Hey guys welcome back to the channel, it's just the clan pixie before we get started, please be sure to like and subscribe today. I'M gon na be cutting my bangs like bridgette bardot. So first i start by parting, my hair in the center, getting it as clean of a part as i possibly can. Sometimes it's better than others. Then i go to the outside of my eye, which is around the arch of my eyebrow personally, but for everyone's a little bit different and i create kind of a vu type shape. Then i just clean up that part and then i pin back the rest of my hair. So it's completely out of my way. I don't want any of those extra hairs to get cut into my bangs. Then i take the right side of my bang and i pull it all the way over to my left eye, trying to get my fingers in line with like the outside of my eye, so where my wing or my flick would be my eyeliner. That'S where i want to start and then i just make a cut on an angle and remember you guys you can always cut off more hair, but you cannot put it back. So i always just say better say than sorry, and i start a little bit longer than i know that i'm going to want to want. Then i'm going to take these thinning shears and just break up that really sharp line. So i'm just going in and texturizing and remember this is just like the starting point. We don't want to go too short with this. So then, i just repeat that process until i get the length that i really want, so i decided to go ahead and go a little bit shorter up top. I wanted a sharper angle and in the end i wanted the shortest part of my bangs to hit around my eyebrow, so not crazy, crazy short, but also not super long. So now i'm just going in and just repeating that process over and over again getting that texture that i want so that i don't they lay too bulky going in and thinning it out. So now that the right side is at the length that i want, i'm going to dust off all of that extra hair that fell onto my nose and start with the left so taking the shortest part from the center of my head. I'M going to use that as my guide onto my left side and i'm pretty much just repeating that process so combing it through and then pulling it over to the opposite side. Taking my blunt shears and just cutting that baseline to get started and then going in with the thinning, shears and texturizing, and i just repeat that process over and over and over again so once i make that initial cut with the blunt cutting shears, i actually don't Use them again, i just opt to go in with the thinning shears from then on out that way, the bangs have a more like a softer look to them. I don't want them to look straight across or blunt or too you know like mod type. I want them to have a wispier softer, more feminine look. So now i'm just testing to see the length, so obviously that side is still a little bit too long going there and evening everything out, i'm just cross-checking throughout this entire process, so playing with the different angles of the hair, just so that they lay softly now Cross checking again so we're getting a little bit closer. Just got a couple, little corrections to make to even out even more now thinning out that bulky section right there towards the center so that it lays really softly. Now i'm taking each section of my hair and testing the length to make sure the sides are even - and it looks pretty good so now i'm going to go and style it and show you guys the finished product. So this is it you guys. I think they turned out pretty good, especially for home cut bangs. They lay really softly they're easy to style, and i'm just super super happy with them. I'M obsessed with bridgette bardo so habit have anything in common with her remember to like and subscribe and i'll see you next week, bye guys you
