Bride Transformation Natural Hair Wefted Micro Links & Flat Weft Extensions

So in today's video we are working on a bride to be this beautiful lady is going to be getting married in a few days and she wanted to have a completely different look, so she tends to have weaves and wigs and doesn't normally have her natural hair Out so she opted for a texture release treatment and that is a smoothing system by a company called avalon. So it's called the avalon texture release and it lasts on your hair for around three to six months. If you've got more fine hair, then it can sometimes last on your hair for a little bit longer and it smooths your hair out with like a keratin overlay. So your hair will look smooth, but as soon as you wash it, your hair will revert back to being curly and then, when you blow dry and straighten it out, it will last a lot longer and it won't revert back as quickly. So we have done the texture release, you go under the dryer a couple of times and then you get the treatment washed out of your hair, so we have completed the wash and now i'm just stretching her hair out. I do have a full video on the texture, release, treatment and a step-by-step video. If you guys want to go ahead and watch that one. So i won't go into too much detail about the texture release treatment. So once you finish the blow dry stage of the treatment, you then go on and press out the client's hair. So we have had a few people leave messages in our other video about the amount of times that you actually go over it with the hair straightener. But it does actually say that you should pass over, i believe, five to seven times, but that you should use a lot of the moisturizing heat protector. So we do make sure that we protect the client's hair with a lot of heat protector. And then we pass over it several times with the straightener. Now you guys saw how her hair looked at the beginning of the video and now this is how her hair looks after the texture release is completed, we're just going to trim off some of her ends. So that her install can look more flawless, so the hair that we're going to use to do this install is going to be our kinky straight hair in color 1b, and i believe it was 18 inch that we used so because the client has had a texture Release so we've pressed out her hair quite a bit to avoid pressing it even more. I just give it a light straighten beforehand, so i'm just lightly pressing out the hair extensions before i do the install so because she's not sure how she's going to wear her hair for the wedding day. I want to make sure that i leave a lot of leave out so that when she ties her hair up, if she chooses to have her hair up, you won't be able to see any of the tracks and i'm starting with the invisible flat weft hair extensions. These hair extensions are fastly becoming one of our most popular methods, clients who book in for l.a, weave or braidless, weave, hair extensions when they come in and they realize they've got a more finer hairline or they want a very slick up style. They always opt to have maybe one or two of these rows first and then they opt to have the la weave or braidless weave rose and, as you can see here, it's extremely flat against her head. There'S no heat, no glue, no adhesive used to install these. It'S just micro beads, so after i've done the long row around the parameter so from like her temple all the way around the back of her neck and then round to the other temple. I then put in some very small, invisible flat, weft rows, and this allows for the versatile parting, so she can have a left side, part in middle part and a right side. Part. Not everyone has that option. If you've got more fine hair, then you might have to just go with one parting or one kind of the center, and then one side you can't have all three. It really depends on your own volume and the length of your own hair to fill out the hair extensions, i'm going to mix them with braidless weave aka la weave, hair extensions, and this is what you can see me doing here. So i believe that i done two rows of invisible flat, weft the little small ones at the top, and then i also done two rows of the braidless weave hair extensions with the track of hair extension doubled over, so it can create more volume. I just want to show you guys how flawless this install will be if she wants to do a middle part side part i want to have all of her hair up for her wedding day. A few clients have asked me if i would be interested in doing some videos on or tutorials on how to create different curl patterns and how to style the hair extensions. Now i wouldn't class myself as a stylist. I would more class myself as a hair extensionist, because i don't do extensive styling when it comes to clients, hair or clients who have got hair extensions. But i do know how to do a few different wave patterns and a few different types of curls or straightening. And just styling hair slightly, so leave a comment below if you're interested in me doing some videos on how to style. The hair extensions. Like i said before, this lady is going to be getting married and she wanted to see how her hair would look with some loose curls in it. We didn't press out the hair extensions, very, very slick because she has had a texture release and her hair is completely natural, so we wanted to keep some texture and some volume in the hair extension, so they're not fully pressed out. So this is the look once we put some loose curls in it. I just used a wide tooth comb with a little bit of hairspray on it just to comb out the pin curls that i had done, and this is how the hair extensions looked for me. This final look is perfect. I don't like when my personal hair extensions, look, really slick and, like my hair is silky like it's been relaxed. I, like it a little bit more fluffy and have a little bit more movement in it until like i'm actually going out somewhere, but for a day-to-day look. I like it to be like a little bit of messy curl and this client wanted the same look.
