I hope they like it, but in this video i really think that what i'm sharing with you today is life changing, or at least it has been for me. And i did have a problem because i'm a little sensitive to led light and with that hair band, i wasn't able to keep that led light off of my forehead, which was causing me some kind of melasma problems. And i will tell you that i've been very pleased with my hair growth, but when i first started after about the first month, i lost a little bit of hair in front and i'll show you a picture of that. There'S how i generally looked on youtube and i had very thin hair and for the first two two and a half years of my channel, i often wear hair extensions, because my hair was so thin and i have to say that for the past year and a Half since i've been using the eye restore, i really have not used hair extensions at all anymore. My husband did not like them, he said every now and then you could see them and he just did not like me wearing those, but i am so happy because my natural hair right now using the iris store for 18 months. I think really looks kind of like a hair extension. Okay, now, let's get into what you've all been waiting for, which is my before and after pictures. So first i'll show you my front and there i am august of 20 in the before picture 18 months ago, and there i am at three months the front of my hair and, as you can see, i'm starting to get little baby hairs sprouting in which i Was so happy about and then at the six month point those baby hairs have grown longer, which is just wonderful and then at 18 months ago, a few weeks back there, you can see my hair. Unfortunately, i still do have grays coming in it. Didn'T do anything for that, but my hair is quite a bit thicker, i think in the front, but please give me comments in the comment section below the video to. My sides are very, very thick they're thicker than they ever have been, but i think the fullness on the top, although it's definitely there it kind of slowed down in terms of increasing hair growth. It has really grown in and now just a few months ago, in the 18-month picture i have even more hair growing in on my left temple, and i really really love that, because i've realized something about having hair is that when you have very sparse hair, it Makes the rest of your face look kind of drawn and pale, and you just don't look that good, but when you have kind of a young person's hair, like you know, you look like you, have more hair, like maybe a 40 year old, something like that. It does seem to make your face look better. They always call our hair, our crowning glory, and i really think that's true. Okay, let's take a look at the right side, the before and after pictures on my right side - and it looks very similar to my left side results there. I am in the before picture 18 months ago, and i have very sparse temples and at the 3 month picture, i'm getting even more baby hairs on this right side than i had on the left side and now at the six month point i am really growing In the hair and those baby, hairs have gotten lengthy and filled in and then in the 18 month picture. I think those hairs have filled in even more, and i want you to take a look at the overall look of that from the before to the. After. The person in the after picture - i haven't done anything except i have some makeup on in the last three pictures, but looking at the before picture to the after picture, the person in the after picture in 18 months really does look a lot younger because she has A lot more hair, just like a younger person, would so in terms of beauty devices. Okay, i always like to leave you with a little thought for the day and today i'm not going to be reading from my cards, because i wanted to share something that i've been learning and actually i am learning this from a counselor that i've been going to I'Ve had two weeks with dr lance parker and he actually has a youtube channel and i'll link his channel below. He has great ways to improve our happiness and improve our lives. The reason i went to him is a little unusual he's right here in wichita, and i used to work with him at my parents. Behavioral managed care firm years ago and i discovered through a friend of mine that he is doing some kind of unusual counseling in that he is doing counseling. That helps us deepen our faith, and so i won't get into all the details about that and i just started, but apparently he's been giving a lot of speeches about this topic and people are really receiving it very well. But basically i had my second little session with him on tuesday night and what he talked about is. He said we shouldn't should all over ourselves and we always hear this, but for some reason he was able to impart the knowledge to me and it really got to the bottom of my soul, and i really understood it. We shouldn't should all of ourselves and what that means is here. We are in this moment in time and anything we did in the past. If we should have gone to school should have finished school should have done. This should have done that it doesn't matter anything in the future, although we can plan for the future worrying about it does no good those people out there. We can't control them. The only thing we can control is ourselves and our own happiness, and actually, if we're a little bit depressed, we have to realize that who created that depression, we created that depression through our habitual ways of thinking and one of the ways we create depression is to Constantly say, oh, i should do that. I should do this. I shouldn't have done this. I shouldn't have done that, and the reason talking to ourselves with a lot of should statements is so bad is that it can really never lead to happiness, and let me give you an example say i see that my bedroom is a wreck, and i really think I should clean that up. I should clean that up. I should clean it up. I should clean it up, so i'm making myself feel guilty and bad, and if i do clean up the room, then i think to myself. Well, i should have done that in the first place i shouldn't have gotten it messy, so there is no happiness boost even in accomplishing cleaning up that bedroom now, if, instead of shooting all over myself in that situation, if i said you know, i'm not going to Think of that bedroom cleaning in terms of i should do it, i'm going to think in terms of do. I want to clean that bedroom. Well, yes, i do i like to be in a clean bedroom, so i really want to clean that bedroom, and so then i clean up the bedroom and i can give myself a pat on the back, because i wanted to do it. I chose to do it and i did it and i feel good about it, and so basically, the homework assignment that dr parker gave me for this week is to think about my self-talk and really kind of monitor myself and any times when i say i should Do something number one stop and note it and number two? If i really want to do it, i change that should statement into an i want statement, and then i accomplish that little thing and i feel good because i wanted to do it and i accomplished it. So friends, just for today, i urge you to go through your days and monitor your brain. Monitor your heart, monitor your self-talk and every time you say i should do something. Stop yourself in your tracks and say wait a minute. I don't care. If i should do it do i want to do it and unless what you plan to do is illegal, you can decide to yourself. If you want to do that and if you decide you want to do it and you do it, you will have that great rush of happiness and endorphins through the accomplishment of having done what you wanted to do.
