Good morning, my lovelies, how are you welcome back to my channel today? I'M sharing 10 tricks that i use all the time for thin fine hair and this video is for you if you have fine hair. Obviously, if you aging or you priminopoulos and you're, losing new hair or if you just don't, have much hair, but you don't want to show it hello if you're new, my name is frederic. Welcome to my world, i talk about beauty, fashion, lifestyle with a french twist. So please, if you haven't done yet, i will love and really appreciate if you could consider to subscribe by clicking here. Clicky click, don't forget the notification bell and it will be fantastic and give me a thumbs up big big fat thumbs up. I'M sure this video is going to help you. Thank you. Obviously, as you know, ladies, when we're aging, we are losing hair plus personally, i've been diagnosed with an autoimmune disease um seven years ago, kolashimotu, if you've never heard about it, is a one of the symptoms. When you have it outside of having extreme dry skin and chronic fatigue, guyana pass and a personal pass, you will shed your hair, so i lost probably 40 of my hair. I completely freaked out uh. I could plus i'm a brunette. So if you burn it, you know if you lose your hair, it's everywhere, i'm on medication for the rest of my life, my air grow bike kind of, but it never came back to normal, but i still want to love my hair, so my first tip about Having a bit of a volume will be to use a volume cream, so this one i'm showing you right now on the screen. It was a gift and i don't use it all the time, but i use it on wet air putting a bit everywhere, especially at the base, and that it looks like right now this. What you see on the video is when i've done my hair this morning. So you can tell it's not totally flat, i'm not crazy about voluming crazy, big hair. I wish, but i'm not having it. So i think i just get used to to have thin air and i just have to deal with it, but there are some tips and tricks that we can play a bit around that we pretend to have a lot of hair. I'M gon na use the word hair a lot in this video, so brace yourself, i'm a vitamin junkie, so it takes a lot of vitamin in the morning, one of you, lady, actually few last year we were talking about hair and dry skin and fragile nails, and They said, have you tried, biotin and actually i haven't and since i'm not taking all year round, but i'm doing those type of vitamins and i take biotin, so it does help to. I think it does help, because my hair is still very healthy. My nails are a little bit more harder for my skin, i'm not sure, because i look a lot after my skin, but i definitely can see a difference in my hair. So if you don't know this, one try biotin and another thing when you take a lot of vitamins like me, i always pull on the top of the lid. I took the number because i don't want to wear my glasses all the time. So i always said i know that i have to take two vitamin c, for example, or one biotin every day, just a the easy one and i've done that since i'm a kid, especially in the 80s, when big hair was very fashionable. Remember that oh my gosh photos um is to dry your hair upside down. I did it this morning, plus the volume cream, and it does help to give me a bit of volume. So it's a very easy trick. If your hairdresser, please leave me a comment. What do you think about this trick and anyway, actually, but anyone who's watching this video? If i didn't talk about all the tricks about fine hair, but you have a very good one or if you like this video, please leave me a comment. I would like to know we will like to know. Thank you also. You can trick with your fine hair to have a proper haircut, so i read a lot of things. I'Ve seen a lot of videos and again i am not a hairdresser, but i know, for example, when i do my bob um, because my hair is super thin. We know that i always ask to cut my hair in a blunt way, so i don't want some layers. I don't want all those things. I just want super super straight to a point when she kept my hair wet. I know when it's drying up. It'S bouncing back a bit. I'M always sad. Give me enough length that i can still do even a tiny ponytail and it's ridiculous. It looks like a rat tail, but at least i can attach my hair when i wash my face and it's still super clean, and on top of that, even if i wear sometime my hair on the side, i do in the middle at the hairdresser, because i Want super straight on both sides and then i'm wearing that when she's drying my hair and then i ask her to straighten my hair and to wreak it a little bit just to be sure it's super super blunt. I don't have the proper record today to show you that, because first, i'm playing a bit with my hair and i'm planning to go to the hairdresser next week, because, as you can tell, my hair is growing super fast. It'S summer time and my hair always goes much faster in summer. Am i the only one? Is your hair grow faster in summer? Please let me know i want to know another one as well is sometime just to play with your hair and in we said in french foreign, just to give a bit of volume a little bit of waving thing. You know it doesn't have to be scruffy and crazy, but try to as well do that a bit and if you lose your hair most of the time it can be on the crown, but it can be as well. For me, i have a very big forehead and i have big holes on the side. So the thing i do most of the time is hiding it by having a sweat bank which really not today, because i play a bit too much with the volume. But you can have a sweatband just to hide a bit. You stupid, baby hair that i hate, but you know when i'm dealing with it, it's hair. So it's more it's better than nothing but having a bit of hiding on the side, then your face. Look a little bit slimmer. Another trick you can ask to your hairdresser. It'S more like an optical effect is to have a balayage. So it's a french world and every time when people do not speak french and they say this word, i'm like oh yeah, they say balayage, i don't know with you, english accent. I'M sorry! I just don't know what you say, but balayage is coming from ballet, which is sweeping so balayage is when they tend some and they take some part of your hair. They do a different color. Even if, for example, i'm a brunette quite dark, they can do a bit dark a little bit lighter, not blonde and black, obviously, but apparently as well. If they're thicker, they give you much more dimension. So when you do that, please be sure you know your hairdresser. You trust your hairdresser. If you know what i'm talking about watch this video about french women never had bad bad hair day, which was a joke by the way. But it was a very popular video, so it will be linked below, but having a balayage will give you a bit of a texture and a bit of a movement as well, and people will think you have this crazy, beautiful hair. When actually you don't another one. Personally, i only wash my hair. I tried maximum twice per week because i think when you wash too much your hair, it really removes the natural oil which nourish your hair, but if sometimes so, usually with a day, two or three my hair starts to get greasy. Then either way i put at the back as a ponytail, but sometimes i have to go out and i don't want to wash and blah blah blah blah blah. So i'm using simply a dried shampoo, dried shampoo are really cheap, sometimes they're, really white. So when you brown it like me, but you shake it shake it check it, it will absorb the oil and if you do that, with the head again upside down, it will give you a bit of a volume so dry shampoo. It'S a really good treat. Okay. Another one that i really love it. You don't have to be a brunette okay, but if you have thicker darker eyebrows is going to give you this hair connection somewhere. And it's going to look like your face is fuller, not fuller in volume, but because you have hair here. If, if you have, for example, your eyebrows are very thin, it's not going to be super inviting about the volume of your hair. I have like really nice eyebrows well designed and a bit fuller. I need to touch up mine. Yes, i do macroblading my eyebrows, but i only do once per year and i'm gon na do mine soon because they get a bit thinner. I have a lot of scars to hide, but this morning, when i did my makeup, i put a little bit of a crayon, i'm not crazy. I spent literally 10 seconds on my eyebrows because the lady who's microbiating, my eyebrows, helped me to get my natural shape again and i'm not touching anymore. I'M just removing a bit the hair underneath and between my eyes, because i'm an airy beast. But this is how i'm keeping those beautiful eyeballs so think, eyebrows girls, if you think thick hair, think thicker. Your haircut is quite short like mine. You need to maintain it because soon, your hair start growing. Obviously they don't grow at the same time together and like oh we're, gon na grow fantastically super straight. They don't do that as you know, so you need to maintain this. If you want. Obviously, this blunt one as well, i heard that some haircut works better for fine hair, so, for example, a bob with a blunt one as well try to avoid having texture in your hair. You know when those hairdresser grab your hair and the razor and start to slashing, like that. It'S probably not slashing and feel like. I'M like no, no, it's not slashing, but shaving your hair. You don't want that because when they do that, if only give it like a very nice design in your hair, it's going to remove all the volume but saying that if you have short very short haircut and at the back, you can do a bit of a Short end as well and give a bit of this volume: that's you test, i'm never going to tell you which type of haircut you should have, because that's totally you, but i know a friend of mine, really close friend of mine. She has very long hair and very very fine to upon some time when she's attaching them. You can see a big gap and you can see the scat, and that will be not my recommendation when you have long hair and it's still thin. It doesn't look good because when you grab your hair, you can see through it doesn't look super super good, so maybe think about being like even long a blunt one. If you really want to have a long hair - and you know what, at the end of the day embrace your hair ladies, we born with it, i would love to be blonde with curly hair uh. I love those black women who have this crazy hair. All the time his volume was curly, you know whatever you style, when i heard as well, you can have curly and thin hair wow. That must be. That must be tricky. So in this video i just want to give you my tricks. Did you like it? Yes, yes, we like it so please thumbs up subscribe. Don'T forget to leave me a comment if you know another trick about giving a bit of a volume without looking like a big karen haircut. If you see what i mean: okay, we're not in the 80s anymore. Thanks god, i hope you appreciate this video. I give you a big kiss and thank you so much for watching and see you to the next video ciao

Pam Arnold: I'm a professional hairstylist and love all your tips. Here are a few that I recommend to my clients. 1. Use dry shampoo on the second day after shampooing before the natural oil build-up. I like Living proof and it's safe for colored-treated hair. 2. Another tip for fine hair, Trim every six weeks. Read the back of all products to avoid using oil-based. Condition hair from the mid-shaft down and not on the scalp. Use a wide-tooth comb when hair is wet. 3. There is a difference between fine and thin... When running your fingers through your hair when dry what does it feel like??? Fine hair reference the thickness of the hair strand and thin hair references the density of the hair follicles. xo

SoGorgeous 2: I’m 67 yes and my hair has never looked better! I have long, healthy hair. I wasn’t really born with it, I worked at it. Here’s my recipe: I only wash my hair once a week. When I do, I use a nylon scalp brush on the second shampoo to stimulate the scalp and get the good blood circulation going. Beautiful hair comes from within. Shampoos must be sulfate free. I use a hair mask every third shampoo. I use a turbie twist microfiber towel after I shampoo and condition to get the water out. No rubbing your hair to dry! I do a keratin treatment at the salon once every 15 months. That makes your hair très lisses. I only have my hair trimmed or dusted every other salon visit about once every 10 weeks. Yes, yes to the vitamins-I take lots but the important one for the hair is the biotin 10,000 mcg like you are taking. I have been taking it for years. I also take Dr. Mercola’s organic collagen first thing in the morning. This strengthens the hair (and nails). I don’t put too many hair products in my hair and I have them all but I always use une huile capillaire nourrissante after I shampoo snd condition. You can use a good clarifying sulfate free shampoo and conditioner if you feel you have too much hair product build up. Lastly, I sleep on a satin pillowcase to keep my hair smooth. It doesn’t have have to be silk. They are more expensive and they boil the silkworms to make the silk. I am an animal advocate. Satin is just fine. I am thinking about getting a Mason Pearson brush. I have wanted one for years! Salut!

Neisha Beisha: Great tips! I have super fine med density hair due to genetics‍♀️ but I started having thyroid issues due to birth control last year which has taken a HUGE toll‍♀️ I recently got a blunt bob and I am obsessed! I think I’ll look into the Bayalage❤️

Sofia E: Merci, Frederique! My hair is exactly like yours and my hair stylist insists on cutting my hair in layers. It makes my hair look thinner and transparent, especially as it grows out. So I agree totally with you and I'm growing out the layers to eventually have a blunt cut at the bottom. What I think that I need to do is to go to another hair stylist and maybe cut 1/2 inch from the bottom every couple of months. it is a long process to grow out layers, so merci beaucoup pour cette information.

Mary O'Keefe: I also have fine hair but I find some texturizing by my hairdresser really helpful. A few shorter pieces can give a lot more lift during styling. Also, try a salt spray at the end of your blow-dry for some extra volume. It really works. Love you! That looks like quite a sunburn you have.

Noreen Alexander: great tips in this video thank you! I also have an autoimmune disease and my very fine, brown hair is a struggle to style into a thicker look. I think the "stress of C19" 'from last year exacerbated my hair thinning. A layered short cut works best for me. I have been taking Hydrolyzed Collagen for almost 2 years and my nails are strong & long, my skin looks years younger too.

shireen saroea: Everybody loves Frederique. We all wish for a friend such as you .

Deborah Jimenez: You hit a good subject, I have always had alot of hair, but since menopause started loosing tons,I started taking Biotin, and also was recommended prenatal vitamins, Noticed a lot of growth, Thanks for tips!!

V. 1954: The baby hairs might be regrowth from the biotin. Also, if you want to wear your hair back, don't pull it back too tightly. Thanks so much for another great video.

Nika Mikano: I was so concentrated on what you were saying that I was honestly surprised when the video finished, and I was like, what? already? I totally agree with everything you said. I'm 36 and have been using all of these tricks for years! Healthy hair always looks fuller so it's a good idea to wash it less often and condition it well. Also, I think hair grows faster in summer because we eat much more fresh fruit and vegetables thus consuming more nutrients, hair is healthier and doesn't break so grows faster, looks longer and healthier too - just a thought. I had some haircuts in the past when my hair was layered and looked fuller but you need to find a true specialist to have that done. All depends on the actual type of hair too - mine is so frizzy that I can't have a straight bob as all my hairs turn into different directions

Helen Martella: Yes! Excellent video. Blow drying my hair upside down definitely works for me, I have same length hair as you. Also instead of using a towel for drying off my hair, I use a large t-shirt made of soft cotton. It is more gentle on your hair.

Pamela Myers: I am 73 and my hair has never looked worse, but I love it anyway! Frederique, your hair looks marvelous and as soon as mine grows out a bit, I will have it styled like (or similar to)yours. Thanks for the tips!

Michelle Jeffrey: Thank you for the styling tips. I have long thin hair and suffer with hashimoto disease too. What a joy it is. I have my hair highlighted but I have noticed how much thinner that process makes my hair now that it is growing out. All the hairdressers are closed here in the UK and I haven't been able to get my hair done since September!! I even dreamt that I had a hair cut last night. Desperate times.

Sarah Bannon: My hair starts to thin with the change of seasons, so spring and autumn, I think it’s time for a shorter cut and no more layers. I’ve ordered some biotin, and am hoping this will prevent any more shedding, and may even encourage a bit more growthBTW Frederique, apparently dry shampoos can increase hair loss, because it blocks the follicles, which can stop hair growth, I’ve stopped using it, but because I’m only washing my hair twice a week, I’m not sure what else I can try to help with the grease!

Jen V: I’ve been thinking about going shorter since I’ve lost so much of my hair to hypothyroidism and a recent surgery. I’m only 40 and not ready to just “give up.” This is inspiring though!

Joy Lambton: Great tips as usual, thank you! I find a blunt one length cut helps my hair look thicker and I use mousse to get bounce and volume x

Claudia belli: Hi, nice video... I'm Claudia from Italy. Turning 50 in April, never had beautiful hair and been struggling with massive hair loss and alopecia (first degree) for 4 years. I have 80% white hair and I decided to stop treating it with chemichals and started using henna. It's messy, sometimes disappointing but my hair is really looking better. Hope this help some other woman out there.

Federica Tosi: I don't have fine hair, but it's always a pleasure watching your videos!

Woman Roaring: I have thin curly hair. I typically straighten my hair, especially since I cut it, my hair is about your length now. It used to be past my shoulders but since it's gotten thinner over the years from hormone imbalances I decided to cut it, it's also humid often in the summer where I live now and the first summer here with long hair, omg I wore it in a ponytail almost every day because it would just frizz up and was not manageable. My curls aren't pretty, it looks like I have a perm, not a good look so I straighten it and sometimes I use the flat iron to make some soft curls for volume. I especially like the soft curls when we visit Canada in the winter because then after I take off the beenie I run my fingers through it and it looks nice, otherwise it's just a mess all the time.

KellyS: I use a dry shampoo with a touch of colour (brunette for me) no more of the white streaks or worse, clumps lol.. It also helps with covering grey, I just use a cosmetic brush and apply it that way.. Works wonders .. I also use a derma roller for the really thinning parts . It really works

rapti mitra: Great video Frederique! Great tips too. Yes... You are not alone. During summers hair grows faster.

Carli: HAIR TIP - just wash your fringe/bangs when you need to go out/look fresh. It takes two minutes and whole hair looks amazing. Saves times, saves hair quality

Benita Borchers: Baby powder is a much easier and healthy option to dry shampoo in an aerosol. I love your videos. We are the same age and it helps me keep perspective on how I look. I also love that we both live in the same hemisphere

MsActor2009 Bevenhouser 3rd: I have fine, blonde hair. When I grow it long, it drags and separates. It looks like thin, silk strands. It’s either a bob or stylish mid-length hair. Btw, my hair dresser likes your information on vegan products. Before Covid19, he flew to Paris every October for French fashion week to style the models and he wants to be aware of the products he’s selling.

Bára Duchková: Hi Frédérique, I have a problem with thyroid gland for years and lost lots of hair. I use Methionin, volumizing mousse and dry shampoo too. Thanks for sharing Your tricks And tips with us.

Heather M.: 46 and losing it. I expected this. I just cut it into a cute chin length lob and love it! It was down to my waist. I have an auto immune disease as well. I am going to try the Biotin.

A bit about me: Bonjour Cherie, your healthcare and beauty tips are always so great!!! I don't have tips for fine hair from personal experience, I wish my hair was not so thick, it's sometimes so difficult to manage. I know that massaging your scalp stimulates circulation and growth and not blow drying your hair with high heat or to close to your hair. Balyage is very popular in Italy xx

Sandra Marie Gray: My hair definitely grows faster in the Spring and Summer. I know as I need to touch up my roots every 4 weeks rather than 6 in the cooler months.

Diane Laurin: Good tips. My daughter bought me a product from eufora conceal. It is a powder that you apply in your hairline that makes your hair look thicker. I think she bought this product on amazon. I use it on special occasions. Good for roots also.

Beulah Benade: And the other bit of advice I have for very fine curly hair is to scrunch it dry. I don't use combs or brushes. Just put the product on, bend forward and while blowing, I scrunch the hair in sections as I go along. When all is dry, I sit bent forward like " The thinker" statue, holding my hair in my fists until it's cold. Then shake it out and LIGHTLY comb it neatly. Hope this helps someone on their way to 60! like me........

Tessa Reading: I’d really recommend The Ordinary Multi-Peptide Serum for Hair Density! I started balding in high school and biotin and prescriptions brought my hair back to like 80% of what it was before but this serum really has brought my hair back to almost as thick as it was before I lost it.

Sophie Willett: I found out I had Hashimoto's a few months ago and its helped me to see you doing so well. Thank you.x

A. B.: You keep getting more and more beautiful with every video Frédérique! <3

Mariah's Mom: My best tip for nails is prenatal vitamins. I started using these when i was in nursing school and started washing my hands 7000 times a day. It will keep your nails nice but bonus of helping hair growth (because of the folate?) ❤

Lynn Z: Enjoyed this video. Your hair does look better these days. I have thin hair too but not as fortunate though as shorter hair doesn't seem to agree with my face shape so am growing it out yet again. I take the same brand biotin too, have been for the past 2 years and I love the result! It gives me breakouts at that dosage so I split my tablets. Thanks, will consider balayage once treatments are allowed again (now is just strictly cut and go).

Susan Jane Leitner: Loved your video! I say that a lot so it must be true. I too have thin hair. I have more volume at the crown because I do scrunching with my fingers. Hair wash twice a week. No conditioner...it eliminates weight. My hair is shorter now and layered and works well for me. I trust my stylist. That is so important. Vitamins...a big yes! A scalp massage maybe? What do you think? You are so beautiful and confident and energetic and slender (yes! you are!) that no one would guess that you have thyroid issues. See you next time! ❤️ Suzy

Alexander Family: Frederique your hair looks lovely. Thank you for the great tips.

Daniela Deutsch: You have great hair, chérie! I am a vitamine junky too. I can recommend OMEGA 3-6-9 for beautiful skin and for hair, nails and zinc! Zinc is magic! I have my own loooong nails and thick hair (I am 42). Yes, hair grows faster in summer and falls out more in winter (trust me, my hair is 80 cm long, the whole house is covered by it hahaha) Have a beautiful day, I loooove your channel! XX

Patty Rodgers: I have always had fine hair but a lot of it ;after menopause I may not have as much! One trick is not only do I dry my hair upside down, but occasionally, if I need a lift, I spray a brush with hair spray and brush underneath upside down. Voila, more volume when I flip back up

Dina Wiltshire: I can so relate...I have Hashimoto's too and on Synthroid.....there are times when my levels drop I feel soooooo tired, heavy and miserable....Big Hugs....stay on top of testing to keep you T3/T4 levels stable...hugs

Vessy Ioannou: I found dry shampoo makes my hair even smellier. I prefer to quickly wash it the normal way. I really love your hair and your ability to show it off at its best.

Diane Da Costa: Just an FYI. If you take Biotin, be sure to be off of it for at least a week before doing a blood test. It can throw off the thyroid levels in blood tests. It is fine to take, and doesn't mess with your levels, but it can mess up your blood tests.

S K: I just ordered some fibre spray to use on my thin areas on my scalp. The reviews were good on Amazon. I tried heated rollers but still no volume!

Claudia Gonzalvez: Great tip Frederique, great timing as I’m going to hairdresser today and I have fine hair. Hugs

Tanya Booysen: Hi, I can relate to everything you are saying thyroid , menopausesal, but that's not gonna stop me from looking my best thanks for advice and tips

René Bilodeau: Hello this is René again from GA, the 5'2", also have Hashimoto's and have thin hair. My tip for drying hair is exactly what you are doing is using you r fingers to rub your hair while drying upside down. Using a brush to dry my hair breaks it more easily. I'm a new subscriber and love ur videos Frederique!!

Maria Nunes: Hello Dear Fréderique, this vídeo is for all people who like to hear and learn from a person with a lot of personality and really enjoy life. A big and strong hug!

Suzy: For what it's worth, I remember watching earlier videos and thinking how I wished that I had thick hair like yours!

Diane Rebello: Really good tips and perfect timing I now know what I am going to ask for.

Beulah Benade: I too have very fine hair so I feel your pain. One advice I can add is to sleep on a silk pillow case!!

Turra Gorman: My hair is thin. I do a blunt cut bob, a bit shorter now. Auto immune positive too. Thanks for sharing.

Daiva Baniene: Hello Frederique! Love this video! I have thin hair as well, but I love them. They have a nice natural golden brown color, are healthy and shiny, I have no grey hair, so no need to color. When wind is blowing they are all over my face, because they are light like a baby hair. I don't really do much to be honest in order to spare them: I let them to dry naturally, don't use any hair dryers or curling irons, but I have a few tips for those days when I want to look fancy. Some things I learned about my hair, that they are fat in their roots, but dry on the ends, so no balsam is going on my roots otherwise they look greasy and flat. No moisturizing balms-that will never give me any volume! I watched one professional hairstylist, he was showing how to make a haircut which will increase volume. I wrote to him, that that "razor thinning" hairstyle (he removed maybe half of his model hair!) will never make any person with thin hair flattering. Exactly as you said. He told me to try Bumble and bumble thickening Go big treatment. I spray that on my towel dried hair after washing it and then dry it carefully with a light heat, but on round brush and I can't recognize my hair anymore! It really lifts my hair from the roots! If I don't want to dry my hair (that's mostly the case), then I spray my Bumble & bumble on my roots (by the way-it smells delicious!), let them to dry naturally and when just a little moisture left, put them in the bun on the top of my head and go to sleep. In the morning I have beautifully lifted and wavy hair-my favorite! Curls always makes your hair look fuller (don't let me start it about these people who complain that they have curly hair and they hate it... I would kill for that kind of hair...). I tried so many things. The best hair sprays,by the way, are the cheapest and strongest in my experience, the rest is just a waste of money! For me in order to lift my hair from the roots, I basically need to change their structure. I can't lift up my silky and thin baby hair-it's against gravitation! It's the same like to tell water not to fall down as a waterfall, but to go up instead. It makes no sense! Teasing your hair always increase the volume, but it's not healthy for your hair and plus, we want to save the hair we have left, not to loose the last. That's my tips, I hope it was helpful. Yes it's truth, in summer my hair and my nails are growing insanely fast! But now we have -10-13C what can I expect? What grows in this cold? Nothing! Even my plants at home not growing anymore... We need the sun and warmth, especially here in Nordic countries, where we see the sun three months per year...

Pattie Morphew: I swear by rice vinegar as a final rinse! It gives my hair body and shine. I mix a 4.3 acidic acid rice vinegar 50/50 with water and keep it in a plastic bottle where you wash your hair.

A Pearson: Hi Frederique, thank you for this video! Love the tip on blunt cut for thin hair. Your eye brow technician sounds amazing. I am in Sydney, are you happy to share who she is? I would love to get my brows shapes and microbladded though I want to go to someone good and am nervous to try someone without a recommendation. Thanks and have a great day! Angela

Jacqueline Bucar: Velcro rollers. Dry hair upside down. Set bob with large Velcro rollers . Spray with a light setting spray. Leave in 15 min or so. Brush out and the bob has lots of volume.

Abbie C: Love the nail colour and I’ve always had thin/fine hair

Jacqueline Della-Santa: Thank you for excellent tips!!! Love it!!!]

Lisa Rubin: I have Celiac Disease, a related autoimmune disorder. Hair thinning now a bit in the front. Key to continue to monitor my thyroid levels.

Dari ja: Dear Frederique, have you tried Kundalini yoga or Wim Hof breathing as a support for Hashimoto? It has great effect on autoimmune diseases. Suggestion for a video: pronunciation of French brands, wines, cosmetics... So we don't sound funny when we talk about them. Haha Love and hugs from Berlin! ❤

Avril Plummer: Some great tips, thank you xxxx

JoAnn Tripp: Thank you for tips. I am fine hair, curly and it is tricky. I did find a dry shampoo for brunettes you might like. Batiste dry shampoo plus- divine dark it works great!!!

Janette Hunt: Your eyebrows look amazing.

Head Office: Yes! Both my hair and my nails grow faster in warm weather. Which means they are hibernating right now! February in Scandinavia...

S. g: Hola Frederique! I've been a little bit disconnected from the "Internet World" in the last week so I've just started to catch up today with your videos and my face was like "wow" when I just saw you have Hashimoto too!!! I've been diagnosed nearly 3 years ago, lost a lot lot lot of my hair, gained nearly 10kg, (also because I've stopped smoking 1 1/2 years ago), got dry skin etc,  and I'm still trying how to deal with it. I was vegetarian too, but started to re-introduce a bit of bone broth and meat ocassionally  in my diet. It would be sooo great if you could do a video about your experience with this disease.  Greetings from Spain!

maiden**detroit: Hey, Girl! Looking Fab and your hair does not look thin at all.. it looks terrific. Hugs to you and Oscar : }

Sharon Cathcart: I also live with Hashimoto's disease. Thank you for sharing your tips.

Anna F.: I live in a big city, the air is full of dust and such... I must wash my hair 3 times a week because it is legit dirty... I talked with my dermatologist and she said I can wash my hair as often as it is needed I just have to use a gentle shampoo. So I make sure to use a gentle shampoo and I try to moisturize the ends. It works fine for me. I also use hair mousse, it works better in my case.

Katie De Luise: Yes fine hair is a pain , and the older one gets it becomes so much finer . Colour's do not help as well and the older one gets the finer it becomes and very hard to colour white hair showing on my dark brown hair .

Col Coff: currently I haven't been to the hairdresser in a year so now it ''s just touching my neck, and it's thin, but I do try very hard with it and I find Velcro rollers add so much volume, almost too much if I leave them in more than an hour, but they are light and very easy to use, and even if I don't straighten my hair they work well and for some reason make my hair super shiny. I call it my "Newscaster hair" not really my preference as I prefer messy over perfection, but I always get compliments. I started taking collagen powder in my Kefir smoothies too, my nails became super hard for the first time in my life, so I'm hoping my hair will start getting thicker too.

Houda Benmansour: Even if my hair is not thin...I love to follow all your videos❤❤⚘but struggling with hot flushes (bouffées de chaleur)

Janet Straw: You can have a blunt cut, but with just a few longer, ‘point-cut’ layers really gives me a lot more volume! ‍♀️

twelve’s my limit: I'm also a vitamin junkie, Frédérique! Also, I have the opposite to you; I have Grave's Disease (a hyperthyroid autoimmune disease). We can be vitamin and thyroid twins. I'm still watching the video and I also have a high forehead (more brains ).

TINA HEMMINGER: Great ideas. Your so fun and uplifting.

Gisela L: Very good tips, likewise I wash twice a week. I use sulfate free shampoo, don’t fuss to much with my hair. loose ponytail once in a while.

Gail Spear: A little hair massager to use in the shower is great only takes a few minutes to massage the scalp to help blood flow

Odalis!: People always want the type of hair they don’t have. I don’t know if I missed it, but how many times a year would you recommend to get your hair trimmed?

Siobhan Mccann: Loved this video was very helpful what colour do you use on your hair Thank you

Natalia Speroni: Kloreane has a dry shampoo for brunettes, The powder is dark. You will love it! (Sorry for my English)

Andrea Coyte: This video really helped me as I have Hashimotos as well.

Fifi Leigh: also, wearing big velcro curlers on wet hair and let it dry will also add fullness...

Genie: Love this video Frederique', menopause is a big factor. Btw where did get that cute sundress? Thank you ❤

Muna Jedski: hahaha...I like "slashing", it sure feels like it when they use that technique. Yes, I loved this video! I have fine hair but enough of it. Love these ideas. :)

Mel Vern: Your hair is beautiful! I will pray for your TOTAL HEALING for the Hashimoto disease (is that what I heard?)to be GONE. You don't need that! Expect/manifest total health! I use the fibers that I shake on like a powder in my hair color that cling to the hair. It works even better than the dry shampoo. Expensive but WORKS to fill in "sparse" spots. Also I blow dry at roots only and then smooth down to ends with my big round vented brush for volume. I hold the heat to the roots for 15 seconds and blast the pre gelled roots. OVER DIRECT the hair when blo drying too. If usually blown down, blow BACK. If a right part, blow to a left and then flip it to the left. THEN I use velcro rollers. Big oes for volume only. Whole head, spray, blow dry all, leave in a while and remove. YES,I think the blunt cut is right on. Waiting to grow out my gray and grew it to shoulders, to have enough to trim off to a nice, blunt bob like yours is. Yes, vitamins and summer make hair grow. YES to just long enuf to have a tiny pony tail. And they have "clip in" real hair for extra poof. I call it my "rat tail." :)

Fifi Leigh: i have another trick. after a shower, put your hair in high ponytail and let it dry. then spray some hairspray underneath hair before putting hair down and styling.

Narelle Ravesi: another great video,

Maria Baglioni: Bonjour, Frédérique. What about Australian hairdressesers? Any difference with the French ones? Thank you.

Sheri Kennedy: my answer? a collection of wigs and toppers. nope, not for everyone, but i gotta tell you i was over trying to get my thinning hair to behave no matter what i did. living in florida with humidity made it that much more impossible. stopped dyeing it. stopped going to a stylist. but...my hair always looks great....lol. i also have a collection of hats. nope. not everyone's answer, but for me it was life-changing.

Barbara Booth: According to my hair dresser hair grows much faster in the summer

In shape with Mya: Baptiste volume dry shampoo is my go to for few years already

Sandra Selman: So enjoy your channel!!

Anne Fleming: what hair thickening cream did you use

Bonnie Oliver: Fantastico! Grazie from Italy.

Gigi Elizabeth: Love love love this ....

Susan Banton: I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's thyroid about 30 years ago and have been on Synthroid ever since with no hair loss.

Libby Saylor: Whatever you’re doing u always look great! PS would love to see pics of u in the 80s!!!

Aileen: Hellow Frederique, how do you say swept bangs in french? Thank you

Janice Mitchell: Your eyebrows are lovely. Can we ask where you have your microblading done please?

HelplessHawk: I’ve just being diagnosed with hashimotos a few months ago. I’m 45.

iwonainoz:

DAFFY Marie: What’s the name of the bangs please? I have thin straight fair hair in bob and also high forehead . I think I see too much head, and might need to ask for bangs, not fringe.
