How To Put In Tape In Extensions At Home

Hello darling, thank you all so much for watching, i hope, you're all doing wonderful, i'm here today with my sister host hi. It has been forever since we've done video on here welcome and holly's in the background jumping in her bouncy she's hanging out with us in the bathroom today, i'm going to be doing a hoax hair. You guys see me do my extensions all the time on here and hope's decided that she wants a long hair she's got pretty hair. I hope it's got like naturally curly hair and it's still not real thick, so you guys will get an example of still doing extensions on uh thin hair. But yes, you just want to change it up, and these are ombre they're from the company full shine. 100. Human hair - i believe i said, what's 22 inches long. I believe yeah they're, they're really long and she hasn't even seen them yet, but i'm not taking them together. We got two sets. They come in these little bags. I will have them linked down below for you guys, but this is the first time i was trying out these so we'll, let you know our thoughts on them and stuff at the end, but i'm going to just show you how i'll put them in so. If you do have a friend that could help you put them, in which i have several videos on how to put them in on yourself, but if you have a friend that makes it that much easier, but here is the color, the color that she got. It goes from dark to like a dark blonde on the ends and we got two of these blending. Our hair really nicely look like they're close in colors, really they're a little bit darker than uh. Is this your natural color a little bit darker than her natural color, but once it's underneath it'll be perfect, but i'm gon na turn it around and we will i'll show you how we get started. I got a couple little clips here, just to separate her hair out and her hair has actually grown a lot. She'S been letting it grow, but me and her brother have it was so short. Naturally, not the greatest hair hopes. There is better than mine, but we weren't born with the best treatment, but considering my hair was basically yeah. She had a really short hair. Any of you guys, remember or not some of you guys, probably still hope subscribers or when you have short hair on your channel, yeah yeah. So if you want to go back to your really short hair, i literally cut my hair with uh clips. Okay. So here's how much i'm going to leave out on the bottom. Are you really going to take over the whole show you can take over the show? Oh my god, just for a second just for a second okay. Okay, so here is what one piece looks like and you just take the tape off, i'm gon na take it and i'm gon na stick it right on her hairline right in the middle. So here is three across the bottom. Holly has a lot to say so. You'Ll hear her quite a bit in this video, but that's okay, so i'm going to take the one on this side and flip it up and some of hope's hair will stick to it and it might feel like it's pulling a little bit. I'M gon na flip. It up and a lot of hope's hair stuck with that just leave it up over there and then take another piece and we're going to sandwich hope's hair in between it's very important that you sandwich the hair in between, because that helps it stay much longer. You have to make sure that there's two pieces together: okay, so here is six pieces total on the bottom and i'm gon na. Do the next section they'll probably be five pieces across, but i'm not gon na bore you guys today, i'm just gon na go ahead and do it and then i'll show you guys, but you okay, so here's where, where we are with the extensions i put two More layers of five across so uh 10, 20 and then the six on the bottom. So here is 26 pieces. I'M gon na start getting up into the top and the sides, but look how pretty it looks so long, she's gon na love it okay. So i finished the back for now. I did do four more pieces back here. I'M going to start on the sides - and here is what i have left. I have 2 4, 6, 8 10 pieces, so 10 pieces total that i'm going to add into both sides of the hair. So here is this side. I did a set right here and if you can see that's kind of here's her ear. So it's like right over here and then i did another set right here, so you kind of just put those where you feel like it will lay best, but for hope i feel, like that's good. Her front hair is pretty long, so uh. She may want me to put like a little bit of layers here in the front or we'll see how it looks when it's curled, but looking so good, and then we got six more pieces. I want to do the same thing to the other side and then we'll place the last two pieces wherever she feels like we'll look best okay, so we did two on this side and six on this side, i'm going to put a little bit of layers in Here and i'm going to curl, but what do you think about them? I love them because they feel like good or good yep, and her hair, too is like a curly texture and once you wash these they're, not the same silky texture. They get like a little bit of a just like it feels natural yeah yeah, my hair, i'll literally blow-dried it straight today yeah and it was still a wavy yeah. Her. These extensions are pretty much the feel of hope's hair when she just lets it do its thing, but i'm gon na take a little bit and layer the front side here and make sure where's your hair end right here. My hair is down here yeah. That already looks so much more natural yeah. It makes a big difference. That'S what's clipping, so you can't do that either because, like you cut them, but then like get them placed right now things you have to you have to try to yeah, but still it's different than trying to every day, and once you put them back in you Can just do it again? Okay, so i put a little bit of layers and we curled it. What do we think i love it? I give it a 10 out of 10. like would you recommend, for others to try to do their own tapings? Oh, a thousand percent - i don't know, i don't know how much it costs to get them done, but it's, i think it's quite a bit. Oh yeah. It is to a professional hair salon and really like i've practiced, and i feel like i've gotten pretty good at doing it. It'S like finding my hair, i dare you yeah, dare you to find it so good? So here's the back and it just blends so so good and she loves it - she's excited for her husband to see it, but i put it in layers: i don't normally layer mine, but with hope's hair. It just works so well to be layered, but i love it. I love it too yeah there you tell them. This is my birthday christmas. This is part of the birthday present and she also picked out a water bottle that, yes, which i also have but i'll, have everything linked down below and check out the extensions overall. I think these are really nice quality. They feel really good and natural. If you have thicker hair, you probably want to go, maybe for like three sets, but for this is perfect, this is the perfect amount for hope for sure, so i'm so excited, but thank you guys so much for watching.
