Hey guys welcome back to my channel in today's video I'm going to be showing you guys how to incorporate Rosemary and Indian Ms to boost hair growth. So if you're interested, you know what to do, grab a seat and let's get into it, so the first ingredient I'm going to be using for today's video is rosemary leaves. So if you guys are familiar with my channel, you will know that I love using Rosemary in all my DIY recipe, because Rosemary is so effective when it comes to hair growth and overall health of your hair. So I purchased my rosemary leaves from my local store. So you can also purchase it from your local store as well, and if you don't have fresh rosemary leaves, you can also use the dry Rosemary as well, and you can purchase the dry rosemary leaves from Amazon, so always make sure to wash your rosemary leaves before. Using it and make sure to use paper towel to remove the excess water from the rosemary leaves, because you don't want your oil to contain water. If your oil contain water, it's going to go bad quickly. Okay, so you want your your oil to last you as long as possible. Now I'm going to go ahead and transfer the rosemary leaves into the blender once I remove all the excess water from the rosemary leaves. So I'm going to be adding few drops of my DIY infused oil into the blender. This will help with the blending process. You can add any oil of your choice. Rosemary helps to stimulate blood circulation in the scalp. It helps to grow your hair much faster longer. Thicker and Fuller Rosemary can also be used to prevent dandruffs hair loss board patches, and it's also amazing for damaged hair rosemary leaves also has a lot of nutrients, which is beneficial for hair growth. It contains vitamin C if you're suffering from scalp issues such as dry flaky, scalp dandruffs, I would suggest you should incorporate rosemary, leaves to your hair care routine. So this is how the Rosemary looks like once I'm done blending so the first oil I'm going to be using for today's video is olive oil. Olive oil helps to stimulate hair follicles, it increased the lifespan of each hair, it moisturize and nourish your hair. Olive oil also help with split end, and it's amazing for scalp issues such as dandruffs flaky scalp, and it improved the overall health of your hair. So you can go ahead and add any oil of your choice. The next Oil I'm going to be adding is Jamaican black, castor oil. So I'm going to go ahead and add two tablespoons of Jamaican black, castor oil. Jamaican black, castor oil contain omega-6 and omega-9 fattic acid Jamaican black castor oil is amazing for thin hair and easily breakable hair as well. It helps to nourish the scalp and strengthen the hair Ruth as well as this. It improve blood flow to the scalp which, in return, encourage new hair growth. It'S really good to treat thinning hair. If you don't like Jamaican black, castor oil, you can also use castor oil as well. Castor oil is also amazing for our natural hair. The next and the main ingredient for today's video is Indian herbs, hair and scalp treatment. These Indian herbs contain a lot of benefit that will boost your hair growth. It promote healthy hair and improve your hair and scalp dryness. It helps to soften, smooth and moisturize. Your hair, you can use Indian herbs to treat damaged hair, it strengthen your hair, it adds volume and adds shine to your hair as well. If you're suffering from hair, breakage, hair loss damaged, hair, scalp issues guys, this combination is definitely for you. This combination is amazing, and you definitely need to try this out, so I love Indian herbs on its own, but the consistency of the oil is too thick. Okay, if you use Indian herbs on his own, it takes a long time for the oil to melt into your hair strand, because the consistency of the oil is too thick. So this is the best way to incorporate Indian herbs oil for hair growth into your hair care routine. By mixing it with other, lighter oil like olive oil and natural ingredients such as rosemary leaves to boost hair growth and overall health of your hair. So, as I said before, you can use whatever oil that you like use, whatever oil that works best for your hair type, so don't feel the need to use the same oil that I'm using. If you don't like Jamaican black castor oil, you can also use castor oil as well. Castor oil is also amazing for our natural hair, so just use whatever oil that works best for your hair type. If you're not a big fan of olive oil oil, you can also use coconut oil, grapeseed oil, almond oil or Argan Oil just use whatever oil that works for you. Once I'm done, adding all my ingredients. I went ahead and mixed everything together. Then I'm going to transfer the bowl into the boiling water. This method is called the double boiler method, I'm going to allow it to sit in the boiling water for about 35 minutes on a low heat. Then I'm going to go ahead and strain it out once I'm done straining. This is how it looks like now: I'm going to go ahead and transfer it to my container. This oil is amazing and it's packed with so many benefits for our natural hair. You can use this oil on your scalp. You can use it to seal in moisture to your hair, which will help to strengthen your hair and reduce hair breakage. You can apply it to your ends of your hair as well, which will stop splitting as well. This oil is amazing, especially if you apply it to a problem areas such as your edges. So if you're having issues with your edges, just apply it to your edges and massage it in it will grow back your edges or any problems area really quick. I love the way the oil looks so the next day. This is how the oil looks, so you can place the oil in the fridge if you live in a Sunny Country, so I just left it in the bathroom, and this is how it looks like I love the consistency of this oil. This oil is going to melt into your hair strand, so I just went ahead and applied to the hair for moisture retention. So, as you guys can see, I'm applying the oil to the hair strand and the scalp as well, because Rosemary is amazing at treating any scalp issues and it's amazing at boosting hair growth as well. If apply on the scalp. Once I'm done applying to the hair strand and the scalp, I went ahead and massaged the scalp for five minutes. As you guys know, scalp massage is really amazing, especially if you're trying to grow your hair. So I would suggest always massage your scalp anytime. You apply um oil to your scalp, because it will really helps to boost hair growth and stimulate hair follicles. I'M also going to be applying the oil to the ends as well. Our ends are the oldest part and it's prone to breakage, and it gets really dry easily, so always make sure to apply it to your ends as well.
