Do you know that actually Hina that we apply on our hair are of three types? One is natural. Hina, second is neutral. Hina third is black henna, but problem is that neutral, Hina and black henna are actually not henna hi. My name is Dr Vivek Joshi and in this video I'm going to share with you two hair masks that you can make by henna. One will be solving your split hair problem will be giving luster and Beauty to your hair. Second will be if you are having to dry hair, but first you should know that Hina that you buy from the market may be actually not Hina or maybe henna, with lots of chemicals. So among these three Hina, the best henna for our hair that will nourish your hair, scalp will treat your scalp and will give all its benefit is natural henna that should be grown organically and without any chemicals use that one second one that's neutral henna. It is actually Sena italica. Yes, this is the name of the plant and it is not henna. This is used as an alternative of henna if a person doesn't want coloring that we get from henna, but it's not as good as Hina for the health of our hair and for the health of our scalp. Third one is black henna. This is made from Indigo powder, but maximum of the time, the black henna that you buy from the market. It has chemicals in it. The most used chemical is PPD means para phenylin diamine, and this is Harsh chemical. Yes, it will give black color to your hair, but if this chemical stays in your hair for two to three days, it can create severe damage to your hair and to your scalp. So we should strictly avoid using this chemical. Actually any chemical present in Henna will impact the color that you obtain on your hair and some of these chemicals even can cause severe hair damages or allergies. I hope you got some good knowledge over here. Now I'm going to share with you hair mask first hair mask is banana henna hair mask this hair mask is gon na help you if you have split hair condition and it's gon na make your hair more glossy and more manageable. You are going to see the effects just by one use. What we have to do for this just take desirable amount of henna powder mix it well with water, make the thick paste of henna. Keep it for 8 hours now take ripe banana mash it properly and in this ripe banana. Add this henna powder that you have soaked overnight, mix both of them well, so that there are no cluster of banana or henna powder mix them well and apply this pack on your hair. If you don't want any of the color, then just rinse it off within five minutes and you will get very very minimum color of it. But if you want that burgundy color from your henna then keep it for one to two hour and after that rinse your hair, this paste, you can apply once in a week now, let's move to our second hair pack, that is henna coconut milk, hair pack. This is very, very effective if you have dryness in your scalp or in your hair. For this, what we need to do. We have to soak desirable amount of henna powder and coconut milk, see adding henna with coconut milk is not only going to remove the dryness from your hair and scalp, but is also going to nourish your scalp and your hair and give good luster to your hair. So just soak it, but just warm your coconut milk a little bit before soaking henna in it, because if you use the warm coconut milk, then mixing of henna powder and coconut milk will be much much easier mix it and keep it for about six to eight Hours after this, we have to add oil, how much oil, if your hair are too dry, then add 4 tbsp. If your hair are semi dry, then add 2 tbsp of oil. If your hair and scalp is little bit dry, then add one tablespoon of oil, which oil to use coconut oil is a good option. Olive oil is a good option or any other oil that suits you. You can mix in this mix it well and apply it on your scalp, but mix it properly, so that there are no lumps remain in this paste so now apply this, keep it for one to two hours and then rinse it of this. You can do once in a V, so these are the effective ways. I know that there are many effective ways if something worked for you. Let us know in the comments down below.
