Hi guys welcome back to my channel, I hope you're all doing amazing, so in today's video I'm going to be showing you guys, this absolutely gorgeous beginner friendly wig. I hope you stick around to the end of this video and please make sure you do subscribe and like the video, I would really do appreciate that, so this video is a collaboration with Gorgeous wigs. This is the second time I'm working with this company. The first wig I absolutely love, love love that wig. That'S like my everyday wig right now, so the box came with a bunch of goodies, as you can see being displayed on the screen, and this is the wig I had to give it a good Shake now, because it was a little bit crusty in the packaging, But, of course, that's expected because it has traveled miles so this unit is a teapot lace wig. So it's not a full lace, wig or closure wig, it's a teapot wig and it comes with Combs elastic band and also an adjustable strap. Now this unit comes pre-bleached and also pre-plot in terms of plucking. You can definitely go ahead and pluck it some more, but with teapot Lace, Wigs or teapot wigs. Rather, I don't always have the best experience plucking, because you don't have a lot of lace to play with, so I just wanted to see how this unit looks without doing any plucking. Literally just straight out all of the box. I was gon na wear this unit as a glueless unit, but I just decided to glue it down because I don't know it just kept on. I think my head is too small, basically uh, but this is a 6x4 teapot wig and the uh texture of this unit is a water wave texture. Now I don't know if it's the intention of the company - or maybe it's just the wig I received, but this was giving more of a Yaki texture and not a silky straight texture. I don't have a problem. I actually prefer Yaki textures to Silky straight, because I just feel like for women of color. The Yaki straight tends to look more natural, if that makes sense, so just to put that out there in case you receive this unit, it's not like silky soft. It is soft, but not like silky soft, it's more of a Yaki soft. If that makes sense, so I'm basically just brushing out the curls. It is a water wave texture. I don't know if I mentioned that um and I decided to use a new Urban lace glue because I always break out. So this is the one for sensitive skin. I always break out when I use got to be glue or any other lace spray, so um. I did get one pimple, because it's been three days since I filmed this video. I got one pimple with my forehead and I don't know if it's the glue itself or something else. I'M not gon na knock this yet because I actually really did like the hold um. I'M gon na use it again and probably give you guys my final thoughts in another video, and I don't know if I mentioned, but the lace on this unit is also a Swiss HD lace, and you can definitely wear this unit as a glueless unit. If it fits your head right, but it just kept on moving for me, so I decided to glue it down, and here you just basically see me, apply some Flyway Tamer and go in with my hot comb to like make it flat. So this unit is in 12 inches and it's a natural black color. The price of this exact unit is 159.90, so, let's basically say 160 dollars. I think it's totally worth it um. This is such a beginner friendly wig and it's very easy to install as well. It is 100 human hair. If I didn't mention that one thing I would say, though, is I did receive a bit of shedding um just like when I was brushing the hair. I just felt like I could feel some strands of hair falling out, but then, when I checked my comb and checked around or checked on my shirt, I couldn't find any hair strands. So I don't know what that was about foreign, the positioning of the wig. This is a big forehead girl problem like he always is either the wig is too forward or too backwards. So I was like nah, it's it's giving two backwards, so I had to take it out and reinstall this wig. I could have cut it out, but I just wanted to show you guys that sometimes you never get it right, the first time, it's all about trial and error and the reason the glue came off so easily is because it hadn't fully dried. Yet I only like had my elastic band on for, like maybe three minutes, because this glue is very, very strong, just put that out there. So I went ahead with my alcohol and a washcloth to clean the lace I like using a washcloth because it doesn't leave little particles like little white particles on the lace and it's just more gentle on the lace and also on my skin. And then I went ahead to reapply this unit. However, I didn't apply the lace all around the um hairline. I just applied it to like specific places like the edges and all of that and I was trying to decide if I wanted to do heatless, curls or if I wanted to add going with my flat iron. But I just really wanted the natural curls of this unit to pop and again, I wanted to show you guys how much of a threw on and go unit. This is so, if you, if you're not into like, straighten it or like um, adding like curls to your wigs using a curling iron or like a what's, it called curling one. You can just use mousse guys, like I use my Nairobi mousse that mousse, if you have, if you're black you need that mousse, it's amazing on natural hair, it's amazing on kinky, curly, hair, anything curly. That mousse is the one. So this is me just basically applying some Palms to the hair. Nothing too much. I didn't really want to like saturate the hair. I just wanted to um highlight the curls more and I'm going in with my Tango teaser to just like you know, Clump up the curls and I'm also using my hands to like pick it out and just give it a lot more. Give it more volume rather and that's kind of it. When I take off the elastic band, I preferred this position and better, even though looking back now, it doesn't really look. Different looks like it's the same, but in pictures they definitely look better. So I'm then going to use my pressed powder to cover up the potting space so that the wig cap doesn't show this stuff. This step requires a lot of patience, I'm still not really into the Bold cap method. Just yet - and I always like to wear a wig cap, so that's a trick that I do and yeah I'm just basically using my flyweight. Not my fly away. My hot comb to just like, arrange everything and make sure that she is good foreign and then I'm going to go in with my Garnier hair serum, just one Palm to give it some shine and yeah. That'S basically it guys. I actually really do like how easy and beginner friendly this wig is like. If you don't know how to lay a lace wig, then you can definitely um get this unit because it doesn't require much and you can definitely wear it. As a glueless wig, I've seen a ton of videos um with this unit as a glueless wig, and it still looks absolutely amazing and yes guys. I hope you enjoyed this video. Please don't forget to check the description box for every single detail. I highly recommend you check out my other gorgeous wigs um review. I would link it down below and yeah. I hope to see you guys in my next video, please don't forget to like share comment and subscribe. God bless bye, guys, foreign
