I put the sound on see. I can hear me spray it see, but you can't actually see it, but you see a dripping down my hands, so it is in the shampoo, but it's a very fine like Spritz, but you can see it does not alter my shampoo. It still ladders up the same, and this will also help protect my hair from heat being that I am straightening my hair, and here I'm just showing you guys how you would pour the solution into your bottle of shampoo. Your choice of shampoo, you just pour in two spoonfuls of the solution and just pour into your shampoo bottle, and then you just shake it up and it's ready to be used. I also feel like this is best to mix with your shampoos, because it does contain fulvic acid, which is best for discharging heavy metals and harmful chemicals that can be left from previous products. You can either pour it into your shampoo and mix together or just spray. It in the palm of your hand, I decided to spray the palm of my hand, but you're just supposed to do it one time I know it's like I'm like pulling on the the nozzle a lot, but it was a fresh new bottle and you know you Have to squeeze it a couple times to get something to actually come out, that's what I was doing. I go in with my Nexus conditioner again. This has carrots and protein, which is another reason why I use it, and now we are out of the shower, so I did braid my hair up just to stretch it out. We want to minimize using heat, because I am going to blow my hair out and press it out place it in like four braids. While I was in the shower, there's no product in it, no leave-in, no, nothing! I'M gon na go in with my comb attachment blow dryer I like to use that to get into my roots, and this is what the first section of hair looks like. I also use the round brush, but I forgot to show it to you guys, but you guys saw that in my previous video and then this is what my hair looks like when I'm completely done, it's lightweight, it's healthy, it's clean and it's ready to be pressed Out, but this is how I wrap my hair up to go to bed um. I left it like this in this state for a few days, just to kind of spread out using heat again to minimize heat damage as much as possible, and this is what my hair looks like fully pressed out um. This has been a few days later, like I said I like to put breaks in between to kind of minimize the use of heat, I had a really good soap press um this time around, and I really think that had to do with the products that I Use everything I mentioned the video. I would highly highly highly suggest using my hair felt so lightweight, and here I'm just curling.
