Hey guys so today, I'll be sharing with you, the recipes for healthy hair and I've actually written down all of them in here right so number, one, a customized hair care routine that is suited for your hair, texture and your hair type, and for what your hair Is going through right now, let's say if I tried the curly hair girl method. I don't think I would benefit much from it as from somebody whose hair is actually curly. So that's why you need to customize a hair care routine that suits your hair needs. So number two is find hair care products that suits your hair sneeze. So let's say if your hair is dry right now, it's really good to go for the more moisturizing and more conditioning products for your hair. If your hair needs protein go for the carotene based products and if you're suffering from excessive hair fall, then definitely go for those hair growth and anti-hair fall. Products on your hair and number three is consider consistency because it doesn't matter of how good or how. On point, your hair care routine is, if you've been using a lot of great products in your hair. If you're not consistent with it, you still would not see any results in your hair if you're using new products on your hair use that, for at least two months or if you're, using any kind of like hair care methods in your hair use it. For two months, so that you would actually see its full-on results on your hair, all right moving on to number four is diet and supplements. I know a lot of people neglect this part, because you know everyone is always talking about like what methods to use on the hair or what hair care products to use in the hair and as much as all of those topical things are really good. I think that your diet really plays a huge role as well in growing your hair. If your body is healthy, then your hair and your skin is automatically going to be healthy as well, especially as a woman. If your hormones are perfectly balance, your skin is going to thrive and your hair is going to thrive as well. You would actually notice less hair fall and also taking in supplements. Now I know that this is not for everyone. Supplements is definitely enough for everyone, but for me, if I'm keeping track of a food diary that I'm eating, I know that I'm not eating 110. I'M super healthy. That would hit probably my macros or would hit the certain amount of protein that I need in a day. So that's where supplement actually comes in, especially the collagen supplements comes in for me to kind of like make up for what I lack on what I eat daily. But, however, if you are a health nut and if you eat super healthy every day, then yeah you can skip on the supplements. Lastly, number five is to work out or just basically get your body moving now. I know I am also guilty in this, but because I haven't been very consistent with um working out, but there are certain workouts actually or to some people who do yoga that can really help with hair growth as well. So it says here that exercising is said to increase blood flow to the scalp and increase blood flow means that more nutrients and oxygen are reaching the scalp. So, in turn, your hair roots are nourished by healthy blood flow to the scalp and the antigen face of the hair growth cycle is kicked into gear. And when you work out, you are going to reduce the stress hormones and it stimulates the production of endorphins which helps with relaxation. And we all know the stress is actually one of the culprits and one of the reasons why your hair is falling out. So if you can lower down the stress by working out, then it can definitely help you not only grow out your hair, but also at the same time, these stress you and help you stop your hair full.
