D.I.Y Drawstring Natural Quickweave| No Glue! Protective Hairstyles

Hey: what's up Sugar, Shane Renee with another video, it's been a minute y'all, but I had to come back and show y'all my DIY hair piece. Um you! Basically just this is drawstring, so you put it on and go um. Definitely something easy and quick to do. Uh so definitely want to share it with y'all. So watch me as I do this I'll. Try we're gon na go ahead and get started as y'all see. My hair is already molded, so I have short hair y'all. So I think this would be perfect if you have longer hair. However, I made it do what to do with this short length, hair um. So I have my braids going down the middle just about four braids and I'm just leaving out the front in the back. Um again, I you can kind of prep the way you want to, but this is just my leave out that way. I give a little you know versatile, so I can do a part down the middle or if I want to do a straight back so um, that's how I started as you'll see that is a drawstring cap, so you can buy this any beauty. Supply store, they'll be about 3.99, but it's used for a ponytail. I just use it for a wig, I'm measuring around my head just to make sure it fits now. If you want to, you can do the measurements. However, I'm just I can look and just apply. My tracks, I don't have to do any measurements, so it's big enough to and it's a drawstring. So even if you don't get the measurements like right, it's a drawstring, so you'll be able to attach it um. So I'm going to go ahead and start my Dome cat, always my two plastic caps on and I'll pop, my Dome um uh. I'M sorry, not the Dome. I applied the drawstring and I'm going to start to apply my tracks now. Y'All excuse the background. I wanted to record this video as y'all can see. My fiance is laying down um, so I just started recording but yep, let's get into it. So, as y'all watched any of my other videos y'all receive when I make my headband wigs or my um anyway, this is, I just do the same process laying my tracks the same, however, because I want this to kind of like flat in my face a little Bit I just bring tracks around a little more, but if you watch you can see exactly what I'm doing um and I did show y'all the hair I'm using is premium Now. I got two packs under fifty dollars and this is still some good hair. 100 Hoover hair. I love the way it curls look, so natural, so yeah, definitely a plus, so I'm not gon na show, like I shared a full video of me, laying the tracks because it takes a little time but as y'all can see, I'm laying my tracks and how I Started it and literally just going around and I'm going to do it until I get to the top so um as y'all see I'm using a blow dryer to I use 30 second hair glue in a blow dryer to dry it just for a faster. It does dry faster rather than a 99 like just a regular hair glue um, but yeah yeah. Just watch me as I go and I'll come back at the end. Thank you. Thank you, foreign foreign. I did use two packs of hair, I'm just about to take that off again um, you see it's dry, but I always take a blow dryer just do the inside um, especially because I'm going to apply clip-ins. So if you haven't watched my videos, you'll see how I do my um use my DIY clip-ins. I use the nail glue to apply them and that's just to give it a more secure hold. You do not have to do clip-ins. I just do it because it is a drawstring, so you can just scratch it to make it tighter, but I'm applying the clip-ins. So I'm just really measuring it on my hair right now trying to see - and I'm definitely going to start curling but yes yeah. It was full it looked nice already that couldn't even be a style itself um I dare brush with this, but definitely it is. This is like very, very versatile. You can do a lot of things, so I just did this. I post this video on Tick Tock. So I know she asked me to do a video, so that's why I want to kind of record this for y'all but definitely like. I said it's very easy to do and I think it took me less than 40 minutes just to glue the tracks on and do all of that and all the rest of me just curling the salad. So as y'all see, I'm just going to show a little bit of me: curling the hair and then you'll get the end result: foreign, okay, foreign, foreign, yeah, I'm just loading my hair, but I'm just trying to show different ways. You can wear it. That'S me putting the back ponytail on the top ponytail. I didn't want to wear the top ones, because my hair is shorter in the back, so I don't have like a full head. Hair is thin and short, but just showing the different ways. You can do this hair, but yes y'all this. Is it I'm just like just changing your part and doing how you want to it again if you have a little longer hair, but this is definitely a quick weave that you don't have to apply glue to your hair, but look at that top it's cute!
