~MLK Hairstyles

Hi guys it's melanie and lilly from mlk hairstyles. Today we have a special guest cassidy, hi and today melody will be teaching you how to do two french twists into pigtails, and while this style is perfect for long hair, it's also great to do on short and thin hair. So, let's get out of the hairstyle. So, to start this hairstyle off, i parted her hair down the back of her head. Now we're just going to do a french twist and to do that. Go ahead and grab a small section of hair from the front of her face slit that piece of hair into two equal strands now across the bottom, one over the top and then add a small piece of hair from the front to the bottom strand and a Small piece of hair from the back to the bottom, to the top strand then take the bottom strand and cross it over the top. Now repeat that step and take a small piece of hair from the bottom. Add it into the bottom strand and take a small piece of hair from the top back to the top strand and then go ahead and cross the bottom over the top. Just repeat those steps until you reach the neck of the neck, once you've reached the end, go ahead and tie everything off with a clear elastic. If you have any little bumps like i do, i'm just going to take a bobby, pin and poke those back and just secure the bobby pins straight into the twist to hold the bobby pins, i'm going to hold the little bump in and now i'm just going To take a little tiny piece of hair from the pigtail and i'm going to do a little hair wrap on this elastic. So you don't see it. It looks more professional and i'm just going to wrap the little piece of hair around the pigtail and once you get to the very end, i'm just going to take a little bobby pin and i'm just going to take that little end and just kind of hide. It into the twist there and then go ahead and bobby, pin that into place, and once you've completed this hairstyle, you can go through and pull out the framing features. Thank you guys so much for watching this video. I hope you enjoyed this beautiful hairstyle as much as i did. If so, don't forget to give it a thumbs up and don't forget to subscribe, bye, guys, chicken scared me, okay, lily! You go ahead and go okay. Thank you! Let'S start that over again, hi guys, so i have just started by parting. Her hair down the back of her head and now you're just going to take so so to start this hairstyle take a second a second, oh my god, yeah my nose. Okay. So to start this hairstyle off, i part her hair down the back of my head. No okay, i'm ready, okey-dokey, okay, and once you finish this hairstyle, oh wait now, i'm gon na say completed: okay! Okay!
