I do not know what to say: hey, y'all and welcome back to another video. This is going to be a micro lynx installation from curls queen. This is a hundred grams of their jerry curl super excited because this is gon na match. My hair texture way better. This is everything that came in the bag. Of course, my hair is not black, so i definitely had to dye this hair like a honey, blonde, honey brown and it still stayed perfectly curly even after being dyed. I love that i was a little nervous at first because my hair doesn't really curl as well as the jerry curl um, so i definitely had to make it match, but it worked out. This is me just sectioning off my hair for the places where i won't be putting micro links. Of course, i put a little ankle braid in the middle i'll be taking that out later on, because i want to do like a half up, half down style. So just remember that in case you're, looking for a half up, half down style that you leave out some hair in the middle to separate the top from the back. This is just the micro links and then the micro links tool that you want to use. While doing the installation to move faster, it was better to just stack them all at once and then just you know, take them out as i go so as you can see, i have my hair looped into the crochet tool. I basically put them slide. The micro link up and then i slide that little piece of the jerry curl into the micro link and then i basically squeeze the micro link together so that it all stays intact. I make sure to do it double triple times, just to make sure that it's flat and secure, as you can see the micro link right, there is not going anywhere, of course, i'll show you guys again. I just looped my hair through the micro link crochet tool and then i'm holding the micro link onto my hair right there and then i'm sliding that small eye tip into the micro link, squeezing it together just to make sure that it is secure about two to Three times and then yeah it's in there, so i'll just share my experience. Basically on doing these micro links, i do prefer micro links over tapings just because it's just a combination of your natural hair onto some more hair. I don't know how to explain that, but i just really like micro links better. I don't know what it is, but maybe i just haven't. You know really found tape. Ins that i really like, but the micro links are super lightweight and you can reuse them. I know you can reuse the um tape ins, but the adhesive is just a little weird to me um, but i'm so glad i have this mirror, because this really helped me see the back of my head because without this mirror i don't know how i would Do my hair, so i was actually just really excited to wet my hair and see how it looked. This is one section i did like in the back right here. I have another section right here and then i'm on to start, then i have one section up here and of course i made like a um like an anchor braid to separate um. When i want to do a half a half down. I want to start on this section over here and yeah, but i was pressed to see how the curls was going to look wet. So all i'm doing i want to do so money done half of my hair. I have to still do the top, and this is just a leave out for the part, but this is the back yeah. So these are super easy to install it's just a matter of it being a little tedious. Just repeating the same. You know same installation process over and over um. I think this was a duration of maybe two days just because i always start my hair late at night. So this took me, i don't. I haven't counted the hours, but i know the first time i did it. It was about maybe three to four hours and the next time i did it. It probably was the same amount um, but the style can last super long and you can be so versatile with it. This is just me just showing you guys what i used um for my curls as i wore my hair curly, i did a leave-in conditioner and then i added a little gel. As you can see, you can't see any micro links because i left that hair out in the middle, so that really helped um to hide the micro links for this style. This is my hair dried. I really like it dried way better than wet, but you can see how i have like heat damage on some of the pieces on my natural hair, so a little bit harder for it to match. We learned that you can just use a perm rod um overnight and then you know air dry it and take it out and it'll match just perfectly. Oh y'all, i'm getting ready to straighten my hair. You'Ve probably already seen some videos and pictures of me wearing my hair. You know naturally curly right now, i'm moisturizing it and stuff. Before i go ahead and blow dry, it um. I'Ve had these in a few days now and they've been doing me good, it's really good. Actually, my real hair just doesn't really what's the word. Why were hair doesn't really curl like that, because i don't really take care of my curls. I usually put heat on my hair yeah, i'm one of those, so i'm ready to straighten my hair right now we're going to blow dry it first then we're going to straighten it yeah this hair straightened. It did perfectly fine, i loved it um it matched my hair to the tee. My hair is really thick um. You know it has texture to it, so it doesn't lay all the way flat. So super straight, but it definitely you know, gives it that volume, just like my natural hair does. This is just me, showing you guys, the different styles that i did: half up, half down, ponytail um side, part middle parts. I love them these micro links. They literally could last up to two to three months light weight and you just do the regular maintenance that you usually do with your hair. I don't know what to say me. Yes, why can't? We me this is also 18 inches of hair, but i'm going to show you guys the process of me basically going to sleep with my hair. You know in a kind of like blow-dried look style. I use flexi rods to sleep at night and some people say they're uncomfortable, but it's the way you put them. So basically, when i sleep with flexi rods, i make sure to only have them in the middle of my head. If that makes sense, as you can see, i'm like pulling my hair down and then i'm gon na pull it like up so that the flexi rod sits above my head and not beside my head, because when i'm sleeping on the side of my you know each Side of my face, i don't want the flexi rods to be on the pillow, so i just usually put the flexi rods only in the middle of my head and as you can see, this is the bonnet they gave me and now i can sleep flat because There'S no flex rods on the sides, just only in the middle. Thank you guys so much for watching and make sure you like comment and subscribe and i'll see you guys in my next video you
