Rachel Welch Wig Review - Stroke Of Genius! Gorgeous! Wow!

Foreign hi: this is Gracie from Gracie's week Journey Wednesday wig review day. I can't tell you I have this on. I am so excited. Are we girls ready to have some fun right? I'M a baby, boomer but listen baby boomers. How old is Raquel Welch? I think she's just a few years older than me, she's in the it starts with an eight 81 82 83. I don't know but um anyway. She is so gorgeous and she is one of my favorite go-to's. Looking for wigs in my collection, my little room back here um, but you know bottom line my journey hair loss. All my videos, I've got every single serum you'd ever want. Every kind of shampoo you'd want every LED lighting product that you want. It'S all out. There. Science clinical trials research because I am kind of a scientist type person um, it's all out there for you read them peruse them, gives you all. Even Dr Dre, who I recommend she's a dermatologist, that's on YouTube, she's great go to her to get all your input when it comes to hair loss. What I had discovered now that my hair is growing back, is that I get so much fun with these wigs. These wigs, it's like girly time I mean I'm, I'm sorry to kind of be so crazy excited, but it is this exciting, particularly first baby boomers when you kind of think they're going to kind of kick us out to pasture right. We'Ve Just Begun. Baby We've Just Begun so come with me and I'm going to explain this. Take it off show you everything about it, um and the features of it, and why I'm decided to keep this by the way. All the wigs that I ever show or or wigs that I personally purchased of my own money, I'm going to link wigs.com where I actually purchase my wig um uh for you too. But what I want to show and tell you is the name of this wig is it's from the Signature Collection of Raquel Welch, it's called and it truly is uh a stroke of Genius. Stroke of Genius. I'M sorry stroke of Genius is, is the name of this wig and my color is RL 29-15, and it's also referred to as golden russet. What I love about it. It has a little bit of the roots, uh kind of a kind of a reddish tone which I like, and you can kind of see. My hair is very, very dark. I'Ve gone from you can see in my class lots of dark colors thinking. I'D want to match my own color to now I'm into the blondes into the Reds, and I to be honest with you, I think when you get older with all our falling apart face and our wrinkles is that when you have lighter color, it's not so normal. You don't look so old, even though we're pretty old right we're pretty old, but let me go on and explain this to you now. This is the actual tag and, as I told you in all my previous reviews, never take this off unless, for sure you know you're going to purchase, I cut it off because I know I'm going to keep this, but I wanted to show you. This is how it comes, and on the back it has um. You know the name and the color too, whatever it usually comes on a little string, that kind of hangs right here, so don't cut it off when you first put it on only cut it off when you know you're going to keep it all right now, when It comes, this is the first time I've actually saved everything, so you can actually see uh the whole wig has a like a netting, putting it around it to kind of keep it really safe. Okay and all the fibers safe and then there's a form that you see here with the little bobby pins it's attached to this this form. So you have this wig all wrapped in a case face in this nice soft casing here and then it's in in the Box. You know it comes in in the regular box. Let me just show you real, quick, I'm just so excited about this wig and I'm going to attack him you're going to think I'm crazy. You see the Rebecca Welch. She sees a small or small box, okay, which I keep all the boxes by the way and um also included in all her wigs. Is you do get a cap? It'S a nylon type style cap, even though I'll show you, when I take this off what I really prefer to wear, but you get one of these units too, and also I do want to feature it. I am going to do it when I run out of my shampoos on another video and into all the shampoos that I've been using, that I just love. But, however, I think I'm actually, when I run out, I'm actually going to be going in and buying uh. This company uh, you know that, makes these wigs. This type of little brochure is always put in the box too. So why not? Why not be trying um the wig makers shampoos because they understand the synthetics very, very well, okay enough said now: let's talk about this stroke of Genius, which I just love. First of all, um, it is a lighter cap, in other words and I'll turn around you'll, see it's very very long. I'M just stunned that I'm going to keep this, but it's very, very long uh, but it's so light it's. It is totally light and it's not heavy, so it's it's very comfortable to wear all day. It'S like it's seamless, like it's very, very easy to wear and they have a temple to Temple, meaning from here all the way here is going to be the lace front. When I take this off I'll show you uh better, you can see that has the lace front. That goes all the way down here and here and also on the little tab here by the temple. It'S kind of a very, very soft, almost feels like a velvet soft in the back and, of course, in the very back and I'll show you that they have the tabs and they also have things to really secure uh to make make the actual cap size even Smaller, if you, if you need to, but it's um, it's it's heat friendly, they call it true to life heat friendly and, I believe, the technically. You should not have your curling iron, more than 300 degrees, ideally around two about 252.75 um, and also again, I recommend that whenever you buy your products like curling irons, don't buy cheap things, get it directly from the wig manufacturer or just walk into a wig store, Because they're going to sell products that are really made for synthetic hair and you really want to keep your wig just as long as possible and, let's see um it's. Oh, the light density. Okay, let me take it off and let me take you off right now and show you okay and in my in my scrunchies and scarves I I shared what this is. These are wonderful support to kind of hold your hair back, particularly if you're, actually, if you, if I put this back like this in a ponytail with the cap - maybe a cap on if I was to go, play tennis. But these are wonderful um. These little bands too anyway, put that down. Okay. Now you can kind of see it all right. Now, I'm going to turn around, so you actually see how long this is. I'M shocked that I'm even thinking of keeping it, but let me just show you how long this is okay hold on hold on okay, so you can see how long it is, and this is the gorgeous in all you beautiful young women um. What I would do other than wearing like this and down most likely uh, and I do all the time - and you see me with my videos - I always have a scrunchie - I'm always wearing like this. Okay, it's just getting it away from our face. I think when we're older, it's just it's just more attractive. It doesn't make us look so old, even though we are very old right. Okay, I'm gon na take it off to show you. Okay comes off very, very easily, you see and usually before I put them on I'll, just kind of shake them and then um. As you can see. I featured this before these plastic bands with these little bumps very easy to get on Amazon and all that I'll put a link down too. But I find that the wigs just kind of stay and then I use that glue if sometimes the little uh lace front. Sometimes lifts not usually when, when the wig is brand new, but maybe after maybe 10 days or so, if you're wearing it almost every day or every other day, it kind of might lift just to hit just a little bit. And I always would do that and also you can actually go to your salon and I actually have it trimmed, because sometimes maybe the lace may be a little bit too long for you but um anyway. This works fine for me to hold the wig down, but let me show you how it's made. This is the beautiful lace front. You see how it goes from all the way down Temple to Temple, you see which is wonderful, and then this is the mono filament. As you can see here - and this is all hand tied and there's lots of space in between here and and it's light - it's just not heavy at all - and you see right here. This makes it so that your part can be almost anywhere. You have versatility in doing your part, which makes it so much nicer, um, less squeaky, looking right and I see um this - this was actually inspired by Hollywood and I just love it. I just love it okay, so I just for this video I just took it out of the box, and I really I haven't really combed it or stylished on anything but I'll shake it around. Let me put it back on oh and, of course, the back we're all familiar with the back, where they have the velcro strips right here, very, very comfortable. Okay, now I'll put Rachel back on Raquel back on right and then put your hands on the sides. Okay make sure it's Temple to Temple and then slightly bring this back then I always go up to the Mirror and bring this back so that it's as close to my actual hairline, see right there. It'S perfect and always have special your special columns and tools. I get them from the hair people. I know I could probably get it on Amazon and stuff, but I I just get everything through them, because I just feel that they they're into Quality quality of products and that way they'll last longer and they're they're, the they're. The experts when it comes to to all this since it's so long, it's taken me a little longer to think. Oh, this happened. You calm this out, but this is so much fun. I tell you, I tell you ladies Baby Boomers. This is so much fun. Of course, you could do a band there's so much you can do with this. This is really. This is truly a genius. I just love this anyway.
