Hey guys welcome back to my channel if you are new here, hi welcome if you are interested in budget friendly, hair fashion, beauty and other lifestyle type of content be sure to be sure to subscribe. Because that's what i do here and i mess up like that. All the time so today i'm going to try to do very quick intro, because i've got lots to do. I am trying for the first time ever tape in hair extensions. Today i am working with the brand max full again. If you have been around me any amount of time, then you know that i've worked with maxwell multiple times. I think three other times this will be number four. I really love the brand. I really trust them and i think their quality of hair is top-notch. So today they sent me some tape in hair extensions to try and review so first off. Thank you maxwell. I love working with you and i'm excited to try these i'm also freaking nervous, because i've never done tape. Ins before and tapings are a little different than clippings. I'M sure you know, but if you don't know they tape in your hair, rather than clip in your hair, so they're a little more permanent they're they're what you would call permanent hair extensions. Obviously, no hair extensions are actually permanent, but these are ones that last. Was it like six days six to eight weeks or something like that, depending on how fast your hair grows out and all that jazz, but you don't take them out. They stay in your hair and it's generally a good thing to have them done professionally, but ain't nobody got money for that, so i am doing them myself. I'Ve watched a million and one videos on how to do it, so i'm a professional now i know exactly what to do so. I'M not going to really show me doing them, because this is not a how-to. If this works out, i would love to film a how to, but that's not the case, so i might show you a little bit of me doing it, but that's not what this video is about. This video is a review of the hair, so i would also like to preface this by saying if this goes terribly know that there might be two different things being reviewed here. One, the quality of hair and tape and all that kind of stuff of maxwell is one review. That'S the review that counts here. The other review might be on how tape ins work on me that were done by me, which does not reflect the company. So let me just my potentially terrible job of installing tape. Ins on myself do not reflect maxwell. Okay, i'm just gon na go ahead and open what they sent. I have got two boxes. They were kind enough to send me two packs, because this isn't like clip-ins, where one pack will do you generally. You need at least two packs and i have thin hair. So if you have thicker hair, you probably need more anyways. Let me tell you a little bit about what i got: maxwell does 100 remy human hair. It'S really good quality, the ones i've used before really good quality. I got mine in the color. I'M gon na put the name of it up here because it's not an actual name. It'S a number number p18613 i'll, also link the specific ones i got down below and i got 16 inches, which is gon na, be a bit longer than my hair, but not crazy. Long. It'S still gon na be still gon na, be long i'll definitely have to try to blend these uh anxiety's. Building up it's fine. Each pack is 50 grams of hair. There are 20 pieces. 50 grams is not a lot. Even in my hair. It'S not a lot, especially if you're trying to add length if you're, just adding volume and the length is exactly the same. 50 grams would add plenty of volume. For me in comparison to what i have now but trying to do a full head and make it longer, no, you need at least two packs, so all together, 100 grams, which is great. So, let's take a look. They helped me pick a color and generally they're really good. So far, every time i've worked with them, they've picked a color that has been perfect, but things change. You know, and my hair color changes a little bit whether i want it to or not just that's what blonde. That'S what happens with blonde. So i really really hope this works. So here's the little baggie that was inside of the box again with the net nets are not my friend okay, i see what's happening, oh my goodness come on. I can't believe that i'm holding tape ins right now. I never thought i would actually try this because i was always just really really really scared. This one definitely matches my hair for sure, okay, okay, so i bought tape remover. So if these just don't work in my hair because of color or because of my lack of expertise of how to tape in hair, i can take it right back out. It'S fine! It'S fine, so it'll add a little bit of length. What i'm gon na do? What i always do is my voice. Cracking i feel like it is. I'M gon na go straighten these to make them fit. So i think i did everything i'm supposed to. I use clarifying shampoo on my hair to get rid of all of the gunk at my scalp. I didn't put any product in. I straightened my hair with the straightener, which i don't usually do up here, but i did it to try to tame all the flyaways to make this easier. I'M so scared, because if i do this decent enough that i decide to keep them in, i have church in the morning, so that doesn't give me much time to figure these out. It'S fine, let's just let's just get started all right, so i'm gon na do i'm gon na straighten these and just get started i'll set you up, so you can see at least a little bit, but i'm not planning on filming the whole thing. You don't need to see the whole thing. Okay, it's fine! It'S fine! It'S fine! Okay! Okay, guys! I will say i had zero confidence that this was going to work out because of me and i think it worked out, but enough chit chat. Let me show you. I mean so here is it in a perfect world. It would need to be trimmed a little bit. You know like formed with my hair, but i honestly don't think it's that bad. I might do a little bit to it. I don't know yet, but i really don't think it's that bad, it's not too too much longer than my natural hair. It'S maybe like at the longest point in the back, maybe like that much longer. That'S not that i let let me show you watch me, show you and you see some okay, so there were a few times that i messed up, but it all somehow worked itself out. So the very first row that i did the bottom row i put way too close to my scalp, which you're not supposed to do so. That was a struggle like they wouldn't really flip up that great and then i had another one in like the middle back. That kind of happened the same. I think i just put it on a little crooked, so it was a little too close to scalp in one spot that ended up working out and then over here i had one that it was fine, except when i had it up and i was putting the Bottom part of the sandwich together i put that way too close, so it didn't want to flip down. So i was like okay i'll take that out when i'm done. Let me put the rest in. I went and finished to put the rest in and when i put my hair down, it was down like it was no longer okay. I guess it sticks out, maybe a little bit, but guys it was sticking out and it's not anymore, so it just fixed itself. I don't know how, but it did oh my word and look how flat they are like like they are flat, and i was worried that that it wouldn't be super flat, but it is flat and they're actually pretty comfortable. I can feel the ones that i put too close to my head like just pulling a little bit, but then, like the other ones. Now i know i know when i take a shower. This is going to be difficult because it's a lot of extra hair and it's going to pull on it and i just heard people say do what you can to just rest it on your shoulder and that helps take the weight off. But i'll do another. Video about how these are lasting in just my experience, as i put more in and get a little bit more professional i'll, do a video on how how like i'll show you all of it. I think, for my first time i didn't do bad, especially with how scared i was that it wasn't gon na do well, but i think it turned out great. I even i did them kind of in a way that should make it easier to put your hair up. Put my hair up high because, like i can put my hair in one of these low ponies, just fine, but it's pretty much her to do this. You supposed you should let it sit a little bit, but no one else is doing a video over it, so hold on whoa, head rush, so it'll just it'll just take like a little bit of maneuvering to hide them. When i put my hair up, but i've already done, it successfully put my hair up high and then i'll just have to move your hair a little bit to hide it, but like this is comfortable, i mean this ponytail is hella thick. I mean, oh, my goodness, that is a thick ponytail. It feels weird, but they move. I need to calm down, but i'm really really happy, especially because it's only going to get better from here, i'm only going to get better at putting them in so next time. A little bit next time, i put something i think, i'm straight up ready for my long hair again. Oh this will give me some time to get used to having tape bins, and i mean who knows. Maybe i'm going to have these and learn that i freaking hate tapings we will see, but for right now, i'm very very happy. Let me show you a tape. This is something i was going to do. Here'S some. There was a point that i cut some in half i cut one in half, i only needed half of it, so the other half i just ended up putting here because i didn't have another spot for it, but muy happy so this row i went up to Here and this row went up to here - and i used all of them - which i think that means i had 20 sandwiches, because each pack came with 20 tapes and takes two tapes to make sandwich. So i think i have 20 of them in my head. So 100 grams of hair - i'm very happy. I will do an update after hopefully having these in for six to eight weeks. I will give you an update, but if anything happens then i take them out early, but they fall out early i'll. Let you know i'll update you, but as far as working with these tapes from maxwell, they were great super sticky. I mean i don't have any complaints over them in the hair, as always feels wonderful. They have great quality hair thick, pretty thick from the start to the ends it's pretty thick like it gets a little thinner. They all do, but where to other companies, they're really good about not letting it get too thin at the ends. So i am very happy. I definitely recommend these tape bins from maxwell. I will leave everything linked down below these specific ones that i got and all that thanks so much for watching if you made it this far. Let me know down in the comments if you've ever tried tape, ins or, if you're interested in trying tape bins, which i assume you are if you're watching this, let me know if you've ever tried them and if you've had a good or bad experience with them. I'M interested to know, thank you guys so much for watching. If you enjoyed this video, please give it a like. It really helps support my channel. It shows you what kind of stuff you like to see, and let me know down in the comments if there's anything else you want to see me, do i'd, be happy to do it for you, thanks again for watching and have a wonderful day.

Miranda Sanders: How did you like having them in over time?

Marion Edwards: The purpose of a how to video is to actually show how you do it and you didn’t do that. I think you should redo this video and show the entire steps and also how long it takes in reality. I like your energy you have good information but you need to follow it up with how to video

Olga Ozeruga: Waiting for your update on tape in
