Shark Released Their Hair Styler... Omg

New Shark FlexStyle - A Hair Styling Tool

I have so many thoughts and opinions on the newest Shark release, their FlexStyle Air Drying and Styling System. This sounds very familiar, anyone say Dyson Airwrap. Yep. In today’s video, I’m focusing solely on Shark FlexStyle to see how it works, performs and of course how my hairstyle wears throughout the day. I’m going to do a comparison video between Dyson and Shark to see how each hair attachment compares one-to-one. As of right now, I’m incredibly impressed and excited for what Shark has to offer.

Shark, just did that. Shark has finally done it.. They released their own hair styler., Because why not Dyson did it so they have to do it., They're direct competitors., Who didn't see it coming. We all saw it coming., ( Milana, laughs, ), (, Paper, crinkles ). My order finally came in the mail.. I ordered the build your own bundle for $ 274. That includes shipping and taxes. Whew.. This is what it looks. Like., Let's put this big box away.. Let'S focus on this one. ( box, squeaks, ), (, Milana, laughs ). Oh, that was hilarious. There. She is in all her glory., I don't mind the color., It feels pretty nice., It looks pretty nice.. So this is what I'm really excited: about. The coanda effect barrels to wave or curl your hair.. This is like the old version. The original version for Dyson you have to have both of these. So going away or towards your face, depending on what you choose., But they do come together. And then the other attachments that I chose were was the oval round brush.. This kind of reminds me of the Revlon. [ Andrey ], One Step Styler., One Step Styler and then just this one right, here. A nice paddle brush style.. This feels very rough., Like both of them feel pretty rough.. I don't know if I like this.. This might pull my hair out., But this honestly looks just like the Revlon One Step: Styler. Alrighty: let's go for it. [, Andrey ] Yeah.. Let me undo this. Unwind it and then we'll plug her in.. Obviously, I'm going to style my hair with the wrap to wave my hair, just because I wan na see how that performs.. I really wanted to make sure my hair air dried for as long as possible, but it's still nice and damp just because I do wanna use the hair dryer.. I thought I ordered the hair dryer brush. Huh attachment. ( cardboard box, scraping ). I thought I ordered that.: Did they gim me the wrong one? I'M gon na quickly do my hair. Do all my hair care products in here.. This is just a nourishing leave in treatment. And then this is more of a leave in conditioner plus styler by IGK.. On the back, there is this arrow that you point that you hold down and you just twist. There, you go. It’s a mini hair dyer. That kind of looks like Dyson, also. Ha Ha Ha. Okay, I'm gon na use this hair dryer to dry my roots as much as possible., And then I wan na use. Maybe the oval brush just a little bit here and there before I curl or use the barrels to style my hair.. So you have an on-off button right: here., (, hair, dryer, whirs ), Oh very loud., (, hair, dryer, whirs, ), And then right here you have the heat setting, which is three options, just like the Dyson. And then you have the airflow option, three of them just Like the Dyson., And then you have here a cool shot that looks like you have to hold on it as well.. Let'S see, if you have to hold it. ( hair styler, whirs, ) Yep, you have to hold it. Just like the Dyson.. Okay, I'm gon na quickly section this off and just blow dry. My roots, like I said and then go in with that oval brush., I'm gon na do highest heat and do the second air flow, just because it's very loud and very powerful. (, hair, styler, whirs ) So bring this down swivel it up. I wan na attach This., Okay, very similar to Dyson.. Let'S do it., I'm gon na do the highest heat and let's do the highest airflow. (, hair, styler, whirs ) Totally reminds me of the Revlon One Step, Styler also pulling my hair out.. I dunno. If you can see that. [ Andrey ], Is that comfortable that it's turned like that? I appreciate that it does turn like this because I don't have to hold it like this. Just hold this nice and straight.. This is cool. (, hair, styler, whirs ). I think we're good. I'm gon na brush it out., It's still pretty damp., You can kind of even see The roots. Are nice and somewhat dry. Just to speed up the process for the barrels.. This says here for best curling results and to avoid heat damage hold the barrel in place for 10 seconds, then press the cool shot button at 10, seconds. Repeat until hair, is dry for best results. Begin with 80-90 % dry hair.. If my hair is too dry and the ends are not wrapping around the barrel, I do have water here mixed in with the tiniest bit of my Good Behavior IGK Prep Spray.. Let'S do the left side'cause, I'm gon na be holding it up instead of down. Flip. This bad boy, around., (, hair, styler, clicks ) Place this on here.. I'M just gon na follow the direction in the mirror and that's going away from my face. And now, let's wrap., Are we ready to see I'm gon na do the highest airflow highest heat, setting., (, hair, styler, whirs, ), Ten, nine, eight, seven, six, five, four three: Two one. Where's, the cool shot. There, it is. One, two: three, four: five: six: seven, eight nine ten. Shark just did that. Yep. Look at that., (, hair, styler, whirs, ) Nice.. It looks good., Look at that.. It looks like it's wrapping really well, so I don't need to dampen my ends. Just yet., Maybe we'll have to up here. ( hair styler whirs ). What happened? Oh., (, hair, styler, whirs ), That's bouncy, that's nice.! Yeah! It looks like they're falling out a little bit too fast., So we're gon na hold it for a little bit. Longer. We're gon na hold it for 20 seconds on each side or each section. I'll say the only thing. I don't like that. All the settings are right here, so I messed them up already a couple of times, so I had to fix it. While I was doing it., I keep hitting these ones.. I wish it was up here like the Dyson. ( hair styler, whirs ). I think these last sections, I'm gon na, do the barrels down. And again we're holding the sections a little bit longer than 10 seconds so 20 to 30. (, hair, styler, whirs, ) Yeah. That'S my preferred method of choice.. It'S a little more consistent with the wrapping around the barrel. Even for Dyson.'Cause, you kind of you show it the way., You wrap it around and then you let it hold. ( hair, styler, whirs ) There, you go. Bam, figured it out., ( Milana, giggles ). This feature is really helping my arms. Little bendy feature. I like it., (, hair styler, whirs ). This is so nice. ( Milana, laughs, ), Not hurting my shoulder as much. (, hair, styler, whirs ) Last one. Alrighty. What do we think babe? That process. Can we say volume or what ( Milana, laughs, ) [ Andrey ] Looks pretty good. Yeah. It looks really good. [ Andrey ]. I like that bend feature., That's kind of very different.. This is honestly my favorite feature. Andrey was saying this reminds him of the hot tools where you also have the attachments, and it's like this to make sure your wrist doesn't hurt or you don't have to bend as much or your shoulder.. You guys saw me struggling when it was like this.. I mean look at that.. I have to go all the way across over my head when this way just a little bit., You know I don't have to hold it like this., Just hold it like this., That's great.. How great is that That is awesome. And the reason why I like to wrap my hair going down instead of letting it wrap around itself., I found that it likes to over wrap around itself.. That way, it's not even heat, and I like to use most of the barrel. Hope that makes sense right. [ Andrey ] Yeah.. Instead of going around itself, it's going around the actual barrel and it's not overlapping. If your hair is not as long. [ Andrey ], You like to guide it., I like to guide it. There you go. Thank you Andrey., I'm so excited'cause. This is nice and bouncy.. It looks pretty shiny to me.. It doesn't look as frizzy.. It looks pretty good.. Alright, so I'm gon na let this calm down cool down as much as possible, even though we did cool shots.. But let's quickly talk about some of the things that I don't like about. This. Very first thing: I don't like the settings right here at the very bottom, because you guys saw me I had to put it on my lap turn it on and then bring it to my head. Dyson. It'S opposite. Dyson is up here.. That way, you can control with one hand.. It'S all right here at your fingertips.. I do like the cool shot up here, but I found that yeah. I just I don't like this at all.. I found it to be very annoying to go back and forth.. Now the positives. First thing again: love this.. This is awesome., Especially if you're blow drying your hair.. If you are using the attachment this barrel, like I do when you hold it down, wrap your hair yourself and then let it hold onto the barrel. [ Andrey ] Gives you more versatility. Exactly versatility., It's so great.. If you don't like it bam. There, you go.. It'S awesome.. I love this little feature.. I thought it was just going to snap, but you actually slide it. Down., That's really nice.! The next positive. I like the attachments.. I like that this attachment is pretty long for their standard. And the only thing again I'll go back to what I don't like. You have to have two barrels.. I wish they did the little nozzle like the Dyson had., I'm sure we'll see it in like half a year, maybe a year, maybe even less, with new attachments with the nozzle. Or maybe they'll, come up with an own way how to change the flow direction with Just one barrel like the Dyson, did., ( Milana, laughs ), I mean you know, positives and negatives right. What else do I like about this? It'S pretty powerful., It's pretty loud.. I do like that. They give you the same options for airflow and heat setting.. That way, if you don't want as much heat you'll, just use the lowest heat option with the highest airflow, which I think is phenomenal., It does feel really nice.. It'S not super heavy, which is great.. You have the nice swivel cord, so it's kind of just swiveling, with you. You're, going back and forth from each side of your head.. You also get the clean thing right here: the filter. You just take this off and then you just clean it off and just slide it back on, which is nice and great. The price obviously. roughly 300., It's not 200! It'S closer to 300 than 200. [ Andrey ], Half off., Yeah, half off., Which I think is pretty great in my opinion.. You don't get as many options for your hair tools or your hair attachments., And I will say in my opinion, I think Dyson offers better attachments. More gentle on your hair.. This is not my favorite for longer hair, where you have the dual bristles.: They pull my hair out way too much, and it's a little bit too rough. On my hair., I like this for shorter hair.. I loved the Revlon on my shorter hair, but I don't use my Revlon anymore on this hair length just because it does pull way too much and it gets tangled way too fast. So it's not my favorite. And then this paddle brush, I think I'll, do a whole separate video, just trying all the different attachments that I ordered. Maybe order. Some more., I don't know if you can order the attachments on their own., But again they just released this. So they're, probably just trying to test the waters test the what consumers are saying, what the consumers want., But I'm sure they're gon na, come out with different attachments. You know in the future and just see what people are saying and how to improve things and so forth, just like Dyson did., But I'm really excited, because this is great and the price point.. I mean It's great competition. Great competition., [ Andrey ], Great value for something as innovative as this technology is. Yes. Alrighty. I think I'm gon na do a wear test to see how the curls fall out and see what the hair looks like midday at the end of the day.. I'M really curious. I'll see you guys at the end of the night, what we look like., I'm excited, but I am gon na come out. I think I wan na do the next video with the Shark, comparing it to the Dyson, because obviously they're direct competitors. See how they compare one to one and, of course do a wear test as well.. But I'm really excited that there is another competitor and it's somewhat an appropriate price point for what you're getting for the technology for the well advanced technology.. I'M really excited about that., But Dyson's got a competitor and it's great so far. Okey-dokey.. Here we are at the end of the day.. We have at least 10 plus hours down.. The first update that one was around five six hours., Very happy with how it looks or how it looked back then, and still very happy how it looks now.. I had it up a little bit when I was cooking dinner, but then I just took it down and I'm not seeing any kind of weird dents or waves in my hair, but I'm pretty impressed that there's still a lot of movement., It's still very bouncy.. I would say: there's still a little bit of volume left, but a lot of the curl has fallen out and now it's just a beautiful wave and more of like a blowout with a little bit of bend here and there and I'm still very happy with the Way it looks., But very impressed so far. Very excited to compare Dyson versus Shark and see if they're close or one of them is better than the other, because I think right now we're very, very close and I'm very excited for Shark. Very excited.. I'M gon na leave it here.. Thank you for watching spending time with me and I'll see you in the next one very soon bye,

sapheara85: This makes me excited, to see competitors are a better price range for those of us that can’t justify the cost of the Dyson. Still, I wish I could just buy one with only the hair dryer and curling attachments I could do without everything else, and would rather pay less for attachments I’ll use and not sit on others i won’t!

james olson: I really wish they had more blow dryers with the cool button that you do not have to hold down. My blow dryer is just the average blow dryier but the reason I keep it is because it has a cool setting. I never use heat on my hair. Its too fine and easily damaged.

Katie Davis: As someone who has arm mobility issues, I am definitely going to look into this! Normal hair tools are difficult to use (especially the back of the head!), and causes so much strain. Game changer!

Novice Nose Fragrances: This seems so much more time consuming than just drying my hair and using a curling wand. I don't hold the curling wand there for near that long. Could never spend this much time on my hair

Yasmin Jane Eyre: Dyson was the biggest disappointment - lasted only 18 months; when phoning their service line they wanted you to video the issue whilst speaking to them clearly not wanting to commit that the product was faulty - basically overheating and it is in the bin where it belongs! so hope this one is better but to be honest will not buy it - no need - so many other products that curl hair really well ..

Daniella Jackson: The best review yet of the shark. Most just say its amazing but this gives an honest review. You've confirmed my suspicion that the shark round brush is like the revlon one. That pulled my hair too and snapped hair off. The dyson brush is lovely and smooth.

Charisma Hornum-Fries: I love the competition and hopefully cheaper options. I just bought a Ryobi stick vac that is in direct competition to the Dyson 15. But less than half the price. I love that competitive companies have to tighten up.

Sandra Rhodes: Honestly it’s nice and fluffy in the best possible way! So soft and full with lots of dimension and texture. The night check up was so nice as well. Yes, the curls went down but your hair looked so full still. But can’t wait for the comparison side by side.

Parker Ellis: I bought it and love it! I bought the Dyson airwrap and returned it because I felt like it didn’t get hot enough and took too long in the standard blow dry setting for the price. I’m only my second Dyson dryer as i think that it the best regular dryer on the market. This one from shark gets much hotter and because of the handle swivel and the concentrating nozzle, it dries my shoulder length hair completely in minutes. I have naturally wavy/curly hair and loved that I could also get a diffusing attachment, so it truly is a one stop shop for me where the Dyson wasn’t a great dryer, didn’t get hot enough to set my curls and didn’t have a diffusing attachment. I like the paddle type brush better than the Dyson one also, smooths much better. The oval one is pretty huge and I would like a smaller round brush one like the airwrap has, but other than that, it’s perfect.

Amanda Perry: Great review! Question; do you think you don’t like the controls where they’re at just because you’re used to the Dyson, almost like a muscle memory thing? Or do you think it’s just from where you comfortably put your hand? Asking as a person who’s never used either product so I wouldn’t have anything to compare one to!

meioana1: As someone who has the Dyson I’d say the bending feature on this is really nice , they do the exact same thing the only thing I’m not sure about this one is the heating system and how good it is in comparison. However, both tools in the long run will cause you tinnitus and it’s the most frustrating thing that no one talks about. You need to use those tools on average for 15-30 min and the horrible timing noise the make will cause damage to your hearing in the long run Those new tools are not worth wasting your money :) get a curling wand instead

Peony: I actually like that it has the big round brush. I think that works great for us curly and coily girls. If I’m honest Dyson isn’t that inclusive with their tools their market is straight to wavy hair which is usually white, Asian and some Indian and Latino. The rest of us who has thicker, coarser textured hair wasn’t worth spending the amount of money on the air wrap for such little results. Those people I think were more drawn to the Revlon or similar stylers like it because that worked well for our hair and many people with straighter- wavy hair also use those products so I think shark thought it would work well for the majority of people. I’m glad shark is going after that market that dyson left behind and including us when they developed this product and in the future they will probably include more attachments like dyson but even with dyson new attachments they still ignored many other hair types.

Katherine Stahl: I love that they included a diffuser as an option! They have way more options for those of us with naturally curly hair. I’ve got the option of diffusing with it if I wanna wear my hair natural. I’ve also got the round brush which works great for blow drying straight.

Kristy: Even with it being half the price of Dyson, I still can't justify paying that much money for a hair tool. However, I like it is more affordable, and has some features that the Dyson doesn't have.

Stephanie Vincent: Great review as always!! Definitely going to save up for the Shark, I always wanted the Dyson but just wouldn't spend 600 dollars on a hairdryer.

Elizabeth B: Love when you review and compare products! Thanks so much Milana, you're the best! Keep up the hard work, it is appreciated! Blessings for your precious family! Your babies are adorable!

Rebecca Seibert: I’m waiting for mine! I got the wrap, the oval brush, and the diffuser (I have 2B/2C hair). If you sign up on their site, you get 10% off, so it was $250-$25, plus tax, and shipping was free. (I also used Rakuten to get another $4.50 back.) Anyway, I can’t wait for it to arrive!

Linda Babusci: I bought the exact same combo but I had a coupon so it was $238.49 with tax and free shipping. I also used Capital One shopping (I do not have their credit card) so I got an additional $33.74 shopping reward (it was 15% based on pre-tax amount). Shark shipped me the wrong combo. I didn’t receive my paddle brush but I had the oval brush, concentrator, barrels, and diffuser. I had a really hard time with Support understanding that I received the wrong stuff. I figured that I’d have to send it back. Support kept telling me that I’d have to pay for the paddle brush if I wanted it but my email showed that it was in my order. I got to keep all the pieces. It took an hour on the phone to get to that point. So far so good with it. I’m pleased with the price and the product. I wanted a Dyson but couldn’t justify the price.

Selene Aguilar: I've watched multiple people review this new product but really I've just been waiting for you to review this! Love the honesty and sincerity of this review. Thank you Malibu!

Brenda Moody: Your hair turned out beautiful!!! It still looked great when you were in your Pjs!!! Unfortunately my hair is short so I have hair envy!!! Maybe if enough people complain about where the buttons are on the dryer, they might come out with a new and improved model with where you like the buttons!!! Also your hair wasn’t frizzy which made all the difference!!!

Jackie Haffner: Anyone with hair past their bum try this? Love it, really curious how it does on really long hair

MADreamer04: Thanks for the detailed review. Also, I’m loving this longer hair length on you!!

Jillian Smith: I'm so glad your video came across my feed. I've liked shark products for a really long time period I use a lot of them including ninja that comes from shark. But anyway I've had their hair dryer for a year now and it has been simply amazing. I've sold my Bio ionic Hair dryer. I almost got the Dyson however my very high priced stylist said hers in 3 of her stylists Dyson went out within a year. But I'm very very happy with my shark. So I look forward to adding this to my collection I might even sell my bio ionic Straightener

Susan Huff: I’ve been watching other reviews on this, but was waiting for yours. After watching, I placed my order for one! Can’t wait to get it!! I searched for a coupon code and found one that gave me 10% off.

Stephanie Stephens Manson: The concerning design flaw I see is that the air filter doesn't wrap all the way around the bottom... which could mean lessened airflow and possible easy overheating. Also, having the buttons at the bottom could encourage people to place their hand completely over the filter when holding it for use. But the turning of the nozzle to create the blowdryer rather than extra attachment is super smart.

Jessica Mabry: This is solid competition for the Dyson. I just recently got my first Airwrap, totally free. I saved my Ulta rewards points for 3 years and didn't have to pay anything for itBut I would not have spent $600+ cash on it. So this a very good option for someone wanting the Dyson but not the price. I agree with you on the brush attachment pulling longer hair. I have a brush dryer with the same style brush and I don't use it for that reason. It grabs my hair to tightly and pulls it out. Other than that, I'd say this is a great buy!

Ally Kat: Can you measure the temperature of the heat outflow as I have seen you do in other videos for your side by side comparison?

Jane Carrion: For the blow dry feature with the dyson you don’t have to hold straight as you mentioned. The hair flows from the side. Also when using the dyson you don’t hold it over your head like that either. I just wanted to clarify for anyone who doesn’t have a dyson. :) thanks for your video. Super informative! I’ll stick to the OG though! boar bristles damaged my wet hair and dyson has made my hair so much more healthier. I wasn’t a fan at first but after the learning curve and seeing the improvements have made me a believer!

Antiques Restoration: My favorite type of video you do is testing and comparing hair tools. Thanks!

THT: Your hair is very pretty...looks like it does a good job. However, my problem is the curl holding for the day. The complaints with the Dyson are although it gives pretty waves/curls, they do not last past a couple of hours. I'm wondering if this Shark is the same???

Trista Lindstrom: Wish this had existed a few years ago! I have the first generation Dyson airwrap because I can use the barrels to alter my natural tight curl pattern into a looser curl. Looks like I would have been happy with this for half the price! ‍♀️

J Galt: I have the first generation dyson. I am really disappointed with their customer et service I spent about 800 Canadian !! Honestly happy this has come out

Mariana: I've been waiting for this review from you. Thank you for not disappointing. Even though I can't afford the Dyson one of the reasons it's on my wishlist is the fact that it doesn't get too hot, making it safer for fine hair like mine. How does the Shark compare in that sense? Could you please talk about that when you compare the two?

Emma Louise: You could literally see the curls falling out as your were talking I’m so tempted to buy a dyson or shark but the curls just don’t hold.. I see people having to use rollers or pins the get the curls to stay. It seems counterproductive.

Hus Tz: Dyson damages hair, curls wont last and gives your hair a dull look. I bought mine from Sephora so couldn’t return it cuz i had already opened the box .my hair is usually very easy to style and my hair is shinny but after using dyson air wrap shine disappears ‍♀️

Ashley Ashley: I am so glad that I purchased 2 Dysons before they changed the barrels… I love having different barrels for each side of my hair… at first I did not like the idea but now I really like it. Personally I never use the cool shot as when my curls are hot I automatically pin them up into pin curls then at night either I sleep with the pin curls or some kind of heatless type of curling contraption. I don’t use any hair product and even in Florida humidity the curls last. The secret is to sleep with your hair in some kind of heatless contraption or at the very least pin curls. If you don’t sleep with your hair in some kind of heatless contraption or pin curls your curls will not last and it does not matter what you use… even if you use a hot curling iron.

Rach Smith: I don’t have either the dyson or the shark but I have borrowed the dyson from a friend and really enjoyed it! The thing I loved about it was how quiet it was… My main concern though is that the dyson was quite long and I struggled to use it but the shark looks even longer especially because you have to add the attachments on top of the dryer where as the dyson you remove the dryer to add the other bits… I’m not sure which to purchase!!

Skin Obsessed Mary: I've never been able take the Dyson plunge (just too damn pricey) but THIS I can do...thank you for sharing!

Ashley Bridges: For it to be so much cheaper definitely seems worth it I could never afford either though! Love your videos

Heather R: This looks like it will add 30+ minutes to my hair routine with all the flipping and swapping And it’s loud. Only thing I would use is the round brush because those are a pain when doing it yourself. This doesn’t seem worth it to me

Christian.Coaching.Nutrition: Thanks for sharing this! I ordered it and looking forward to seeing how it works for my hair texture. Stain is way to expensive for me. Haha

Nichola: Oooh, I've just looked online and they have it in black and rose gold and it's only £299.99 for the dryer and 5 attachments and case with free delivery.... Dyson who?.... Add to basket!!!!!

Pam P.: I have a Dyson supersonic, Revlon Volumizer 2.0 and T3 Airebrush. On top of the Dyson Airwrap, this device practically combines all of those together. I’m excited!

Charisma Hornum-Fries: I kind of want the shark one more than my Dyson. The bending seems so much easier.

Here for the Plants: How much hair can the Shark barrels grab? My issue with the Dyson is that the suction is not very good, I have to do very small sections which increases my drying time. I wish Shark (or Dyson) came up with barrels that could do bigger sections.

Suzanne Taylor: The Shark blow dryer is amazing and I am sure this is a great dupe but something about this justifies me paying more for the Dyson Airwrap

Kennie loo: I have questions.. I’m not really a hair styling lady but I desperately want to be. My problem mainly is I don’t like the idea of heat damaging my hair. Does this help mitigate that? Is there a risk of burning myself like with a curler? Can I straighten my hair with a separate attachment? I have curly hair but when I style it, I don’t want it to just be the same frizzy uneven mess. Is a tool like this ok for curly hair too? I don’t know that I’ll EVER justify that price, but want to think on it… As a separate note, is it possible to have “beautiful” hair without it being colored? I feel like I want my hair to look pretty like yours but I am just not willing to spend the money and time maintaining a color.

Elizabeth Houser: M! I love you! You crack me up! I couldn’t afford the dyson. After the review, this is on my Christmas list! As a Mom I have the tendency to put myself last. I am dropping hints to my husband as we speak! Print outs taped to the bathroom mirror! My birthday is December 6, so a joint birthday Christmas gift!

Diane Lewis: I was hoping you’d review this. I just got mine a few days ago. Never had the Dyson cuz I couldn’t justify the cost. So this is new territory for me. Like you I don’t like where the button are, or how high-pitched loud it is. I also don’t like the “power bank/converter” on it since my outlet is up higher on the wall and it’s upside down, so it really pulls and weighs on the cord connection. I LOVE how lightweight it is (coming from a Conair user) and how powerful it is considering I use a diffuser and can still get great airflow. I also love that it truly has “medium heat / medium speed” which regular hair dryers don’t have. Can’t wait for the head to head comparison video!

Brandi Anderson: After owning a Dyson vacuum…I hated that thing and now have a Shark Navigator, which is 1000x better at 5 years old than that Dyson was brand spanking new. Can’t wait to see the reviews and more videos. I expect this to be 1/2 the price and much better.

Aphrodyuti: I am just surprised that even though Shark is so late in the market, it didn't cross their mind to make one twisting barrel instead of two for either sides like old Dyson. Also longer barrels for long hair. As they are new in the market, they should have had more hindsight. This is something many people complain about Dyson.

Rachel: I just got this today! Im so excited to try it. Im in Canada and the dyson's price point is just a little too rich for me so I took a shot and got this one. Your video is impeccable timing!

Tracy Baldridge: I’ve been waiting for your review!! I love your reviews and trust your honest opinions.

Lauren Cowan: If you didn’t have a Dyson, would you be satisfied and impressed with the Shark? Or would you splurge for the Dyson?

Grisel Blanco-Garcia: Being that I’m still bitter I spent all that money on a Dyson when the Revlon does a far better job, I’m also very excited for SHARK. I think the quality is the same and the best part is the price tag!

AZ: Did you purchase this with your own money? Or were you given the product for a review and/ or paid to review?

Jamie Thorning: Can’t wait to see the direct comparison with dyson!!

Tomoe Mikage: You guys need to understand, that the Dyson is so much more expensive because they put investments into developing the technology. Shark is basically copying Dyson, and people are raving about how amazing it is because it’s cheaper, but obviously they didn’t put the money into developing these new types of products. The shark does seem good, it seems very strong and the bendable part is cool, but still it’s selling point is the changeable attachment and the airwrap feature - which is what Dyson had created

Indomama Australia: iam glad to see this review, almost thought i waisted my money on dyson (after seeing your review) this shark one is definitely not as good as the dyson

Spellbinder: What am I missing here? I'm the first person to admit I don't know much about hair, but I have a good old-fashioned curler that works fine. Is there something more to this product. It even seems to take longer than regular curlers. Not trying to funny just genuinely not clear on why this is so good and so expensive. Thanks in advance.

Kalisha J: This was a great review!!.Thanks for testing it out.

Just Cuz: Ordered mine and got the 10% off from shark and then cash back from Ibotta. They were offering 6% back so it was a great deal!!

Lauren: Omg is right love how your hair came out! ❤️

Amy Solley: They did it with the vacuums, now with this, and I'm SO HERE FOR IT

bnb0510: Buying this! I tend to like Shark’s products more than Dyson.

sandra o: OMG, the review I was waiting thank you

Hi: Omg i stinking love Shark specifically because you pay for quality not just a brand name like Dyson. There's no debate that Dyson is good but this same kit is $600 for a Dyson. So id rather pay for sheer quality not brand name

Helen Amane: Nice! Would be interesting to watch it compared with Dyson

Donna Layne: I just might have to get this one I feel like the price is a lot better on this one!!! ❤

Alicia: From all the reviews I’ve watched it seems to me that the Shark barrels grab the hair and hold it better than the Dyson. Will be curious to see what you think when you do a side by side.

Whitney Hoffer: I love shark!!! All their products are great!!

Adisa Kola: It's 400€ in Ireland, and in USA 250 $ ‍ I hope it was cheaper here in Ireland, I would definitely bought it. I have the revlon step one, and it's amazing

K: Trying to determine if the barrels on the Shark will be long enough for my hair. My hair is to the top of my booty so not sure if it’ll work

Marcelle Greer: I just bought the shark and I love it

Rebecca Janota: You are such a great human!! I enjoy watching you and I’m older!❤

FashionByAlly: looks amazing on you!! i'm so excited for this

Megan Sherrell: Do you think it’d work as well without the hair serums?

Lois McDonald: Great results! Have you thought of reviewing that light up face massager that’s all over TikTok? It’s supposed to “snatch your face” but I’m waiting till I see a review that’s not an add before I buy it.

Brenda Stevens: Looked So Beautiful. Really liked the wave at the end of the night.

K V: Your hair looks awesome! Do you know if it comes with 220W plug as well?

Brandon Schalitz: I don’t understand why people spend their money on this type of product. It’s so much work and a big learning curve for it to fall straight in minutes

L: Wow half the cost of a Dyson this is so cool!!

J.J.Vancura: Thank you for reviewing this product.

MrsLoretta: What a nice looking tool..You hair is beautiful!!! HUgs and Love Loretta

Steph: Your hair looks amazing...when you say you dont use your revlon one step, how do you dry your hair now at your length?

AP I: Sally's Beauty has a wrap, too, for $149.99. I signed up for texts or emails and got a $22.50 discount.

JulieNick: So happy you did this - thank you!

Nana M.: I wish dyson had a brush like this

Michelle: I mean Ive loved my shark vacuum so…i will most likely give this a try!

Paphosa: Great review, thank you ❤

Jusundria Pearson: Love your hair long. It's fun to see how you can use the shark styler hair tools.. I may try it someday

Alisha Ingersoll: you shouldn't be holding at the bottom near the buttons anyway, because your hand covers the airflow intake filter & hairdryers won't work as well & can over heat when their filter is covered or clogged

Lisa Kessler: Wow!!!!! It did a great job... So pretty

Kelly Fitz: So exciting!! Can’t wait to order mine. That you for the review.

Melissa Thayne: I totally had an air wrap on my list for Xmas. Now it’s a shark.

Karla Revoredo: Thanks so much for this!! This will be my Christmas present for this year☺️

Gale Em: As someone with naturally wavy hair and when I was younger, if it got wet, automatically went into ringlets, I have never needed or used any kind of styling apparatus. I would blow dry my baby fine hair upside down then brush it.

Fresh Face Beauty: This is awesome, great video, I've been wanting to see this! Thanks!

Allison Hernandez: I think those attachments are good for people with actually curly hair.

allison guy: I’m a hairstylist and I can’t see paying the Dyson prices.
