I can see it the greatest hey y'all, what's up welcome back to the channel if you're new here my name is Crystal and I post lifestyle content. I would love if you subscribe to the channel and give this video a thumbs up so y'all today. I'M super excited. I have a wash day for you all um it's Sunday evening and I'm about to wash my type 4 hair and get it ready for the work week. Normally I do have my hair in extensions or I do have it pressed, but I have been making the decision to start wearing it, naturally more often so this week. That is what we are doing actually really excited about today's wash day, all because I'm gon na be using a hair care product line called bloomed and what's really great about this product line, is that it is plant-based hand, crafted and uses natural, essential oils. The lady who owns the line - actually, I know her from my gym and she is just very, very passionate it about making sure their products are as natural as possible, which I really appreciate - and she was nice enough to give me a 10 off discount code for Y'All, so I'm gon na leave that in the description box - and I would love if y'all supported her and supported her line, but yeah that's enough of me, rambling about the product. I'M really excited to use it, though, just because it just, I feel like it's so weird now it's on like really good natural hair products that are made by black women and actually focus on keeping your hair moisturized, keeping your hair healthy, not having all those super Drying out chemicals and she hit the nail on the head with this one but yeah as you all can see. I just detangled. If you've been watching my channel for a while, you know I've been unfortunately going through like some hair struggles. It just has not been as healthy as it was, but at the start of the year I decided to really get back to focusing on my hair Hill and I'm already seeing some improvements but yeah. This is it detangled, and now I don't section my hair off anymore honestly, because I don't really need to, but I might make an exception today, because the hairstyle I'm doing lately, I have really been focusing on trying to do as much of my own maintenance, as I can, I feel, like there's something just super powerful about being able to take care of your own maintenance y'all like not having to worry about. Oh, I got ta go sit in the nail salon for two hours or oh, I got ta find a hair stylist. That has a bad attitude today. It'S just really dope. I think there's so many women on YouTube that I've recently discovered that are just all about their own maintenance and it inspired me was like if these girls can do it, you know with some practice. I can do it too. One that I'm thinking of right now is Jasmine, Destinee y'all. The way she will do her own full set like it came straight from the nail salon hasn't shook every single time, and so that's how I kind of started doing my own Nails. I'M definitely not at her level yet, but she really does inspire me to like keep practicing and not give up so yeah y'all. This is my hair section off in the four parts I do always take into the shower with me: a tangle teaser as well as a wide tooth comb, because you want to make sure that you're detangling the whole way through yeah y'all. Give me a second we're. Gon na step into the shower and get into the wash ER somebody today do with me all of these I'll see my world wings. Okay, of course, y'all want to figure out y'all like that aesthetic, but it wouldn't be me without a little chaos, because I cannot find a shower cap. So I have a thank you bag that I'm using as my shower cap, I'll put in the deep conditioner. The way I can describe the deep conditioner is, you know like when it's like a really good like clarifying shampoo, and it has that kind of it makes your scalp like you, can tell your scalp pores are being open, you can tell the dandruff is like getting Removed you can tell that it's really allowing for the air to hit your scalp, and so that's what this deep conditioner feels like. I would pull out my dryer y'all, but the reason I'm not doing that is because last time I did conditioned with it, I use the dryer, and so I just do like every other time, because sometimes it's a hassle, but I'm about to set my timer for 30 minutes, and then we are gon na go sit on the couch for 30 minutes watch a little bit of um the different performances from the Grammys and yeah okay y'all. I just want to give the curls a moment. The curls are back, they are healthy. I mean look at this little. Well, that's a bad example! That'S about a couple that has low heat damage, but look at this healthiness now we're about to wash out our deep condition. So we can get to the actual hairstyle foreign all washed and taking care of y'all. It smells so good. It just smells clean. I don't know what else to describe it. It smells clean and, to be quite honest, the way these curls are defined thanks to those products I can low-key attempt to wash and go, but knowing me, I'm not going to um, so instead, what I'm going to do is I'm gon na go in with her Hibiscus tea, hair and scalp oil y'all. Just so you know all the scalp a little bit, nothing too crazy. I'M definitely not gon na do too much, but I want to do just enough yeah, that's enough, and I'm just gon na use that to get my scalp real good best way I could y'all could describe this style. I'M trying to do is that it is like a bootleg blowout on those, because you're not gon na, actually straighten your hair, but it's just a cute way to like put curls in it and hopefully stretch your stretch, your roots enough, without having to put any heat. I'M trying to really do better, not the heat, because it's me he got a little thing going on it's on. Let'S apart my hair and I'm gon na part, the front how I like to wear my actual side, part and then foreign you're, like part into sections, I'm pouring it into sections right now: oh y'all, not gon na hold y'all. Your girl is getting tired, okay, but still I R Us and then I'm gon na - do this section right here. It'S so funny having natural hair, because it's low-key so much work, but you'll forget enough to really realize how much work it is consistently. So I'm just sectioning it off real, quick and then back here. I'M gon na do four big ones: okay, y'all! So I'm gon na start with this piece back here, the first things: first, I'm gon na just go through and detangle it. It'S pretty much already detangled. As y'all know, since I already had used my um big comb in the shower, but just making sure yes and then I'm going to take the CMOS passion leave out, which oh also smells amazing like oh, it gets me every time and I'm gon na just work That, through the hair, real good, real, real good making sure I'm getting it in those roots there you go work it throughout and then I'm gon na go in with my tangle teaser and do another round of detangling. I feel like sometimes whatever the Y2 doesn't get that table teasers gon na get it every time. Okay, do you hear me yeah, so we're gon na just make sure we got this good and detangled okay, okay, so I feel pretty good about that now. This is where the boots like glow up comes in because I'm going to take two rubber bands, and these are like extra thick rubber bandsaw, I'm obsessed with them, and I'm gon na take this piece of hair that I've already detangled and put it. Oh, I'm probably gon na have to do it. This is over. For this part, I'm not kidding yeah. Okay, there we go okay, y'all, I'm gon na smoke, my hair, so I'm gon na show you all the last little section and basically I'm just doing a roller set, but putting it into the the little ponytails kind of make sure to straighten out the fruits. Now, what I will say is that I have not in a roller set. I have not in a roller set in a minute, so my roller state game. I don't think it's as strong as it once was, because I just don't ever do them anymore, but we're giving it a good try and we're gon na see what it looks like um we're gon na see what it looks like. So I'm using just some setting foam y'all, very typical, and then I'm just going in with my curler, and you know trying to keep that tension to keep it straight and adding my little clips. This is it and I'm just gon na let these basically draw my sleeve if they're, still a little wet in the morning. When I wake up at six, I will sit in the dryer for like an hour, and it should have them done in no time. I did have to sit under the dryer for a little bit this morning and I probably could have said longer so we're gon na see what it ends up. Looking like, okay, I can already tell the curls are still wet. Oh, so this was a hair fail. This was a hair fail yeah, I feel the dampness it's very moisturized, so I will give it the it's very moisturized. This is why, honestly, I don't follow any woman who doesn't want to do her own natural hair super often because the way you will try style, you don't know what it's going to look like until the morning, and so then it's just like, because I thought I Had a cute little hairstyle to where to work, and it was all a lie. It was all a lot so now I'm not going to just comb it out and also too I did not get ready super early because I was like oh I'm gon na. Look. All cute, I'm gon na be able to just put my hairstyle to the test and go now. I'M like okay, I'm gon na be late to work because I got ta fix my hair come on. I really thought I was gon na do something. I really thought this was about to be a look y'all. I thought I was gon na be like hold it she's, giving glamor she's pink voluminous, okay, y'all, it's not terrible, but it's just definitely not cute. So we're gon na go for a good Old, Faithful, claw clip for the day. Okay. So that's what we're gon na move to we're gon na claw, clip this baby up and call it a dick yeah. No, this is not a kidney okay all so I have the top part in and then all I'm gon na do is take the back again. Sorry y'all. I should have put the camera up and just uh my little clippy clip put it right here. Let me see how it looks: oh ciao,
