#Bohobraids Boho Braids On My 4C Natural Hair

This video is the trending boho, braids or natural hair, with no extension, I did a style, I loved it, but I'm going to share with you guys my truth so I'll be sharing the tips or the do's and don'ts with a style and give you my final Um Reddit on this style at the end of this video. I love the fact that you can actually use just your natural hair without extension to get this effect, so the ball breaks is just three strands to um braids. As you can see me doing, the video you braid your hair and then, as you, keep braiding down you're, taking out tiny strands of your hair, and that is what you're going to coil up. So when you're doing this style, it depends on what you want to do to activate your coil. So for me I decided to use the Eco Styler gel, not like I'm a big fan of it, but because I've had the line there for a very long time, and I thought to use it if you have 4C hair - and you know there are other product That works best to coil up your natural hair. Please use it, I'm not going to um advise you to use the Eco Styler gel, because, honestly it did its job, but not what I was expecting. I was expecting more definition, but I didn't get stuck so make sure you use any other product that will help to activate your coils okay. So if you have loser coil pattern, then I do then you don't even need a coiling um, a gel product. You can actually use a mousse and it's going to Define your coils as well, but it all depends on your preference on what you like to do or what you like to use for your hair. So this style like I said it is very straightforward. It just braids, you take out few strands of your hair, and that is what you're going to coil up, as you can see me do in this video speak. So, as you can see from this video, this is the reason why I'm not going to advise you to use the Eco Styler gel. If you have 4C hair, you can say I am literally struggling to ensure that the coils are popping. So I'm doing it like taking more than four or five takes just to activate um or to coil up my hair. So if you have like, I said, if you have any other product that works best for your 4C hair, please use it okay. So if you have low density and you want volume um, I will advise you to make your braids as Loose as possible very very loose. I wish I have a client that has like low density and is willing to do the style, so I can show you guys, tips and tricks to achieve the style with low volume or low density hair once nervous. If you don't know how to braid, but you can twist your hair, then you can do the twist boho look as well. It will give you almost the same effect. The only difference is that you have twists and then you can call it the boho twist and not the boho braids. I'M also going to share with you guys the truth about this style. Honestly, it is such a difficult Style too careful, that's the truth, because you took out strands of your hair and I have 4C hair. I woke up the next morning and honestly, when I took out my Bonnet, I had a good laugh. Like literally, I was looking in the mirror and I was laughing my head off because my hair shrunk and then the coils were looking funny. So I had to Spritz my hair with water that you literally have to go through almost 30 minutes trying to activate the coils again, and that was just too much for me. I don't have the time to do all of that. I just want to wake up in the morning, take out my Bonnet shake my head left and right left and right and then I'm out of the door, but I had to take out my Bonnet go on one like one strands, trying to activate the colors all Over again, it was just just two two time consuming for me, so if you know you don't have the time to do all of that then stay away from the style. Honestly, what you wan na do speak here. Another downside of this style is the fact that, if you need to take out the hair, you have to be very careful like extremely careful. Otherwise, your hair is going to mat up. Your hair is going to break and you're going to regret, having the style so make sure when you're taking down the style. You want to take your time walk in sections. I always advise to walk in sections, whether you're doing this style or any other style, always work in sections split, your hair with water, if you feel like you need to add conditioner to make it manageable, for you go ahead and do it so make sure you're Very careful, very gentle when you're taking out the style - and it took me a long. I think it took me longer time to take down the style than actually um braiding the style on my head. So that is the No-No for me and I usually would want to take out my style and is something that shouldn't take me so much time. I have so much on my plate and the last thing I'll be thinking of is trying to take out my hairstyle right. So that's one downside of the hair that I think you should know about baby. Won'T you swing my way once nervous. Tell me foreign S. I took out they already looking stretched out already. So what I did was after I was done with braiding my hair. I had to go back to activate the coils again. That'S why I told you if you have any other products, you know you can use that works best for your 4C hair to make your curls pop. Please do it Eco Stella gel, it's a No-No. I don't honestly don't know why I decided to do to use the Eco Styler gel. Well, let's see learned but yeah. If you're doing this style, please don't use Eco Styler gel. If you have 4C hair, I'm saying this again, because I don't want you guys to tag me and you start saying that princess or upper glams use the Eco Styler gel. So I'm going to use this course. Color gel use something else, any other coiling pudding or coiling product that is going to help. You activate your coils or going to make your coils to pop speak here just text. I know it's a toss. I hate the fact that we lost so now. This is the end of the style. As you can see, it's really beautiful. You get more volume with the style and I know I keep mentioning equal silence. I suppose it's not Eco seller. It'S Echo seller, it doesn't matter to me honestly. I call it Eco Stellar job any rule. Look at that bounce, it's beautiful.
