Cuts off about this much of my hair, first and foremost, I moved to the West Coast about three years ago, and when I moved over here, no one told me that they have hard water here. If you don't know what hard water is, it's like really hard. It has like calcium and all this buildup on it that sits on your hair. That makes your hair feel really brittle, really bad. Okay. So that's what hard water is, and so my hair was struggling. I'M gon na insert a video that I had did when I lived on the East Coast about two months before I moved here and you'll see it over here. I'Ll put it over here somewhere, where my hair was alive and voluptuous and it was full and it was about it wasn't quite Wasteland um blow dried out, but it was like whatever that is when it was before waste. I don't know: what's this right here, love handle left there we go, it was love handle left. I didn't think anything drastically could happen to my hair. Well, I dyed it twice and I moved over to this coast and this Coast do not with my hair like period actually now I have to wash my hair with distilled water. I can't even use the water on my hair anymore, because it is literally it breaks. It it just, I thought, it'd be better. If I show you look at those Tangles, that's what I was going through on the daily basis. So right here, I'm just doing a quick lymph check. I decided to do a voiceover because I was talking too much. I was just rambling on and on that is the first cut guys like I'm. Looking like. Oh look at the shrinkage, like you almost forget about shrinkage when you have left so I'm just going through cutting throughout the hair, and I'm right here just doing a side-by-side comparison. Just to see what I'm gon na be left with like how much hair I'm actually cutting off and it's exciting it's exciting to let go something dead anytime. Something in your life is not flourishing. It'S so okay to let it go just know: it's gon na be better and healthier, and I was so looking forward to that after I cut each piece, I did go ahead and do an extra little trim at the end, because sometimes I was still seeing a Little bit of blonde, I decided to just cut this whole section off right here, like boom, I'm just gon na like yeah, I'm not gon na. Do it piece by piece anymore. That was not a good idea, because I was left with like so much little pieces that I didn't see the blonde still on. So I had to wind up going back at the end and redoing those ones that I decided to just chop off a whole twist. So, like I don't know it's just so satisfying to see hair get cut. For me, it was a release. It was like yes, yes, like I had been natural for eight years and I've had some of the healthiest hair and moving to California. I had some of the most unhealthiest hair, so, as you can see, I'm just cutting cutting cutting cutting cutting, I'm twisting and doing a little cutting again and throughout it. I am like just checking to see like okay. I think this is the point when I was like yo you're, really like a TWA like you're, I thought I was going to be left with more hair. I don't know why. Just because when I was like looking at the black and looking at the blonde, I was like: okay I'll have a nice amount of hair, but I don't. That was not the case. I feel like I'm almost starting from my natural hair Journey. Actually, this is about how much hair I had when I transitioned natural. So this is like crazy, I'm literally starting all the way over and I'm excited about it. I'M excited about it in my next video you'll see how I dyed my hair black, because this this Dusty Brown was not working, I'm just showing you guys the bag. Don'T judge me like that looks a mess that looks a hot mess. Here'S all the hair that I cut off, there's a little bit more, but I couldn't pick it all up at one time, and so I really appreciate you guys for watching and stay tuned for more of my journey.
