Winter Hair Care Routine | 2023

Foreign hi, you guys welcome back to my Channel today. I'M sharing my winter hair care routine with you guys and it's a lot more simple than last year, because my hair is shorter, so its needs are a little bit different and I'm living in a warmer climate. Now too, so my hair doesn't get as dry and brittle in the winter as it used to, but before washing, I always start off with detangling and I'm currently using this new Walnut brush from the innate life. I love this brush because the pins are really long. So it just gives my scalp such a nice massage, while I'm detangling, and it's also really gentle on the hair. So I like to detangle first foreign treatment, I'm still using the star knee Scalp Treatment as per the winter growth Challenge, and I like to apply that directly to my roots with my fingertips and I like to give myself a really nice scalp massage. While I'm doing this make sure I don't forget the back and then to really massage the treatment in, I like to use the wheat straw, scalp massager, also from the innate life, this feels so good. When I give myself a scalp massage with it, the bristles are really really soft. So it's gentle on my head and it also helps to promote growth and stimulate blood flow. So I like to use this for the ayurvedic, scalp, massage method and my eyes are closed, because it's really relaxing - and I just like to take my time while I do this foreign, I like to focus the massager near the front of my hair, where I experience The most thinning for my pre-poo treatment, I'm using the Berber care growing season, hair oil. I'Ve mentioned this multiple times on my channel before, but I love this oil. I just applied this from my ears down and focus on my length and ends. I'M still following my capillary schedule that hair by Olive Marty made for me so I'll have her Instagram linked down below as well. But this is a pre-poo treatment that she recommended to me and then I'm also following up with a mask in the shower. I let the treatment sit for at least an hour, and then I wash it out using the apple cider, vinegar, shampoo, from aqua blue, my favorite hair mask ever, which is a Repair Mask from the hair routine, and then the buy airm, hair, conditioner I've been mixing And matching a lot of my products just because I'm trying to use up what I have and then, as always, I like to follow up with the Kalia hydrating leave-in, just to add hydration to my hair and to help detangle, I'm also still using the inner sense. Volumizing lotion and mousse to create volume in my hair and help to enhance my natural hair texture. I spoke about these in one of my more recent videos and I'm still really loving them. Then I like to finish off my wash with a little bit of oil. I'M just using this hair serum from Naza Naturals, and this really helps to boost shine and keep my ends protected from damage. I usually wash my hair at night, so once it's about 80 to 90 percent, dry I'll just go to sleep, and then this is what my hair looks like the next morning. A lot of you guys ask how I style my curtain, Banks and I usually just roll them up into a velcro roller, while they're dry and let it sit. While I do my makeup and stuff and then I take it out right before I leave the house, it gives me that, like swoopy voluminous look for the January portion of the winter growth challenge, I've been wearing my hair and protective styles almost every day. So I've been really enjoying the hair stick bun, you guys have seen me do this a few times on my channel already, but this has been my go-to. I typically like to wash my hair about three times a week, so usually like every third day or so and in between washes. I always detangle my hair morning and night, and then I like to spray in some more of my leave-in and add a little bit more oil just to keep my hair looking shiny, keep it hydrated and obviously help to prevent breakage. But that is it. For my winter hair care routine, I basically just repeat this process every wash day and then in between washes, and it's been working really well for me this year.
