Hello and welcome back to another video for Final Fantasy 14 with me, mioni today we're looking at the new hairstyle added in 6.35 that you can obtain from The accursed Horde, bronze, sacks or higher from Eureka orthos the new, deep dungeon added in patch 6.35, and obviously You can get this as a rare thing. I actually went to the market board. I wasn't that lucky today and I've bought some the reason I've bought four of them yeah, even though they're like over 500k at the moment is because I want to show it on my character, a male character and then both Vieira and rothgar. I thought people would appreciate that, so it says the Realms Premiere publication under Beauty and Fashion uh. This specific copy of modern aesthetic covers in detail techniques for cropping one's locks as to improve aerodynamic aerodynamics in the face of impending danger, while still remaining at the height of trendiness you're gon na need to take the hat off for this. I I don't even know so: let's learn one of these on meonie, first of all, and then I'll use my FC chest to uh distribute to my other characters but uh. Yes, I I don't have high hopes for this. I'Ve seen a preview of this hairstyle on the patch notes and if it's anything like what I think it's gon na look like on my character. Uh. If I was to say in one word to describe this hairstyle or a phrase, I would say unfortunate. Lawnmower accident hello and welcome so this is it then this is the a close shave hairstyle, oh dear, oh dear, oh dear, this is like the endifysis. I can't even say it the opposite, my Nemesis of what I would like to see from hairstyles in Final Fantasy 14. Personally, it is the shortest like cut hairstyle in the game. Some people will love. That, though, and I know some obviously male characters will like that. Look at the size of my forehead holy moly. I look like a moon. I look like literally look as the sun shines. I look like a moon rise. It'S ridiculous, like that. Much forehead should be illegal on a character, especially if the character like mine, it's awful. You know what I kind of look like: Annie Lennox, a little bit, though so I'm going to start singing Sweet Dreams in a minute, but yeah. That'S what it looks like on my character: um, let's uh, let's have a look at it in normal light and then we'll transition over to a male character. All right here we are in natural light in case that would make any major difference. Um we're in G pose at the moment, Let's uh, let's have a nice close-up yeah it's much much better detail outside of the preview window, which is not really any major surprise but uh. My opinion on it has not drastically changed, but it's it's not it's not terrible. I guess it's just it's personally, not my cup of tea. You might love this and that's awesome. That means there's something for everyone. I don't like the half. The bottom of my ears are kind of semi-floating on short hairstyle, so that it almost looks like I've cut off part of my ear from my head. I don't know how I don't think I like the joining on that. It'S part of the reason why characters or races with the ears on the head look better with longer hairstyles in, in my opinion, at least, let's go to a male character, then all right here we are on my male cat. Basically, the male version of me only if mioni was a male mikote and uh we've traded this over. So let's learn this and have a look. What it looks like I can only imagine it would be pretty much the same if not uh, just as equally disappointing. For me, at least, but I do want to include one of each the represented genders because uh people will otherwise question this fact, so there we go. So that's what it looks like holy moly, that is, that is a massive forehead. Isn'T it yes? Yes, I much prefer the longer hair in the game than that personally, but you might be. You know this might be up your rallyway you're. Quite like this. I still think the gap between the ears is more noticeable. I really don't like that. That puts me off massively from ever choosing this, but at least at least we have shown what it looks like now. I don't think we need to dwell too much on this. The other elephant of a room in the room, then, is Viera and rothgar, so we should definitely look at those next okay, here we are on my Aruna clone um, because you never know when you need a Runar clone. So let's learn this. I really don't think this is going to look any good on a rough car, but you know what it might redeem. The whole thing you never know: let's have a look together in the esthetician, ah they're hired to unlock the esthetician four times for this video. You have no idea the pain and suffering I went back and forth. Ah dear right, oh dear, I mean yeah style. At least you have ears right. That was the previous problem, where the ears would would turn off they fixed that sense, but I don't know I guess it looks better on a raft guard than it does nearly everyone else that could possibly use it um, since there is only in a male variant Of rothgar as well, where uh spared any problems that we might see from a female wrathgar if they ever do indeed reveal those um, presumably in 7.0 - I don't know. Actually, it doesn't look too bad on a on a rothgar, a male, at least that we have access to at the moment. I just I think it's just me not liking short hairstyles, but when it comes to a rothgar, it doesn't look too bad. It doesn't look too bad, I'm not used to seeing that much of their forehead, but it works more because they are fur creatures. You know much like the other hairstyles I mean Tech to be fair. I'D rather have this than that. I think I think personally, it's sort of long hairstyles just don't work that well did I, but I don't know I like the the main pipe that this could grow and made a whole sort of shaved. Look yeah, maybe maybe rothgar male rothgar, because that's all we have at the time of recording this video is probably the best representation of this hairstyle. Maybe it was designed with wrathgar in mind, you never know, I don't know. Maybe it was right and finally uh. We have the error and it's only fair, that we show it on a female Vieira. Lastly, then, but certainly not least, is our female Vieira, which currently is rocking not that you can see it in the darkness of this room. The Elise hairstyle, which I think is a great example for very good hairstyle for Viera. So let's learn this final, close shave, my ALT here and see what this looks like together. I don't know how bad can it be? It'S gon na be pretty shocking, going from one, I think, is one of the best hairstyles for Aviara that you can physically get to potentially one of the worst potentially I don't know so. Look how good this hairstyle is. It suits the character perfectly. The ears look natural, it's quite good, I I in my opinion and then we have well no, oh well. At least the ears. Don'T look like they're falling off right. That'S the one thing you can say, but this I really don't like it makes the character's head at least the Vieira head, in my opinion, again you're entitled to your own and I'm sure the people who love this makes your head look a little bit. Uh chibi sort of dull, like I think most people might agree with that. It'S the forehead is just incredible. It reminds me of a haircut I had when I was very briefly when I was a kid when my mum uh cut my hair for me when I was a kid, and I I'm not sure, if uh, if she was, she was entirely sober when she did So, but that was the first and last time I ever had that amount of forehead it it's just it just doesn't I don't know it's not my cup of tea, but you might love it and that's absolutely fine and more power to you, but yeah. At least the ears on the era don't seem to be like falling off at the seams like they do with mikote, but yeah. I don't know what do you think about this? Is this up your alley? Do you think that short hairstyles are overdone like I do personally? I think there are more short hairstyles in this game than anything else and we thought so long for longer hairstyles, it's just kind of like you feel a bit deflated when you see a hairstyle like this get added in a patch um, especially when you're so excited By all of the other things it just kind of I don't know, I don't know, I feel a bit deflated, but then again there's something for everyone in this game and uh. You know. Never you never know there might be people who would like to uh use their forehead or a game of tic-tac-toe. You never know much love enjoy the rest of your day. Enjoy 6.35 and I'll. toychristopher: I do want longer hairstyles in general BUT I actually really like this hairstyle on characters with human-like ears. I think it looks pretty good on midlander. It does look awful, in my opinion on the vieria though. I know people hate to hear this but I want a "messy bun" or "man bun" hairstyle so bad! It would be great to have a more masculine style updo for those glams where long hair clips like crazy.

Niv Tempest: This is why I stick with ponytail hairstyles. Short enough to avoid clipping, but still looks nice and personable while giving off the illusion of having length.
Joonas: I think it look good with some characters. I think for many races the main problem is how they have modeled the head shapes in genereal in the game.

Vyper: I’m waiting for Zero’s hairstyle to be released, there is controlled chaos I think is close but would definitely get Zero’s hairstyle if they make it available
Caryn Read: One of the ponytails they made available to viera also gives them a massive forehead because there's no fringe. I think it's because the eyes on the viera are quite far down the face. All they need to do is lower that hairline just a smidge and I think it'd look fine. It is a little bit on the receding side atm
TheAdventurersDiary: As soon as the first batch of these haircuts came up on the market board, I had to have it! It was the fastest purchase I made and I LOVE this style so much! My character's hair is black with bright green highlights, it looks so good on him! So... what is the big deal with having a "fringe" or bangs over the forehead? I've had long hair past the middle of my back before and as it grew out, every moment of the day was a fight to keep my hair pulled back, completely off my face and I can't tell you how happy I was when it was finally all buzzed off again. Also, when it was still mid-length, a former friend of mine always insisted on pushing my hair forward to cover my forehead and ears like some disney channel twink from the early 2000's. UGH, that was a f*king awful "style". Eventually I had to start carrying a comb and styling cream with me everywhere so I could pull it all back and fix the horrid mess he made of my hair.
Ray Hemminger: About the only reason I would even consider this hairstyle on my character is the fact that you don't have to worry about your hair clipping through your headpiece or thick collar. There are a few other short hairstyles I like better than that already though so it's kind of a moot point. I'll only get this for the sake of collecting and not much else and only if I happen to get a drop. Not spending Gil on this.
lynnontherun: I love it, but I'm also a lover of mullets. I've seen this on Roe ladies and Highlander ladies and I think they look sooooo good.
That gaylien gremlin [P]: It looks unfortunate on models with lower set eyes (could play tic tac toe on that forehead ) but otherwise I think it looks good! I'm glad it looks good on Hrothgars, they deserve more nice looking hairstyles! More long Hrothgar hairstyles next? I really wish they'd make both of the wedding hairstyles available for both gender models tho... I was really eager to wear the bun at my wedding but couldn't :(

dkapow: I think the word you were looking for is antithesis, and I agree. This is the glad you just made it out of boot camp hair. The not a forehead, just more head hairstyle. The "I know you got a lot on your mind " hairstyle. Which is a shame because if it wasn't for the forehead, it would be a decent style. I know a lot of people who rock that look.

Princess of Keys: I already said some of the other hairstyles we have gives my catboi a big forehead especially the one somewhat similar to this, but its for Male Miqo'te only I think lol Honestly I like it but I do think it better on some of them than others

This playerbase obsession with having everything "cute" needs to go. Honestly, it's more of a masculine hairstyle, which has been sorely lacking. There are a lot of medium to large lenght hairstyles, and in my opinion they adding short hairstyles lately help to have a more even amount of hairstyles going from short to long
