Gorgeous Got Her Hair Blown Out At The Dominican Hair Salon

Gorgeous Hair Salon visit went something like this. She was so happy getting it why she loves getting her hair washed by anybody, but me when I watch her she'd be screaming bloody murder. She was all relaxed. Thank you mama. She was all relaxed. Look at the baby. Hi baby, then, after she got her deep condition. She was in the chair, acting like oh I'm, gon na be good, I'm gon na be cute and it was okay at first, and this is when it went, live baby. The drama I had to go over there and hold her head still had to keep talking. So I'm like breathe, gorgeous, relax gorgeous. She had an attitude she wan na hit. The phone out my hand Leave Me Alone. We had to go ahead and trim it. She said my daddy say I'm not supposed to cut my hair, but he needed a little trim. You know not too much. She got some long, healthy and I'm so happy. I can't wait for my baby had to be touching her butt because it's gon na happen. It'S gon na happen, but here's how gorgeous hair turned out

Life w/ Michelle: “by ANYBODY but me” I felt this! Good job, mama!

With Love Grace & Gratitude : Peach please be careful using the Dominican salons ~ most use excessive heat from both the blow dryer & flat iron. They have also been known to mix relaxer in with the conditioner so they can get our hair straight quicker. Anytime I would go I would have washed & deep conditioned my hair 1st ~ they would blow dry & curl. I tell them low heat & often it would still be too hot. It’s not healthy for our hair.

catchapatcha: Oh wait!! I didn’t notice this was a Dominican salon. She may have been crying because of that heat from that blow dryer! Whew chile!! Maybe you can find a natural salon and get her a blowout. The process is gentler and the focus is on the health of her hair.

Christina L.: Peach please don't take baby girl to them, they don't know how to handle our hair and that method they use will thin and shred her hair. Please find a stylist that does natural hair .

Wanda Robinson: Girl. My stylist from Costa Rica said if black people only knew how they talk about Black women and their hair....My stylist is bilingual...but she doesn't tell people that unless they ask her...The stuff that she overheard until she quit.she SAID was Obtrosis.while working in a Dominican hair shop. When she did QUIT she spoke in Spanish. The owner was shocked and asked why didn't you tell ME you spoke Spanish?... My hair stylist said, "You didn't ask me"

Bianca Merrell: It's supposed to be trimmed to get rid of the dead ends

Queen Be: Her hair grown out so much since the last time it was straightened

Donna boyd: Beautiful. Her hair turned out really beautiful she's such a sweet girl

Brittany Crawl: Chi products would work wonders for her hair type it will give it shine moisture and that bounce and body ❤ stay strong gorgeous it’ll get better I give my kiddie clients Chips juice and the iPad plus I interact with them helps them feel less nervous

JayJay’sKids: Oh baby if this ain’t my daughter

Lyric Henderson: I love that you call her gorgeous parents really don’t know how important that is. I grew up with my grandmother and I never remember her speaking life into me, so it’s very nice to see this.

It’s.crushBrowniee: Kids are such a blessing

Conscious'Fire Goddess: She needs a black beautician, they know how to comb our hair, without force and they have the correct flat irons w/ one pass for a real silk press.

Laytoya Sewell: The more she go the more she'll get used to it and be relaxed.

Dirty Vans: They be leaving that heat near the scalp too long, I be wanting to cry too . Poor mija.

Cynthia Rather Walker: Awe! I used to just hate getting heat put on my hair! She’s such a pretty girl!

It’s.crushBrowniee: She’s so precious and such a cutie pie

Jasmine Gelsomina Jázmin Jazmyn 💖: Tell her Dad it won’t grow right if she doesn’t get a trim..

tanya Biscardi: She’s a cutie looking like her father

Jamie Wilkins: I agree. They do a horrible job. When my hair was relaxed before I went natural. I use to go to them. I stop going because they don't rinse the conditioner out good. I constantly had dry conditioner in my hair. It was ridiculous

Victoria Davis: Oh yeah she was enjoying getting her hair washed don't cry Gorgeous

Kira Jamison: Next time don’t get it straightened before braids. The blowout with the brush is just as good n less heat ❤ she looked so cute n she loved it

Angela Tyler: Gorgeous, you are gorgeous! Great job mom with the comforting!

Tina Hauser: Take her more often and she will get used to it. Maybe follow up with a manicure if she’s good.

V. Light: I would have braided the back straight down and gave her two ponytails in the front and until her next hair appointment❤ Or braid at the front ,and braid one ponytail or two ponytails just to keep the synthetic hair out of her hair❤ Don’t cry the next time gorgeous it’s OK

Cheri Roy: I feel Gorgeous that blow dryer ain’t no joke! It turned out great! Tell Gorgeous she’s beautiful

lachanda brown: Gurl I know what you meanmy baby act the same way!! She looks beautiful!!❤❤❤

Annie Snorden: The only thing I don't like is she didn't use an African American stylist. We just know our hair better and the stylist didn't look welcoming...

Moriah Abraham: The Stylist did a really good job

Morgan Tylar: Healthy trims are necessary dad! She did a good job with Gorgeous. Kids will increase prayer life tho!!

Shamiah Tha Tech: Dominican salon HERE COME THA PAIN!!!

Sylvia Lovejones: Awe. Why she upset? She don't like to get her hair done? ‍♀️

missbossy143: Beautiful Gorgeous, but I don’t blame you! That heat from that blow dryer be crazy! No bueno! Please, no excessive heat on her head so that her hair can continue to grow healthy. Roller set under the dryer for about 20 mins. A little blow drying to stretch her roots may be necessary because her hair is natural, but on the lowest heat possible and for only a few minutes. They be having the heat setting on hell! Wrap her hair, comb it out later and let that duby flow! The style will last longer that way as long as you wrap it every night with a little setting lotion. I don’t recommend this style too often, only once in a while to treat her hair and give it a break from the braids. She is so adorable and such a girly girl! I luv it!

Nioxa: My baby is 1. I’ll get a wide tooth comb and she will cry before I even start. ☠️

triplegoddess: LMAO my dad also had a rule against cutting our hair. Now I’m grown I cut it all the time . Growing it back out now I’m pregnant. I also dyed it back black so I know as soon as my dad see me next time I go over there he will smile real big

Lakia Blassingame: Baby, let me tell you, Gorgeous had every reason to cry because honey, that round brush, blow-dry time, is a beast! It feels like your skin is melting sometimes. The end results are always beautiful. I guess that's what they mean when they say beauty is pain ‍♀️

Jayla Love: Keep it up looks good

chonesia harris: Lol reminds me of myself when I was a kid

Jay WhoLovesEveryone: Yea, my baby's hair used to _touch her butt_ too. Then she went to college. The next time I saw her she had brush waves. arrrrrrghhh!! She said I can't think about hair while I have classes. aaarrrgh!

Kimberly Artis: Gorgeous said: she's in PAIN right now, momma record me walking out the Salon..

Tina Chopwood Phillips: Her hair looks so thick, but wow it's thin.

Amazin Crudup: She looks just like you Peach❤❤❤

LuanaNana: WHY does she hate YOU to wash her hair? Don't you have that little spray nozzle on your faucet? Maybe you're just too heavy handed. She had hit the wall at the shop. Kids are like that. Their patience is VERY SHORT. Take her every two weeks to get her in the habit of knowing whats going to happen take her a few little snacks and her tablet. And make a HUGE deal of telling her how beautiful she is (which is the truth ). Lastly make SURE that Daddy tells her the same like a thousand times. Daddy's girls love that I know I was one! After 30 yrs of being a nanny, I know what works !!!❤️❤️

Queen Be: It's just emotions

Anastasia Doe: She's your twin... my daughter was three same way with a blow out...

Dawn Robinson: She is Gorgeous

Terra Hotlanta: Kids have a short attention span and don’t like sitting long periods of time. When she goes next time take lunch or a snack and give her a break in between. I hate to see her cry, aww baby love

Bambie: I'm sorry but if the hair stylist was making my baby cry I'd speak up.... This should have been a nice pampered experience for her and why would she want a damn phone in her face...not everything is about your damn views jfc

Shaquila Ball: she look just like u lol that cry tho girllll

Da Pitt: All I heard was my daddy said.

Stacy Joyner: Aww cutie pie

Shelia Drennan: Wood needs too take her...

Nylotis Slaughter: ‍♂️ no she's going to be cute bear with the baby she'll be alright such a cutie pie just saying

c whitley: Awe, poor baby.

Tinette Izdash!t: Why straighten it tho? Twists or medium box braids with colorful beads would've been better and she wouldn't have been crying because there wouldn't have been DOUBLE HEAT (blow dry then flat iron) on a fresh, young girl's scalp. Plus twist or box braids is something that you can do comfortably in your home. She would've been home, happy and you would've saved money. Why straighten a childs hair anyway? It's going to get sweated out by the very next day at recess. Twists and braids is A LOT healthier than straightening with heat ESPECIALLY on a child. That's too much stress on very new hair. Another horrible example of "beauty" equaling pain ‍♀️‍♀️‍♀️
