While balayage hair will remain popular and aren't going anywhere anytime soon, spring hair trends, specifically hair colors, will see a transition to solid blonde shades. “Girls are going for a solid blonde or bleached-out look...like how Hilary Duff changed up her balayage to a solid bleach-out & Lucy Boyton’s solid blonde,” Dee predicts.
