How To: Diy Detachable Drawstring Braided Ponytail.

Foreign welcome and welcome back to my channel, my name is anike. Today I am going to show you how to easily make a detachable braided pony, even if you're a beginner, you only need 15 minutes or less without further Ado. Let'S get right into the video alright! So the first thing you need is a pack of crochet braids. You can get any one of your choice. I got this from a beauty, supply store and the brand is called freedom. Freedom is very affordable, feel free to go for any brand of your choice. Since we are going for crochet braids, there are lots of Brands out there. You can go ahead and go for it. This one has about 60 strands in it, 60 strands are enough to get things going so coming up. Next is the drawstring wig cap, so this is not the regular wig cap. This is called the drawstring. Then I'm going to be using my crochet pin, which is very, very important. Of course I have my canvas head. You don't have a camera set, go ahead and get like a door baby here. So let's, let's begin so. What I'm doing here is I'm trying to make sure that my wig cap is not shaped. It'S not going to shift so that is why I'm using different pins, these pins are called t pins, I'm using them to hold down um the weaker from falling or for from shifting. Just to make sure that I have like a very easy execution of all of this foreign for you to do is pick your crochet braids and pick your crochet pin and get to work. So I decided to just let this play out so that you can see it by yourself. The basics are just using the crochet needle to put in your crochet braids and pull it out with the crochet needle. So I'm just going to let it play out for you guys to see and understand by yourself. Alright, let's go foreign foreign. If you don't want something too full you can go ahead and reduce it. But for me I want everything on my head. I mean it does exists, run so that won't hurt foreign pushes good morning noise, all right. So, let's get into styling. I already have my updo done in Nigeria. We call it shuku. I went to a salon to get my Chico done. I didn't do that myself. I'M not there yet. I can't do that yet, okay, so um. What I'm doing here is just to lock in every um just to weave the ends and lock them in so that I can have something clean, easy and organized to work with all right. So I need to make mention of something here if you're familiar with drawstrings, it's always accompanied with two different Combs that you need to attach to it. So, in this case, I'm not gon na be attaching any Combs, because guys, I did not see those Combs and you can attach them anytime any day. I wanted to even scrap this video that, oh since I didn't get the comb, I'm not going to go out with the video, but somebody else told me that you know what there might be people like me. That would not be able to see the Combs and they would want to use something else. So I improvised with bobby pins guys bobby pins because I can take it out. I can put it in, I can take it, I put it in so yeah. I can always always go back to attach the comb, so I'm going to put the pictures of the Combs on your screens, so you guys so that you guys can have an idea of what I meant or what I mean by Combs all right. So, let's continue foreign so after making sure that your extension, your braided pony that you've done yourself yeah, be proud. It'S already sitting! Well um! You can go right to wrap some hair around it. In this case, I use like five. I used like five strands of hair depends on how flat you want it to look or how high you want it to look, so I prefer the eyesight. So I went for five strands of crochet braids to wrap around my hair, so that I can have you know you know that face lifting effect around and also to cover up any other shortcomings. As you guys can see, we still have some Nets showing so using those strands to cover up will not make anybody. You know, call you and say: oh, your hair is showing. Can you do something about it? I'M just kidding so um. Let'S move on pushes pushing away. Another thing is a styling with accessories guys go ahead and use your headband to guide and use your scratches we're going to be using these two scrunches for this purpose of this video or what next I'm going to and imagine guys. This is like the first time. I'M using this Christmas tree since I got them so, let's see how it looks. Yeah looks so nice looks so good, so go ahead and accessorize your ponytail as you wish all right. It took me less than 10 minutes to attach the crochet braids on the wig cap.
