Bellami Vs Luxy Clip In Hair Extensions

Just wanted to show you the differences I found between both hair extension types and hopefully help you decide which ones would work for you let me know in the comment section

Hey guys, this is a video just to show you the differences between my two types of hair extensions. I wear the clip in hair extensions. These are the Bellamy, hair extensions and on this side we have the Luxy Hair Extensions um and they I get them in Black they're 18 inches both of them, and I can't really remember what grams they were, but I believe there were like 120 grams. I think I'm not entirely sure I got my Bellamy hair extensions about two years ago and my Luxy Hair Extensions about a year ago. Okay, so let's get started, I watched them today for the first time I don't wear them every day. I only wear them on special occasions, parties going out and such but and the reason why it's because my hair is coarse is thick and it never grows past my shoulders. It'S always been shoulder length, so I have to wear hair extensions um when I first got the bulamic hair extensions. I was a little bit disappointed, they're, not as full and thick as they make. It seem, as you can see here, they're very see-through and also you know. All of them are like that. It'S not like one weft is bigger than the other or thicker than the other they're all they're, all the same, pretty much just very, very small layer, see-through um. I wanted to show you that the Bellamy, hair extensions feel more coarse, more porous and a little bit lighter than the Luxy Hair Extensions feel more dense heavier. They feel a lot heavier and it actually holds its color, its natural original color. Longer, I feel like they still look very, very black, very dark and my Luxy Hair Extensions actually faded. When I started washing them. I don't know if you can see it looks a little bit more Brown now I they both supposed to be just yet black, and when I pour the water on the Bellamy hair extensions, I noticed the water came out pretty dark. Like a muddy Brown, I had to rinse them about three times after shampooing and when you shampoo and just do it lightly, do it on on this right here on the bottom on the ends, don't try to do it so much on the top, because you'll end Up messing up the the clips a little bit, the hair might come out and then it'll be hard to. You know fix it. It won't look the same anyways I had to rinse um, like I said three times so the water would come out clean, which was a little bit weird. That'S never happened to me and I've wore hair extensions for 20 years now different different kinds. Any from I've had hair extensions from everywhere from Amazon Venus. I'Ve had extensions from Sally Hansen, all kinds of hair extensions, but these actually were almost dirty. I don't understand why I know I've had them for a while, but I don't wear them that often - and it's just I don't know what. What was that? That'S? Why I'm trying to wonder, but it's okay, now they're clean the waters came out clean now, so it feels like they're drying out pretty good. It just feels, like I don't know like thinner. The hair doesn't feel as high quality as it should, or as they advertise and again, I'm not being paid by anyone. This is just uh my opinion of what I think of these hair extensions. It'S okay, I like them. They you can style them very quickly. You can brush them very quickly: they're, not they're, not bad, hair, extensions, uh, it's okay! I like um. It'S just that I wish they were thicker like they advertise like the ends, and I did try tell Bellamy about. You know what they advertise versus what you get for your money and they just didn't really care. They just told me that they could give me more discounts to buying other hair extensions and, if I needed like a like a set, that's heavier or something anyways. These are the balami hair extensions, and these are the uh Luxy Hair Extensions. Luxie feels, like I said, heavier thicker um, I'm holding two here of the one inch hair extensions and they are actually one of my favorites because my like I said my hair is very heavy and very thick. So when I put this on it kind of matches my hair a little bit better, just for the fact that it's you know Fuller, I don't know if it's how it's it's put together. As you can see, it's got this sort of tape on the top and you can see on the back. I'M sorry it's a little bit hard to see, but you can see versus Bellamy. Has your typical um thread on the top here? That'S just that how how it's typically done, how they used to be, and I think that's what makes it thinner you see. You can even see the holes through there versus this one they're fully put on there. You can't see any holes, you can see anything through it, which is it's good. In my opinion, it's good. It'S better they're, both pretty good at hiding. You can't really see it when you put your hair up, especially if your hair is dark like this, and you know they just they both blend in pretty good. I do find that the polemic, hair extensions are a little bit more painful on the clips um. I don't know if you guys have ever wore hair extensions, or this is your first time buying hair extensions, but this clip tends to grab my hair. So much or I don't know it just hurts it almost like pulls my hair, my natural hair. You see the clip versus the Luxy ones, I don't know I feel, like the clips are a little bit better. They don't pull my hair as much. Maybe it's because the way they're made or something, but they do feel a little bit better. On my hair, more comfortable in a way and more secure, I feel like they're, not gon na fall off. If I were to pull my hair, if I were to brush my hair, they they feel like they're on better than the Bellamy ones, but I've never had any problems with the my hair extensions falling off or anything, it's always been pretty good. Um, honestly, I don't know how long they they're meant to last. Like I said, I've had this ones for two years, this one's for one year and so far they're good. They do shed a little bit of hair, especially the Bellamy ones. I find that the ends when you try brushing them. You do end up with more hairs on your hand or on the surface, then the Luxy ones the Luxy ones seem to be. I don't know a little bit more sturdy. They stay on better. The hair doesn't fall off as much, and it's probably the way it's made. As you can see, it's made pretty good. I really like how they they done. This taped thing, the only I don't know. The only question I have is that I don't think people can see it, but how it shines like this. I don't know if people can see that when you have it on, I don't know, but these ones don't have that these ones are just like that um. But yeah I mean it's either one or good, but I would definitely recommend the Loxy hair extensions better than the balami, but it's honestly up to you, whatever you're trying to pay for them, but if you're gon na spend a little bit more money. I think this were like twenty dollars more thirty dollars more. I would definitely go with the Luxy ones and also, if you want get the longest or I got the 18 inches, but I've been told by many people to get the 22 inches and then just trim them how you want and also every time you wash them. You know you can trim the ends and stuff like that, but I don't do that um. I try to just keep them how they are and if they're looking pretty rough or pretty bad. That'S when I start trimming them, but I haven't done this yet one thing that I do notice as well is that the bulimic hair extensions tangled up more um - I don't know if you guys, can see here, but I mean right now. I just wash them which is natural to be tangled up, but I feel like they tangle up a little bit more than the Loxy hair extensions early, but we're softer - and I mean you can even see it. The shine is is incredible. On these hair extensions, they're more shiny, more, I don't know more dense, more heavy and, in my opinion, they're very pretty they look very nice. They look very natural and um, but, like I said, both of them are good. I don't have any problems with neither one except the pulling of the hair on this one and the shedding, but I mean you know it's it's it's good. If you know you have thin hair, they will definitely go with your hair type. But if you have a thicker coarser hair, I would definitely recommend the the Luxy ones all right guys. Well, I hope this video helped um. I don't know what else to to tell you. I also let me tell you that um. I also use this keratin protein spray just to keep on the hair when I'm brushing it, so it kind of protects it and that way, they're ready to be styled. If I need to curl it or something that's what I usually do, I usually curl it. I'Ve noticed that if I straighten it and put it on my hair, it doesn't blend in at all my hair. You can literally see where my hair ends my hairline and it doesn't blend in so I kind of have to curl them and style them. You know and like more bulky, curly Styles, so they can blend in with my hair a little bit better but yeah. If you have any questions just hit me up. Let me know in the comment section and I'll be glad to answer them if you're looking to buy hair extensions um, just let me know, and I will be making another video if you like. Just let me know in the comment section. Thank you.
