Thank you guys and welcome back to my Channel today, I will be showing you how I cut my hair in layers at home. Now this is my natural hair, and this is how my curls fit - and this is they're still behaving because they're still wet as soon as they dry up they're, going to start doing a thing of its own, so yeah. So since I was going to cut them anyways, I thought let me real quick make a video, so I can share this with you and if I can do it, you can do it because I'm not a hairdresser, I don't cut hair as a profession. This is just something that I did it worked for me and I wanted to share with you so first things. First, you want to make sure your hair is wet. Now my hair kind of dried up a little bit um in the process of waiting around. I got lazy and I just you know, had the towel on my head for quite a bit, so you would say it's a little too dry. So what? If you have a sprayer thing, you can spray your hair away or just get some tap water. Stick! Your hair, in you know the sink and just kind of run it you know wet hands over your hair I'll, be back after I damp my hair a bit more all right. So I'm back after making my hair wet, and so I'm just going to start brushing it now and what you want to do. Is you want to make sure that you brush it real nice, get all the Kinks all of them, the tangles out with scissors um again I couldn't find the one that um I usually use, and I don't have anything like any professional tools for it or special Scissors, I think I found this in my son's room and um, I'm just gon na use this I mean I've seen people use kitchen scissors, but I'm not going that far. So what you need for this is a brush or a comb um a pair of scissors. If you have the nice fancy ones for hair, then perfect, if you don't, then you got ta work. What you got to work with and um hair tie. That'S all you need what I'm going to do now. Is I'm going to put all my hair to the front and I'm going to tie it up here like a unicorn okay, so you see how I pulled everything down all right, so this is what we're looking for. I know nice hairdo and this stage a comb would probably work better all right now, I'm cutting just about that much okay, so I would say about two inches: let's see about an inch to two inches, I'm just gon na kind of go as it goes just Make sure that everything is straight and not crooked foreign once you've done that now you just want to kind of go upwards and just kind of thin them out like the edges. Nothing too much. Just a quick, like you know, um snip, snip snip, so you've actually done one layer um. My hair is in curls and just because I had everything put in front, that's why it looks a little shortened, but I'm going to brush them out and you'll be able to see that I didn't chop all my hair off. So I'm usually a lot nicer to my hair and I take the time to brush the right way, but because I don't have much time or memory on my phone, I'm trying to get this video wrapped up. So the second one, the second layer that you're going to go, is right, where your ears are okay, right, where your ears are, that's your second layer, I'm going to run my fingers behind my ears like that grab what I have to and what I did is. I already cut this part just like the one in the back, so I cut just that same amount like about an inch and a half or so, and I'm done with this part. So that's my second layer done so I'm going to brush it all out again and get ready for the third um layer in between in these sections, when you're cutting your hair - and you know tying and all this process. If you need to wet your hair again, go ahead so now for the last layer, we're gon na go where our eyebrows - and I I that's where mine in them and of course it depends on where your eyebrows in but pretty much in the same area. Right here and I'm gon na go right from here and do the same exact thing now I want this layer to be shorter, so um, I might just kind of trim it a little bit more. This is tricky. You don't want to get chunks off, so be very light-handed here, all right, all right guys, I'm looking a little less crazy. Now because I blow dried, my hair and you can actually see the layers it's hard to see them when your hair is like all in curls and stuff. But this is how the final look is. You can see my layers one two and three so and then you can kind of style it. However, you want, you can frame your face, I usually add like um, curtain, bangs and stuff to it too, but that's probably for another day my phone was acting crazy. Had no memory - and I didn't keep deleting things and making room so, but this is how you can get super easy quick here. Let me turn around foreign layers to your hair and it's no hassle and you see guys I didn't even lose my length. So it doesn't look short, but it gave me my layers as I was trying to explain step by step. It probably seemed like a longer process. Maybe the first time you try them go easy, try to understand the process, you know and learn how much to cut what angle to cut you just want to take it easy, don't just go in with the scissors and do a happy dance. You see this. I love this. I love my hair if you've tried it before or you're going to, try it. Please leave it in the comments down below. Tell me how you liked it. I got a lot of compliments on how my layers fat and I told everyone I was gon na - make this video and I finally did it so everyone who is waiting for this video, because I kept telling you I was gon na post it here. It is if you guys liked this video, if you want me to make more videos like this, please leave it in the comments down below till then stay happy, stay healthy and stay safe, bye,
