Hi bestie lexi luxury here how the hell are you welcome or welcome back to my channel? I'M super excited for today's video because one it's a hair tutorial. You guys know how much i love those, but the most exciting thing is that i'm using these hair fibers. It is a sponsor, so shout out to sure thick, but seriously you guys are going to love this product, i'm so hyped. We get to talk about it. So once we get the hair tutorial done, i am going to use the sure thick product, and this is what my hair looked like before. This is what it ends up. Looking like after so you guys are definitely going to want to see the tea with that product anyways before i get ahead of myself, we're doing this, like slicked back ballerina, bun moment, which i love. I love a good sleek bun, especially like a center part one, and i felt like i was never able to do that because my part just didn't look right because of my hair being so thin. So, that's why i wanted to try it out, put sure think to the test and see how it did you guys will get the tea in the video. But before i keep babbling on uh make sure you hit that subscribe. Button turn on your post notifications and give this video a thumbs up if you like it already and let's get into this tutorial. Okay, so i know i'm looking a mess. Don'T worry we're about to get into the video, but i am super excited. It'S been a while, since i've been on youtube, i think it's been like two weeks or something like that. My scrunchie's falling out anyways, it's been a while. I missed you guys and we are coming in hot with a hair tutorial. We are sponsored by sure thick today, like i said, and i'm really excited, because there are a lot of styles that i wanted to try, but i felt, like my part, was too thin or it would just take too much styling hairspray. You know all this extra stuff just to get my hair to look thicker and they have these little fibers, these hair thickening fibers. So that's what we're gon na be putting on my scalp to make it look thicker. So i'm gon na be experimenting with a fun hairstyle that i've been wanting to try for a while. We will dive into all the other goodies that they sent me and how to apply this baby later on in the video, so yeah anyways. For those of you who are new, obviously i have super thin hair and i purposefully straightened it kind of crazy today. So typically, when i straighten my hair, i make sure that i blow dry it upside down, so it gets a lot of volume. I make sure i part it in the middle and use a round brush, and i do all of these little like tips and tricks to make my hair look thicker. But i really wanted to give these little hair fibers a run for their money today, and i want to see how well they work if my part isn't clean - and you know if i didn't do all of those little steps, because if it can save me time In that sense, then, i'm sold so yeah. You can see like up here. My part isn't very clean at all there's tons of thin spots, whereas if i were to have been you know better about the prep, it would have been not perfect but much better. I'M thinking i will start like as high as i can maybe like here yeah right about here, i think, is where i'm gon na section off the hair yeah. Okay, that feels good. I'M just gon na use a little clip to hold this hair up all right. So since i do have day one hair, like i washed my hair and straightened it today, it's very silky, it's very slippery, so i'm going to slightly tease just the top portion of this back area of my head just so. The clips have something to hang on to i'm just going to take this round brush, but honestly, a comb would be even better. I'M just teasing this top portion. Like i said, then, i'm just gon na take a bit of hairspray just to hold the tees that we just made like. I said, since it is day one hair, okay and now it is time for the extensions i don't remember where these are from, but it's my most recent hair extension video, i'm pretty sure, or at least since this video has been out. So i will leave the link to the video above and in the description box down below. If you want to check that out what i like about them is they're made for thin hair, so the weft at the top. Here you can see it's nice and thin. It almost looks like a tape. In extension, these are super long too. If you want to use shorter ones, you totally. Can i'm gon na turn my chair around, so you can see how i apply these. So i take the weft, i'm just gon na start with a three clip and i'm gon na put these in upside down. So essentially i'm just gon na. Take it like this, bring it all the way around to the back of my head, clip it in there ow and yeah. That'S how we're gon na do it for all of them, i'm gon na fit in as many as i can. I'M gon na go in with a two clip next so same way i put in that other one. I got another three clip and i just want to check the bottom here to see if it'll cover them up seems like it's good for now. I want to do a part in the middle, so i just gathered all my hair up here by the way just to get it like. I'M gon na grab my little parted section in the front here and i'm gon na grab a little bit off the sides. As well so like this, so a little bit from the front but yeah the rest of this, i'm gon na slick back. So this we will slick back as well, but first i want to just get these portions out of the way. Okay. So now that i have my little front sections all good to go, i am going to take my soft brush and my hair spray, and the first thing i'm going to do is actually hairspray this front section so right behind, where i grabbed the little bangs right Here and then i'm just going to brush this hair back like so so satisfying. Oh, my arm's already getting tired see if i can do this with my left hand and then, of course, getting like the little back hairs and then we're gon na get right behind that front portion. So right here in this area, just be careful not to uh brush your bangs back that we pulled forward. I need a hair tie. I'Ll wear my hair got a hair tie. Okay, once you get your hair tied, just go ahead: chew and sneeze um just go ahead and put it up like normal. I'M just getting this like as tight as i can to be honest with you all right. So now i'm just gon na put a little bit of hairspray on my brush guys. Yes, i know: there's hair in here: okay, like whatever anyways putting some hairspray on the brush and then very carefully, just kind of swooping we're really more so playing with our bangs. Here, that's why i didn't put like straight up hairspray on the bangs themselves. I put it on the brush. It just gives you a little bit more flexibility to play around uh, but i am kind of like swooping right, so i'm not just like brushing straight back. I'M basically treating these like big baby hairs, essentially just so, i can get it to a point where i feel like it looks really nice and sleek and then, of course, we're gon na get these two so spraying the hair hairbrush again just swooping them back it. Just looks a lot cleaner from the side. No beautiful, all right same thing on the other side looks better, but i'm going to take like the top tiny layer. There'S not a lot of hair here. So i'm trying to work with what i've got, but i'm going to take this little top section. It'S literally like a couple pieces of hair and i'm just going to tease it i'm not going to hairspray it. I'M just going to tease it and kind of put it over my head like this. Taking this little bit of hair and tease away oop, sorry all right, all right! That'S enough teasing we're just gon na slightly brush over top! So i'm just gon na twist my hair up like this and we're just gon na cinnabon this, but twist up this hair okay and go in the direction that you twisted it. So i'm twisting the hair to the right and i'm wrapping it to the right. This is reminding me by ballerina days once you get around to the front, go ahead and grab a bobby pin. How do i know my bobby pins out here? Oh my god, i'm ill prepared. Okay, i've got the bobby pins, so you take a bobby pin and if you want this to kind of be like left out and like funky, you can just wrap it. Sorry, i hope you can see this. You can just wrap it around to like the front area and then bobby, pin it like this, like leave a little bit out. Take your bobby, pin and secure it into that bun, but leave this little guy out. I usually like a little bit of like fringe off the side, so that's optional, you could obviously just pin it into your bun and be done with it. Here is the back, as you can see all those thin hairs up here that we're gon na fix, but the bun looks good now for the real deal. Now we're gon na see what the tea is with these hair thickening fibers, and then we will be done with this look. So i'm just gon na take the lid off of this here, but just to show you a close-up. This is the sure, thick hair fibers, and i believe i got the color medium brown yeah, medium brown, just taking the little lid off it looks like it's got a little sticker, so it doesn't go all crazy in there all right and then just taking this little Guy, which is like the little applicator - i think this is so cool, but we're just gon na apply him to the top. So i guess i need to take this. Guy off. Probably should have done this over like a towel or something in hindsight, but that's fine, we'll get the vacuum later. Okay, there we go so it just goes on like that. That'S pretty neat, honestly! Okay! So there's like three different nozzles that go on here. There'S the detail: nozzle the fan nozzle, which looks like this. These are like little plugs that go on the top and then this is like the medium nozzle. I guess i'll start with the medium one seems like the right thing to do. Anyways. I guess i just like attach it onto here like this little blue thing, now we're locked in all right and then they have this thing which really intrigues me. So obviously it just acts as a little barrier between your hair and the applicator. So if you're doing like a hairline moment, it looks more natural than if you were just doing it in a straight line: um i'm gon na try without this for my upper section. Maybe when i get to my part i'll, try this guy right here and we'll see how it does, let's get it so i'm just gon na start up here. Can you guys see that hold on hope? You guys can see what's going on here? Okay, let's see how i've done so far because you guys could see, but i couldn't oh wow that did really good and it was so easy to apply. Okay: okay: let's see what we can do with my uh, my little part up here, because it doesn't look awful, but i would like it to be like a little bit thicker, let's see what we can do with the little tracer thing, this guy this guy right Here and yeah, i'm not gon na bring it in too close. I'M gon na bring it in about this. This much. Let'S get it whoa wow, that's wild! You guys! I don't even feel like. I need to do the other side, but i'm going to if you are using that method, you're going to get a lot of these little fibers on here, but it's kind of perfect, because now you can see what they actually look like and you can see it Got on my finger when i grabbed it. Um so obviously be like careful with this like make sure you're not getting it on your makeup or anything, but they do kind of wipe right off like it comes off really easily. It doesn't get like stuck on your hand if you know what i mean wow i mean i'm not gon na lie guys. I'Ve tried hair fibers before, but these look like my freaking hair, okay. So now this is the point where we want to hold the fibers in place, since they are just kind of sitting on top of our head. So they have this fiber holding spray, which is awesome. I'D imagine you could use hairspray as well, but i'm sure this is just perfectly formulated for this to hold and adhere to your hair. I'M gon na see how this sprays first, okay, okay, so and i'm just gon na. Let that sit there. But this is what we're working with you guys. Can you believe it time for the nape for the next? I'M just gon na take this guy again, let's do it all right. Big reveal wow all right, i'm taking that holding spray again, i'm gon na try to get around my ear as well kind of where, like the hair, starts to get thinner. Oh, my goodness, i'm a fan! I'M sold okay! Well, i think we're done. I honestly just hopped off camera real, quick and cleaned off my ears, just because i felt like there was a little bit of fibers on them, but they cleaned off like really easy. I'M gon na give you a quick little 360 of the hair, so we got obviously around the ears which looks so much better now, because before it was looking super thin, it's definitely one of my thinnest areas. The nape of the neck is like. I can't believe it looks that good i've never had my hair. Look that thick there before this section up here, which looks so much better, but i'm so happy that i have this cute little like ballerina bun moment and it's slicked back. It'S sexy, there's a middle part and it also doesn't look thin, which is oh music to my ears. So hopefully you guys liked this video. Hopefully you learned something new. It'S my lipstick messed up, can't do the outro looking crusty anyways. I hope you learned something new.
