Hi, I'm Madonna from boys and girls hairstyles. Today I have Mary with me um a short little story about Mary. She had seen a gal's hair in Cubbies and chased her out not chased her okay just asked her who did her hair so anyway, that's fun. She got my number and she's been coming ever since, so it's been super fun um for Mary's haircut. I want to show you it's really really cute we're gon na bring up um. It'S been about 10 weeks. She usually goes about every six and then whether things, because she drives from out of town, didn't happen, so we're finally doing it after like 10 weeks, so we're taking quite a bit off it's really thick through here and you can see when I go like that. It just kind of Falls so we're gon na kind of bring that in and lift this up um. So we'll get going on the back. We'Re gon na take the length off because she likes it to come. You know this way, um and even out with the front over here, and then we stack the back a little, especially through this area, because that's so thick right now so so you can see I'm just coming straight across this way. Okay and then I'm gon na take and use the trimmers just trim all this off. It drives this nuts when it gets on her neck right near me, and then after I dry this um with any callets or anything back here I like to come back and just double check everything um and make sure it doesn't dry off a little bit and Then, if it does, then you can just even it back out okay, so I'm going to take from the tops of the ears over and I'm going to just clip this out of the way. Okay and then I'm going to take the middle. Take this gon na kind of bring this a little bit tighter to her head, I'm going to take about a half an inch off everywhere. We went a little bit shorter last time, but we're going to leave it a tiny bit longer. So we are going to just take um about a half inch off of everything: okay, okay, I'm gon na hold that out. Take that length off, so you can see how it's kind of coming in right. There that's what we like, and then you don't have to. She doesn't have to deal with it, especially if you have calyx along the bottom of your hairline um the longer it gets, it's crazy how that works. It gets really. It starts curling different ways. Things like that. Okay, so you can just hold that hair out this way. Okay, now I'm going to take another section and pull this up and of course I always like to come to the middle. I always take that section. First, okay, then there's another section and you can take it up, and this is your guide point there. So you take that corner off and, like I was saying before, it was um really bulky in the middle of her hair, and that is what is going to take that off as that corner okay. So then, you just kind of comb that down take the next section and connect the piece down here and take the rest of that. You know up to that top layer. So that's the guide point. That'S the guide point. Take that corner off and okay, and this take that to that okay, all right now, I'm going to take this and hold you can see this guide point right here, you're going to take that and you can see I'm doing about a half an inch on the Length and then come take this next section same thing: half inch up to this top and she's going to love to have some texture because she has a lot of hair and so the more texture she has it's. So it helps it a lot. So, okay, okay, then just hold this uh. Take those little ends off see how I'm kind of bringing this hair back a little bit more um, it's just so it it stays a little bit long on the sides. She obviously doesn't want it way long. So she doesn't have you know, so she doesn't feel like she has yeah big full ears or anything, but we do want it a little bit long. So I just pull it back a tiny bit, so you can see. There'S that guide point coming back to this layer. Okay, same thing: I'm gon na pull it back a tiny bit like I was saying, and then that guide point see that corner you're going to take there's a little bit there. I'M just gon na take that. Okay, all right so there's that section now the top we're going to hold this up same thing, we're going to take about a half an inch off of the length which is always nice to get rid of those little ends right. It'S funny how your hair goes. So much better just having those off okay, all right and she pars off to the left or from the left to the right. Okay, we're going to hold this out, take about a half inch from this bottom area around her head and up to the top, and that way you'll connect that top layer. Okay again on the side you doing good, Mary, okay, it was so funny we was talking when she got here um. I can't remember if it was the first time or we was talking second third time. I can't remember one of the first times and Brenna my sweet cousin that videotapes she ended up knowing her daughter, it's the craziest thing and her husband, so they're Buddies. In fact, Brenda's husband and your son-in-law are like best friends. So it was weird, like I think, really like um. What'S his name homework yeah Marcus, I love it best friend, best friends, so yeah small world, like I didn't, know Mary a little bit ago. Now we know her and then you knew that she knew burning. It'S the craziest thing, so it's fun at a rodeo, that's right! Okay! So again I just took that straight out a half an inch and then I just came around and connected it to the top layer. Okay, now for her her sides, I'm gon na hold this down. You want to make sure their head is straight. This way. Okay and you're gon na come down. Take that half inch off. Oh, that is going to feel so much better. It'S crazy! You get that! Little bit off, okay, half inch okay and then, after you cut that we're going to you're going to make sure, obviously on both sides, you're gon na grab both sides double check and if you feel like you need a check after you dry. Do that too. Okay, now for the bang area, I'm going to grab these pull them out a little bit rest. My shares on my ring finger and just go in like this. I'M not cutting these straight across I'm Point cutting into them from the side. Okay, then I'm going to connect this and I'm just going to come down softly, not taking a lot off, but I just want that to blend with her sights. Okay, it'll come on this side cut into those bangs. This way, too, just point cut into that, and then of course, when I dry I'm going to make sure you know her sides are just right with each other and that it Blends good with her bangs. Okay, now tip texture. What I'm going to do because she has a lot of hair um, you don't want to go where the part is so I'm going to come away from the part I'm going to hold this up where it bends I'm going to come in and do a little Bit of texture, okay, so I'm going to hold that where it bends a little bit of texture, then you can just comb that out okay same thing over here, I'm going to keep it away from that part parts up here and then same thing in the back. Just going to come in here about a half inch out to an inch, and especially through this back area, because she gets really full. She has a lot of hair through that area. Now for her bangs I'm going to leave some down and then the top layer I'm going to come through here and I'm just going to open and shut the shears a little bit that would texture those beans. Okay. Now I'm just going to comb that hair out and makes the biggest difference to have texture it does it does okay, so now for Mary, I'm going to give her volume up here: okay, so that is the mousse there and then I'm going to do the blowout Cream because we use the flat iron and this will protect from the Heat, so I obviously don't go right in the scalp. I just do the ends the mid strand to the ends and that will protect that okay, so now we're going to blow dry brush. Mine is about 80 percent dry, so after I get done drying um, I just took it back through made sure you know everything's dry, because I'm going to take the flat iron to it just a little bit. We do like a little bit of the curl. Look that we're going just a tiny bit straight um just on these edges yeah, so you can just see on those little edges, I'm just gon na okay awesome! Now what I'm going to do is take just a little bit of this. Pomade put it in my fingers here and just kind of piece out her layers and her bangs, so you can see them. I'M told in that - or you know, pulling like this a little bit on those layers ready for a nap okay, sweet now, I'm gon na take my pin comb just hold that straight up and go in down and out, like a c-shape, get your base in there. Okay, then, you just spray underneath each section that you've done see it's so cute how it comes down like that. I love it in the back okay same thing over here and after that sprayed for its back combed, okay and this part just place that and then I'm going to turn her towards the mirror. So I can see what we've been doing. Oh, thank you better. So much better fill your beans which just here a little bit and that's the way you've been wearing it just kind of more yep. Okay, perfect, okay, sweet all right, I'm going to spray! I'M going to turn her around, so you guys can see foreign. Thank you. You'Re welcome appreciate it and, thanks to all you for your support, um been fun chatting online and we will see you guys next time. Thanks

Denise Kassab: Why can’t I find someone like you in my area. I’ve been to so many stylists and am never happy with the outcome. I’ve taken in pics and try to explain what I want and what my hair does in certain places but to no avail. I honestly think part of why you are so good is that you want to make your client look their best by finding the right style and executing it. Ugh, I’m trying a new person this week, wish me luck. I’m taking the final pics of this style and see if they can duplicate. Love your channel
