Trying Hair Extensions?!! Goo Goo Double Drawn Clip In Hair Extensions Review - Ad

Hello, everyone and welcome back to my channel and for today's video I'm going to be filming a hair extensions review which I've never done on this channel. But I have been thinking really seriously lately of getting my hair cut short um and if you follow me on Instagram, you've probably seen me go on about it. Should I get my hair cut or should I leave it long? I never know what I'm gon na do, so I thought get to get some hair extensions and that way, if I get my hair cut - and I don't like it, then I can wear the hair extensions and if I want to wear it long I'll, just use The extensions for thickening it up now, I'm going to be honest right. I have not worn hair extensions since I was about 25 and I am 38 now and yeah I've. Just I've not worn clippings for ages. I'Ve had clippings in in back. In the day, I've had um sewing extensions, all sorts but um yeah over the years. I'Ve just grown it long. Another reason why I wanted hair extension actually is to thicken my hair, because even though it's I've got the length some days, it is just really thin. And I'm going to show you guys, I'm basically going to like review them and just show you how I clip them in um, because I have tried them out already and really really like them. So I wanted to share them with you guys. This set is the 160 grams and there's 10 pieces in there, and it's the double drawn, hair, clip and hair extensions. They are 100 Remy hair, so you can style them with heat, which is amazing and yeah. I think I'm just gon na show you how I clip them in again get on with the video now so I'll leave all the information in the description box below if I've left anything out. So, as you can see, it comes in a little pretty bag, and then they also provide like one of the Little Crocodile clip things for like sectioning, your hair. It'S also a little scrunchie, which is super cute, and they put them in this cute little bag that you can obviously store them in later and what I found really cool as well. Is they do give you some spare Clips just in case you lose any. So that's really handy. I find the best way is just to like start at the bottom. It'S gon na have to excuse the state of my hair guys it's do it's day, two hair, it's it's clean but like because it's not styled it. Just just looks a bit plain: you know what I mean, but what I'm going to do is start by sectioning that first bit just so I'm section it off the top bit. So it's easy to apply if Leo walked in right now, he'd probably be like Mommy. You look like an alien, and some of them, as you can see, have four Clips like these, and then some of them have three so they're a bit they're a bit shorter. So what I'm going to do is start off with the one with the three clips and I'm going to use it for the bottom of my hair like nearer the neck, because obviously that's a shorter area. Now, obviously, everyone's head shapes different and everyone and we're all different. So it might take some trial and error just to like find out what suits you and what's comfortable for you. But this is how I normally start. So I normally use the three clip one for the bottom part of my hair. If you find it's not if you'll find your hair is very silky and smooth, you can always gently back comb, your hair or even add a little bit of dry shampoo. So it's more textured, so the clips hold my my Clips tend to hold okay, so I'm not gon na back home, my hair today, so I'm going to just part it down like this. Also, I have a tip as well something I used to do when I had very short hair and I used to wear hair extensions if you used to, if you find like you've, got some short bits there that are like sort of showing of your real hair. You can actually plait them and just pin them up so they're hidden. So that's a really good tip. Okay, so I blend so nicely as well. Then I'm gon na take the four clip section and I'm just going to put it just above so funny. I remember back in the day when I was a lot younger and there just wasn't. It was hard to find good extensions on the market and I remember getting some from eBay and they were so bad and I at the time thought they look good and they were so thin and scraggly. And I remember going to this party and um looking at the photos and just thinking what was I thinking like they just look so thin. They look like little rat's tails anyway, as you can see, look they blend so nice and I haven't even styled it yet and that's just literally two clips like we are not even getting started yet. Also another tip. If you find you your hair is like you want more thickness at the front, then I suggest, when you're going to do the side bits of your extensions clip them at an angle, rather than doing like straight like that, then these ones are sort of like pushed To the front - and you see them more personally - I think the color Blends really well, then I'm just gon na. Oh then you fell off the chair then, and I'm just gon na put some more on this side. There we go so like the bottom layer. Is the fluffiest one? I find I like to pull my hair down to like the front like this, so it looks much thicker. Now, I'm just going to take this bit down. So look less like an alien okay. So, as you can see, obviously I need to brush my hair now, but, as you can see, look how thick it looks already and that's I haven't even styled it. I haven't even put the full set in so like if you've got naturally long hair and you just literally want to add some thickness. Then these hair extensions are perfect for that. If you've got shorter hair, then you can put the full set in I'm just obsessed, guys like when I put them in. I saw myself with thicker hair and I was just like. Oh actually, it is lovely just having long hair and it does make me think to myself. I don't want short hair, but, like I get those days where I just want to look really Chic and you know some outfits, they just look really nice with like a short hair. Don'T they and I'm always tucking my hair into like a um like a Pearland neck or a high neck top just to imagine that I've got Bob and I just feel really Chic and um, then um it makes me want to get it cut. So it's perfect. I'Ve got these hair extensions because if I do decide to get it cut, then obviously I can just have long hair again. If I miss my long hair, but one thing I will say about this hair as well, is it's so like? I can't explain how soft it is. It'S so soft and thick and lovely and shiny. They do all different lengths, dropping them all over the floor. Now they do all different lengths and loads of different shades over on there. So I've got like one two. Three four I've got some sections left, so I've got some of the two clip ones which I'm probably gon na just put here for like front thickness, and then I've got some just small um single clip ones as well. So I'm just going to add them in, but I'm going to use the little clip that they've provided, I feel like proper Glam. I want to go out now and like go for drinks or go go out somewhere nice. So I'm going to put these ones here and just like layer them here just to keep it nice and natural. I'Ve got to say, though, what I love about these as well is because obviously they've got dark Clips at the top, and I have that rooty look. Um they're more covered, which I love so yeah - I'm just really loving these guys, so I'm going to put some on the side there. The ones with the two clips are really good for the side are fine. Sorry I keep looking at the mirror because it's hard to do it in the viewfinder, because my viewfinder is Tiny there we go to be honest, I don't I don't reckon I need any more now, because it does look really thick. So I've got lots of the single ones left now here there we go lots of single ones, and these are just good for, like probably the top bit here. You know so I'm just going to pop them in here. To be honest, I've got these left and don't think I even need them, because I've just got so much thickness now and look so as you can see, this is the finished look and I haven't even put the whole set in guys. This is how beautifully thick and luxurious and soft my hair is at the end of putting the extensions in, and I am freaking obsessed like it's. Oh it's just so nice having it so thick like because, although I'm used to long hair, my hair is quite damaged. You know I've it's over been colored, it's been um, straightened and styled a lot, so it has taken its toll over the years and it has got fairly thin, also like going through pregnancy and your hair, getting thick and then thin and losing hair and all the Hormones everything like just life, you know long hair does um get hard to maintain over the years and I think since I've got older as well like it's hot it's, it is hard to have thick healthy hair as I've got older. So it's really nice to have these for that, and also, if I do get my hair cut in the future into like a nice short bob or something, and then at least I will be able to put these in. If I miss my long hair or you know, if you're going out for a nice meal or a night out drinks, whatever you want to just feel the Glam, then I just think they're lovely guys.
