so when I add dry shampoo, it gives me that volume. So it's not necessarily for dirty hair. It can also be to give you that added volume, without it being so um, sticky or like too too thick that you can't run your hands through it. So I'm going to go ahead and apply it just everywhere to the back. Okay, I'm gon na. Sometimes it leaves you a little bit White go ahead and kind of rub it in the back. Okay, so bam. It'S a lot thicker now setting the foundation for the next thing I am going to do is take a little bit of dry texture spray. This one is from Kenra Platinum and it's just texture defining spray. I add this lightly. This is white, see what I'm talking about just want to make sure it's not white, so this is going to help you um with the clips the clips on the hair extensions um. It helps to just create like something that it can hold better to, rather than if you just go ahead and wash your hair don't put anything in it. The clips are not going to grab on um strong enough to your hair and then that's all different um. So I'm gon na go and brush it out again. All right! That'S done! I'M Gon na Keep the spray nearby because I'm going to go ahead and use it again, while I'm applying and I'll show you guys in a minute, so the hair that I'm using Bellamy. This is my favorite clip in extensions. I have never done um the extensions that you need in your hair. I don't even know what they're called, because I've never done them um. I am the type of person that I like to scratch. My head, I like to put it in a ponytail, I'm messy with it like 90 of the time I look homeless. Just just to be like really honest, I look homeless, um and then there's that 10. Then I'm just like hmm, you know I get dressed. I look good. I go out whatever, so I just point as I. I can't live with hair clippings sew-ins, whatever. What have you um, so this works for me right uh. So it came. I bought this off of the site which I will link below. It came with this clip um special, and this is very black like. I think this is the darkest hair that they have and it is 22 inches see I've used it before. I usually use it with curly hair because I find that it Blends in better and that's what we're going to be doing today: curly hair uh. So what I'm gon na do is I'm not going. It comes with one two, three, four, five, six, seven seven pieces. So I'm not gon na use seven pieces. It'S too much. I'Ve tried it before it doesn't work out for me, um. We are going to use only about three to four, so the ones that I like to use. We are going to use the one with two clips put that to the side. I'M gon na grab another one with two clips start and then one more for right now with three clips and the rest, I'm just going to put back all right so now that I've separated my hair, I'm going to brush through it a little bit. So my hair, it used to be this long for a very long time and just recently like in the last five months I was like you know what I'm gon na cut it I'm Gon na Change. I need to cut it. I was using a lot of hair from postpartum, and so this is. This is the length right now. This is what it looks like right now. It was literally this length. It was so I've had these for a while already and what I use them for now. I'M using them for length before I used to just use them to add extra volume and I'll post a picture, so you can see the difference and what a difference it actually does make. It'S quite nice all right. So since, since I have short hair, my application process is going to be a little bit different right, because I want it to blend in very well with my hair now that it's short, it's easier when you're, just using it for volume, because it Blends in so Much you know because it's the same length pretty much now take my hair and clip it back. So I'm taking all of this hair right trying to get as evenly as possible and I'm going to turn it up, and this is going to be mine's. First, hair placement: I'm going to take that spray again and it's very close to the roots. Okay, now I'm going to take the piece of hair with the three clips and I'm going to put it behind me and make sure that it's as even as possible, what I'm going to do with one of the clips try to show you is take it right And make a little circle and clip it in and I'm going to go ahead and do that with all of them. Tiny Circle clip it in all right and I'm going to turn around so that you can see what it looks like two all right. So next strand I'm going to let go of this hair right and actually my bad guys. I forgot that my hair is short on pretty used to doing it with long hair, so I'm gon na come in and take some more, but I'm going to take a third piece. When I had long hair I pretty much just um started not as low. I started right here right, so I measured to the ear and back and clip Up, and that was where my first three piece started, but now I have shorter hair. So I want to make it look like a lot longer and make sure that everything Blends in so same thing, I'm gon na come back. Put this handy, dandy, dry, texture, spray! Okay, if you have thick hair, I probably wouldn't use that um, but I don't so. Do always what's best for your hair, I can only speak of thin hair, so come back around right place it towards the middle and again Circle and clip Circle and clip all right. So I'm gon na go ahead and show you again what it's looking like now you can see. It is very long and don't worry about this hair we're gon na go and style it after and blend it in as good as possible. Okay, see how my wrist long, hair, okay, anyways anyways change is good. Okay, so now I'm gon na take this top part. So I'm not going to come, I'm not going to take too much hair from the top. In fact, I'm not going to put anything up here. This is where I'll be putting my next two pieces, because the closer you got to the top of your head, the easier it is to see the clips, and we don't want that, of course, not texture spray. Again, sometimes you can even well sometimes don't you can come in and tease it a little bit wherever you're going to place. You know to the top of the root. I don't want to do that. I will probably do that if I was like okay, I had to wash my hair and but I really want to wear these extensions and I'm going out. You know that gives me that, like second third date, effect of uh from wash day wash day is always so hard to style. This you know type of hair or even just curls without this, because your hair is just so like silky and smooth. I always like to wait at least a day or two afterwards, but yesterday I had to wash my hair. I really do all right anyways, so I'm going to come with the two clip ones and I'm gon na do here all right Circle clip and back around Circle and clip and make sure that there's no space in between like flattening out okay, next clip same thing, I'M gon na start over here Circle and clip Circle and clip so essentially you're, creating like an anchor onto your hair to support the hair okay. So this is the rough draft. So if you find that UI Clips are coming through, you can fluff your hair up and kind of feel. Let'S see replacement, I can't see them coming through here. So, as you can see again, I've lost so much hair that this is like a strand. I had all of this, they don't go back. I know anyways all right. So now I am going to take my Bed Head wand. You can use anyone. This is old, I don't even know it's probably like five years or so, but it works, and I love it. I'M going to clip the hair out of it, including mine and I'm gon na style in pieces, okay and separate into two sections. I'M going to take some hairspray again, just to kind of add some texture foreign. So now I'm going to first take my own hair and I'm going to curl it. Thank you. Thank you, foreign. I Think We're not gon na leave it like this. I'M gon na come in and take my Hairspray and spray everything I'm going to take a brush like this and I'm going to gently brush through the curls foreign guys. So here you have it Bellamy extensions. You cannot see the clips. It is what it is. Obviously, like my hair is really short, so this is inevitable it's gon na pop out, but if you curl it in the right direction, it'll kind of hide, like I said, uh what it went ahead and did is put a final final touch-up of the hairspray. This hairspray that I use is TRESemme of level four. I guess extra firm control so that the curls stay in place.
