Hello, hello, welcome back to another. Video today is Friday February 3rd, and it is wash day my scalp is a little bit itchy. My roots are sweated out. My hair is dry and smells like fried chicken, so it is in desperate need of a good wash. I'M going to start off by lightly detangling my hair with a wide tooth comb as well as using my fingers. My hair is not super Tangled since it was straightened, but I do like to make sure my hair has at least no Tangles before I go into washing once I am done detangling my hair, I'm just going to divide my hair into two and then give myself A very light and gentle scalp exfoliation - I just used a comb and gently scratch the scalp just to loosen up some of the dandruff flakes. It is now shampoo time I'm using the Tres May Rich moisture shampoo and my second necessity is, of course, a hair catcher for the drain and then my microfiber towel. This was super inexpensive. I got this from Amazon and I do wash my hair outside of the shower. I just lean over the edge of the bathtub and then flip my hair over and wash my hair. This way making sure to shampoo twice to ensure my scalp roots and lengths of my hair are thoroughly cleaned foreign, to condition. My hair, I like to do this in four sections, so I'll use my wide tooth comb part my hair in half and then eventually I'll part, each half into half again so I'll have a total of four sections lightly detangle using the wide tooth comb and my Tangle teaser hair brush and then I apply my conditioner from The Roots down to the ends, not necessarily aiming at the scalp. Today I am using the Tresemme Rich, moisture conditioner. It is the matching pair to go with this shampoo and I do apply a generous amount of this. I do like to make sure that the hair strands are evenly coated. Once I am done applying my conditioner, I will pull all my hair up into a high bun and then apply some additional conditioner to the nape of my neck and my edges area right around my hairline. Those are the areas that are prone to extra dryness and breakage, so I try not to neglect those spots. I will apply a plastic bag and then my Bonnet onto my head as it helps to seal in the extra heat and moisture all the products I use. Will be in the description box below, and this is just a quick shot of the amount of hair that I lost during the detangling process, so it is now time to rinse out the conditioner. I left it in for about 25 minutes. I am rinsing my hair outside of the shower again and I'm using just room temperature water. It is now time to go straight into the blow drying process. I am going to split my hair in half again put one side up into a bun, so it's out of the way and then I am going to split the hair in half one more time. So I like to work in four sections when I'm doing my hair for the majority of styles. So before I go in with the blow dryer, I use my tangle teaser and my wide tooth comb to remove any residual. Tangles apply a little bit of my Cantu thermal Shield, heat, protect and spray and then a little bit of the Cantu daily oil moisturizer. And then I will blow dry that section. I use the highest speed and the highest heat setting after I'm done blow drying each section on high heat and high speed. I will finish off with a quick 15 to 20 seconds, doing a cool shot to the coolest temperature just to seal in the cuticle. Add a little bit of extra sleekness and shine. I am now all done blow drying. My hair took a total of about two hours from start to finish, obviously, that two hours doesn't include styling time, adjust the shampoo conditioning and blow drying, but two hours is still a decent amount of time. Here is soft, lightweight and shiny. Now it's time to figure out my next style, I hope you enjoyed today's video, give it a thumbs up if you did check out my wash day playlist, and I will see you in the next one: peace out,
