Heat Regimen - DETAILED - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3bOjS1...

Afro, hair types are very diverse and fascinating, there's so many variations that is impossible to count. This is a huge reason why I don't like the 4A 4B 4C hair typing system. The diversity of our hair is way more complicated than that. The green Beauty, complete hair typing system that counts for the customized needs our hair requires. My hair strands are really thick almost like wires without the assistance of heat. It will take a lot of repetitive manipulation to get an even stretch, whereas craving curly, Kinks hair strands are slightly finer, so she's able to achieve a heatless stretch without much wahala. The hair types that benefit the most from heat stretching are ones that have a s o and or L. Curl pattern tie texture, high density, thick hair strands and low in porosity.

Patricia Harris: Thank you for this. I was confused... thinking I shouldn't stretch my hair to retain the ends ie length. Yet, I find that it breaks more when I don't stretch it. My hair is not super long but it suuuuuper thick and dense. Great vid..video... 'as always' *in your voice * lol

Virginia Montaldo: 4c actually didn't exist at the beginning in the Walker chart, it was added by black naturals. Andrè Walker also said 3c is the tightest curl pattern that can look good unaltered while type 4 needs at least some degree of relaxing . Of course Walker sports type 3c hair...

Bella M: THIS was informative and just what I needed❤

Sonia B Dorsey: You have contributed soooo much to our community!!! Your passion for what you do and your delivery of valuable information is helping women of color to value and love their hair. Thank you a million times over!!

Everyone deserves To go home: Wow! This is literally what I needed. I have to use heat due to my wire like hair strands. I can detangle my hair and 2 minutes later it's like I never touched it.

sadra olaedo: "Wahala" that's a naija slang for trouble . I love you. You have taught me alot, sometimes I am tempted to go back to loose natural hair, but whenever I remember the weather here in Australia I will just say to myself "keep ya locs baby girl"

Sodapop🥤: Love the SOL curl description

Mrs G: Thank you for this... Thank you for all the work you put into our education. #MuchLove

Fee Fee: this was so helpful! thx so much!

Cway: Is there a place where you can upload the chart online and we can scale it ourselves?

Emelda Clement: It's the "without much wahala" ❤️

CountessofMonteCristo: I also don't like typing...I use porosity. My sister and I are the same type but opposite porosities so her hair care damaged my hair.

Sable 711: Yes I do believe that I may benefit from heat stretching. I really want to use the ReVair reverse hair dryer though. I wonder what you think about that type of dryer as it uses suction to dry?

Woodtunes Music, Inc.: What does “WAHALA” mean? Thank you

Shanice Coleman: what if you have high-density, very fine and low-porous 4C hair???

Nique Farrington: All this time i was a 4c it was a few weeks ago I realize I was 4a because I was so frustrated with the curls. all I can do is laugh

FA: My hair is long but it's not volumous

Folakemi Oluduro: She said ‘wahala’ , my Nigerian blood

Natural Hair Khronicles: love your voice ❤️ thanks for the video

Natural Larai: Without much wahala, I like that
