My natural hair is damaged and I don't really care. Let'S talk about it. You know what you came here for sit back and tune it for Asia, color yeah yeah. What'S up y'all welcome! Welcome back to my channel, I'm your girl, each Talore. I just woke up. Excuse the voice, I want to talk about the fact that my hair is damaged, but I actually only care and I'm still natural, because it's only natural and I'm half man. I was gon na - do an Aztec mask, but it's actually expired expired to 2022 child. I wanted to do that because I said the rarest form, but I'm just gon na use the chocolate Kingston curls cocoa, creme clay, wash it's also a detox as well. But if you watched my Color Wow video, then you will know that I tried color and that product kind of stays in your hair, for I think, two to three or four or three to four washes. I don't remember so. It'S still making my hair pretty limp. So I just need to like reset my hair do a little bit of a trim, and just this that's that okay, so my hair is damaged from a couple different things right, hair, breakage and hair damage is not always solely just one reason is not from one Source, so mine is a combination of things, and I already know that and that's why I'm coming to you saying I don't care, but I'm only making this video, because I'm still natural, literally half of my head is so fine. The first thing is that, back in November I initially got my hair re-dyed re-bleached recolored, just to um, become more of a deeper Ginger, so I did that in November. However, once she did it, I didn't like the color. I looked very much like a carrot. Um, in fact you can, you can see that color that initial color in my seven ways of doing a silk press, maintain something like that that video, the beginning of that video is that color that I did not like. I had like blonde highlights and stuff like that, and it really didn't look good getting hair color is very expensive. Okay, so when I I thought it was gon na go on me that color and I ended up hating it so, instead of going to get it fixed, which is more money, I was like no, so my mom came to visit me a week later, so she Helped me fix it by putting a semi, um permanent hair dye on it, and I did so first again so when I initially got my hair dyed, it was a silk mess at the salon. So the week later, I redied it again and then still pressed. So you could already see right there. I did two suppresses within a week and then I recalled my hair a week from each other. That color was cool, but I was just so excited to get the color done and it was really late at night that, whatever it faded pretty quickly, because I ended up shampooing it when I was supposed to just condition it whatever um. So I ended up re-dying to this color, which I absolutely love about a month later. Yes, it was a big, a big gap, but still, I also have been just naturally doing soap prices. Like I mean I have been enjoying my hair straight lately and that's just my personal preference, so I've been doing muscle prices, but again the back of my hair is not even the issue you're going to see when it reverts back. That is totally fine. It'S the front where the color is um. I'Ve also been wearing more buns. So, even when I was like before color treated bun stretches out the front of my hair a lot and if I continue doing buns, that's just what happens for me. So I just have to make sure that I limit that. So I have been doing a lot of buns and that's just my fault. I also I mean it was already recovering from the protein overload. I have a video on that if you haven't seen it I've already. I'Ve been recovering from that. I honestly didn't give my hair a break with letting it get dyed and then suppress and stuff. So that's why the front of my hair is like has the most damage, and I know that, like I honestly didn't care, because I'm at this stage in my life, where hair is just hair, like it's gon na grow back, it's gon na go back. I think that I had this mentality because I've seen people lose their hair like through sickness and stuff, and as long as it's still alive. That'S fine. You know my mother had beautiful dreadlocks down her back and when she got sick, she lost it. She had cancer and she lost her hair, but her hair is short. She looks fabulous, she's, beautiful, she's alive right. So why are we so attached to our hair everyone's different, totally fine, but what I'm not gon na do is be attached to my hair. To that point, where I get super depressed or get so a noise that is damaged and I can't do hair color, I can't do silk presses like yes, I could have probably done it healthier the hair color that I hated yes, I could have waited to fade Out but I had professional photos to do at work and I wasn't trying to look like a carrot and hate those photos forever. You know what I mean, so I had a reason as to why I didn't wait for the color to grow out, and I knew that I was mentally prepared for the fact that it was going to be damaged and I didn't care. So I'm saying this to say: oh and also there's one additional thing and I'll show you um in the front: that's postpartum shedding um, I kind of shared in a video that I experienced a lot, and so when you are pregnant to a certain point um you Can still ex well, you may experience postpartum shedding or any type of symptoms actually, and I did experience postpartum breakage, which is primarily in the front so um. I will show you that in a second, so that's that two so like I said it can be. A combination of things that causes hair breakage, so mine, is hormonal. Mine is um over manipulation. I don't care because I still have hair on my head. Like literally, I can still do Styles. I'Ll, probably just have to do a couple more trims to do a wash and go in the front, but my hair is very much curly in the back. Let me show you the front, see how my edges are a lot thinner. That'S that postpartum situation - and I know that, like again, I am not losing sleep over it. What it's just okay! What am I doing going forward? You know what I mean. I'M a forward thinker, I'm not a dwell in my misery thinker, I'm a okay. This is happening. What can I do fix it? You know what I'm saying so what I plan on doing well, obviously, right now, I'm stripping my hair to make sure that my curls have the the potential to be what it's supposed to be making sure. There'S no extra silicone or product on my hair, that's weighing it down! That'S not allowing my true curls to come through continue trying this k-18. I did a short on it. If you haven't seen it. That was my first time trying k-18 and I plan on continuing for the next. What does it say? 46 washes? Oh, that's a lot um, so I'm gon na continue using that product just to see like if it helps any, but I will be using like my Ola, plaques and stuff like that, as well just to help with the damage. But my I'm gon na treat my hair as normal, like I know that the front of my hair has color, so I obviously have been treating that different than the rest of my head anyway. The back of my head is not dyed. I just want to make that note like I don't want y'all to see me any less than a natural, because I have breakage in the front. The back of my hair is not dyed and it's not damaged at all. So the back of my head is very much getting natural, so it just needs a trim just because it was you know, still so pressed and stuff, but it doesn't have any damage. I just want to make sure you know that um and don't see me as any less than when I'm doing like product reviews or something thinking like. Oh, you know her hair's damaged just not gon na whatever. If anything, this diversifies my content, because now I can review things on damaged, color treated, hair and natural hair, okay, not everyone's on the same Journey. Yes, I made some poor choices. I could have just let that color ride and Fade Out. I could have did a protective style and just hit the color yes, but that's not what I wanted and I wanted my color to be the color that I wanted for my birthday, which is what I did. I'Ve been um soap, prices is not what caused my heat damage by the way. It'S the it's the over manipulation of color. So I just want to also say that, because I do have obviously so depressed videos on my channel and my damage was already before. I did those videos, please let me know in the comments below do you want me to show you how I plan on dealing with this image and I'm keeping this color, etc, etc. Could also see like just breakage again, that's postpartum breakage. What a combination of hair color breakage, but it was breaking before. Actually I got it recolored, so that's why I know that it was also just postpartum. Do you see me as any less than a natural be honest because that's fine, if you feel like you, don't really want to watch my videos now, because my hair is damaged only and a small section of my hair, because it's very much you know giving curls Back here I think this part I need to it's gon na wash out fine. I will catch you guys in the next one, don't forget to like comment and subscribe, and let me know in the comments below um your thoughts. Questions concerns okay, foreign

Jessica Green: I really appreciate this vid. You’re right, at the end of the day it’s just hair and it’ll grow back. We put too much value on wanting healthy hair, only to be scared too to dye/straighten it.

Talia S: Sharing the damage and the journey on how you’re nursing your hair back is relatable content. I hope you share the journey. I feel like we’ll all need the help at one point !

Nicole Jones: Mine is doing the same thing from some of the same reasons. I would love for you to take us on the journey of recovering and maintaining your hair! I need those videos to help myself! You are still natural in my eyes ma’am! Thank you for sharing!

S Maxwell: Hey Eisha .. yes I would love to see how you will care for your hair during this damage stage… (been gone & need to catch up ‍♀️)

Special K D: Great video. I would like to see how you handle the color damage because I'm thinking of coloring my hair.

Danielle B: Hey Eisha. What a nice video. I’m sorry to hear about your mom, but I’m so glad that you’re able to enjoy her. I went through postpartum shedding in the front of my head, with my oldest and uggh. That sucked. I agree with you 100% about hair just being hair and it eventually growing back. I would LOVE to see your hair journey. All will be well.

Suzette Gherbi: IMO you''re a natural with or without color. You are right..people are too dictative regarding natural hair. I too have color and silk pressed hair. I use the oleplex system but might try Curl Smith bond. just twist and add a rod to the front for more curl. you look great

Leticia Johnson: Yes I think it good to see a come back story

Diamond Onyx: If it's the hair coloring cut the dye out ...... hair luvz moisture & wear the feathered look or memba we spoke bout hot oil treatments 2 help save ur coils HAIR BLEACH can solely damage ur MANE QUEEEEEEN
