Hey guys welcome or welcome back to my channel in today's video, I'm here with a quick, top-not bun tutorial for a thick hair, but I've already been wearing my hair in a bun. So I'm not starting on like hair. That needs to be sleeked and smoothed down and having to go through that entire process. If you want to know my Sleek down process, then check out one of these videos. I'Ve had on this Bonnet. For Lord knows how long so, let's see what's up under here. Oh, what the I always use my go-styler gel. I promise you guys after I film this video, I'm gon na wash my hair right now. I just wanted to show you guys how I do what I do. I don't do this every day by the way, but it's time to refresh this little bun, so I'm taking some Eco Styler gel and just putting it around the perimeters of my head. I don't use a lot because you do not want residue to start popping up and all of that stuff, so yeah. This is for tutorial purposes. Only so from what I'm saying. This should be good enough. I'M gon na take my brush and just brush the gel into my hair around the perimeters, get it all nice and smooth and sleek all right. So this is good. So now I'm going to take two ponytail holders and I'm only going to wrap them around my head twice, because you can get Sleek Styles without giving yourself a migraine. You just have to have a little a little process that helps you out and mine happens to be using two fresh ponytail holders and only wrapping it around two times. So my hair is secure, but I am not pulling and it's not tight and it's not uncomfortable. Although I still don't recommend wearing buns every single day is not good for you, but even when I do look at that, I wrap it around twice and she's still good. My eyebrows don't have to be up here for the bun to be sleep. You know what I'm saying: oh it is time for me to wash my hair. I want to take this section split it into two and then I'm going to twist it right and then after I twist it, I'm going to kind of wrap it around like a bantu knot, because this is going to be the base of my top knot. Then I'm going to just secure that first twist and then I'm going to take my second twist or second section of hair and twist it as well. So what I do is, I kind of take it back and I'm going to adjust it and shape it so that it's sitting on top of the first twist. Okay, for now I feel like that is a satisfied with how this is so I'm going to take my bobby pin where the two twists meet so that it stays secure. Now, I'm just going to all right here we are I'm finished. It was pretty quick. Let'S do it 360, because you know how hairstyles can look good from the front and then the back is telling a whole different story. Let'S make sure that it's the same all around. So this is how it looks. I don't know if it looks cohesive because I haven't looked at the back of my head, but we're just gon na hope that it is how it looks up close feeling, good, there's, no pressure, there's no tension, because we don't like that. I like for my buns, to sit up pretty high. That is different for everybody, so you can push that thing down, clip it down more, adjust it to do what works for you. Take inspiration for my videos get ideas, but at the end of the day, do what works for you. I am going to end this video here. I truly hope that you all enjoyed it. If you did, please don't forget to give this video a thumbs up and subscribe. If you haven't already and I'll see you all in the next one foreign

Jay Alyntiss: I personally love the natural, no product, "not slicked', look just as much as the slicked styles! This was lovely.

shai 2c: As she said y'all don't do this too often. I learned my lesson. This bun was my go to style whenever I didn't have in a protective style and my hair broke off so bad in the front and the back

Christian Victoria: started doing this when my hair got longer cause i dont like dry ends and having my hair out like some slick buns/ponytails do, LOVEE the look❤️

Terry Frans: Loved this!

Mightywwf ELL: This is a good style when you don't want to do your hair
