Change it what's up you guys, so, as you guys saw from the intro, I am going to be doing a braid out on my blown out hair. Your girl is 100 natural for those who don't know and right now, I'm taking a break from my install. So that means that I have to keep up my own hair. Oh my gosh yeah. If y'all are a natural hair girl, y'all know it is not easy. Being natural is not for the week, so the star of the show today is going to be this mousse, so this mousse, you guys, is from the do, and it's called most death or moose death, which I think is so cute, and I believe this is also Black owned and if it's not I'll, put a note on here to correct myself, but I believe it's black owned and it's the one step Styler so pretty much. This is like all you need. It says it's. The tangles conditions defines and shines in one step, so we're going to be putting this to the test. I think that my hair is the perfect test dummy for this, because I'm telling you guys, anytime, I do braid outs, twist outs or anything after the first day. My hair has to go up until pineapple like that's it so enough, rambling, let's go ahead and get into this product because I'm really excited. I honestly have a good feeling about it. So let's do it so. The first thing that I did was I sectioned my hair off until four parts and I was being quite generous with the Moose yaw and I just worked this through my hair combed it through and then I just started doing my braids. So I braided my hair. All the way down, and then I finished off the hair, with a little bit of extra mousse on the ends and I added a curl Rod. So I did that for all four sections of my hair and I pretty much just repeated that process until I was done - foreign okay, you guys so I went ahead and finished doing my hair and as y'all thought I was pretty quick process. I will say that the mousse is very like tacky and very sticky, so I'm really looking forward to the results tomorrow, because I'm looking forward to a pretty good hold, so I'm gon na see y'all in the morning. I'M gon na be taking these braids down with you guys we're going to see the final results and I'm really really hoping that I get the look that I'm going for so I'll be checking in with you guys in the morning. This is now the next day, and I did my makeup already and now it's time to take down my hair and I'm really nervous, because all I put on my hair was that mousse and usually when I style my hair, I do an oil and then the Product, but I just wanted to see how the mousse would work on its own, so let's just go ahead and take down this hair and see what it's Givens. My hair looks really flat I'll say that much and it kind of feels a little hard riddle. I don't know looking good all right, okay, you guys. So this is what my hair is looking like from the takedown and the definition is there and if you saw me taking it down, there was also a lot of friends. Personally, I love the frizz because I, like my hair, big and poofy, so I'm really looking forward to how this is going to look tomorrow, because if you're natural y'all already know second day, hair is like the best as it gets older. The hair just becomes more voluminous and it just looks so good and honestly, I kind of regret doing just the four braids, because I thought I wasn't expecting this much this much definition. I thought it was just going to be like a little wave, but as y'all can see, the curls are popping there's a lot of definition in this product. But I do regret the four because my roots are really flat and then we just have these curls and you can even see in the back of my hair. It'S like roots are flat and then the curls. So that's kind of a lesson learned. But I know, as time goes on, it's all gon na, like you know, come together and look good. I am super tempted to put some type of oil on my hair because I'm not gon na lie. My hair is soft, but it doesn't feel crunchy, but I don't know the words that I was looking for during this part was my hair was really oily. Every time I touched my hair and even taken down the braids. I just had a lot of residue left on my hands and I really did not like that y'all. So honestly, I definitely feel like I went too heavy with the mousse and I won't do that. The next time that I use the product. I also just felt like my hair was a bit weighed down like y'all, can see it's very shiny and just very oily, and I wasn't expecting that because, like I said with my shea moisture mousse, I don't get that same effect. But overall the hold was really nice and it definitely reverted my hair a little bit because the definition and the curls was popping. So if that's what you like, when you are doing your twist outs or braid outs, this mousse is definitely for you. But I honestly was just going for a different look, so it was kind of obvious that I wasn't completely happy with the turnout. I would really like to see the results using the mousse. In conjunction with some of my leave-in products. The bottle was not lying. If you want that definition, definitely go in and use it with dry hair, I will say this back part of my hair. For some reason the definition is there but, like I don't know, maybe it was the way I did the braid. So I know this part of my hair. I might have to redo like braid it up and smaller sections, because I can already tell if this is going to be like my trouble area back there, but it's cool. What do y'all think I'm not going to style it usually when I do braids on my hair, I just Let It Rock just like this and I wear it down until it gets old. Then I start putting it up and styling it. But what do y'all think of the results if you're looking for a mousse, that's going to give you definition. This is definitely the one for you. I don't know if I would reach for this one over my shea moisture one just because my shea moisture one gives that light. Fluffy feeling to my hair - and this is honestly feeling very like sticky, like my hands - are sticky and it's very like my hair - is still soft, but taking down the braids, it was very sticky. So maybe I use too much, but the directions did say be generous. So at the same time who knows, but I think for the first time looking at this definition and the way the braids came out - and that was four sections, usually I have to section my hair out even smaller, to get this type of definition. So I will say it did that, but you can see a little bit of frizz, which I personally like I like the frizz, because that means big, but we're gon na see how this holds up as the day is going on. So once again, here is the product, and this I believe, was 14.99 or 15.99. Something like that. So it is a bit more on the pricey side for hair mousse, but I can see why it costs that much I'm gon na go ahead and give it a thumbs up, because this is not going to be the last time that I use this product. The next time I try it on I'm definitely going to try it in conjunction with my other leave-in products, but for the sake of this video, I really wanted to use it alone, just to see what it could do, and I think that, if you're looking for A mousse that holds the fines. This is definitely the one yeah you guys. I really hope you all enjoyed this video and let me know if you guys want to see some more hair content. I can also show you guys the products that I use, like my my wash day routine and things like that so yeah. I hope you all enjoyed this video and I'll see y'all in the next. One. Don'T forget to give this video a thumbs up, comment down below and subscribe to my channel peace out, y'all
