Relaxer Update And Length Check | Healthy Relaxed Hair | The Finale

Hey guys welcome back welcome back. Where are my subbies at i see you, i see you too and all my newbies that happen to show up today i see y'all too, and just in case you don't know what a newbie is a newbie that be anybody. That'S checking me out, maybe for the first time, maybe for the second honey. We do not count around here. We really don't. I just want my subbies and my newbies to come on in come on in come on in okay. So today, i'm i'm just a little extra smiley today, um anyway, we're gon na get right to it. Today we are doing our check-in and for all those who are not initiated, let me break it down for you. We like to check, in every four weeks around here, we'd like to check in on our hair, to make sure everything is flowing and growing. You see what i'm saying. Okay. So with that being said, i just relax my hair. I relax my hair. As everyone knows, every eight weeks - that's right everywhere, seven to eight weeks, every eight weeks, so today i have relaxed my hair. Why i didn't relax it today, but this is the check-in for relaxer day i relax every eight weeks. I trim every four so on relax. Today i trim my hair and then four weeks out, i do a little dusting, okay and for all those who may have missed the little the little video i did one last week where i talked about my dusting, i also showed how i dust my hair, so I trimmed my hair because i relaxed my hair and we are just going to check in and see what is going on with it. Okay, i'm sorry, so the way that the program goes around here. Okay, is first we talk about the products. Maybe i use something new. Maybe i use something old. I give an update about the products. Then i show my hair um. Then i show my hair and then we get on to the benediction and get on up out here so honey. Let'S just jump right to it, so, first of all products products products we don't have no new products to talk about now. You guys know that i have my day ones day ones, that's everything that i use all of my holy grails that have been working for me. So there's no need in changing any of those up. Relaxer day went well. I used all my normal products. I will say that i use the last of my stash last of my precise relaxer stash yeah. Yes, i did so. I got ta, i got ta read up and i just wan na. Let you guys know that, hey when i said when i posted a little video about the precise not being readily available at sally beauty, which is normally where i just pick it up. Honey y'all responded in mass y'all. It was just a multitude and just a slew of responses, uh talking about where i can find it and one person, and you know who you are one person even bragged, about how their local beauty supply store just had tons and boxes and boxes and boxes and Boxes of precise relaxer gee thanks, i'm not so fortunate to have a beauty supply store with such a large s, but that's okay, good good good for you but um. I thank everybody for their responses. I thank everybody for just jumping in and say hey. You can find it here. You can find a head here here. So don't cry for me, argentina. The truth is, i will be able to find the precise relaxer i just have to you know: either have my sister ship it to me, or i would just buy it online which i've done before, but you know i was trying to avoid it because the packaging You know you want to be careful when you get stuff in the mail. It doesn't matter anyway, so i may go that route so other than that. I have not been using anything new i've slowly been using my new combs. I have two wooden combs, so i normally just reach for my plastic one so that that's just out of habit, but i am enjoying the combs uh, but other than that. Nothing else is new, not with the products. So with that being said, we are about to do a length check. That'S what we do around here. So we i i'm going to show you what i am now working with stop and, as most of you guys know, we do this length check because my goal is mid back length. So we are just going to see the tail of the tape. If you will see, if we've gotten any closer to our goal and uh yeah, so no more jibber jabber we're just going to get right to and i'm going to show you the locks. So let's go so so! Okay, guys, did you see what was going on in the back now, we've been trusting and believing we have been praying and believing we have been trimming and believing and with lots of patience, we've been leaving now, i'm wearing the same equipment, and we got, i believe, All the toes off of bra stripe street, which means we have reached mid-back lane. I don't think y'all heard me. We have reached maybach lane now we've been trusting, trusting believing leaving praying praying believing believing trimming trimming believing believing and with patience, patience. We'Ve been believing believing and now we are at mid back lane. I don't think y'all hear me. This is for all y'all in the back, we're at mid-back plane we're at mid-back lane we're at midnight lane we've reached midnight lane we've been trusting believing treatment, believing brain believing patience, believing trusting believing dreaming. Now we got mid back length, one more time mid back length. I don't think you'll hear me, i don't think you'll hear me, i don't think you hear me we have reached. We have reached mid back y'all. We have reached mid back length, i am so excited. I am so excited now just just to give the official tail of the tape. These are my shoulders. Okay, we got shoulders and then i showed you my bra strap i'm wearing the same equipment. Okay, so we're just gon na, say bra straight, my bra strap. We are past broadstar street, okay, it's cool because we were. We were hanging on broadside street, we're sort of loitering and just hanging out on broad stretch straight for a minute. Then we had one toe. Then we had two toes and we had three. Now we got all the toes off of brusha, and now we are at mid back lane, because these are my shoulders and right about here is my waist, my natural waist. So we we're a little past the bra and we're actually a little past mid mid. So we are at mid back lane and for all those who, like abbreviations, we had mbl okay, so we went from bsl to mbl and i am so excited i must say i know i'm so excited i almost. I almost spilled the beans in the beginning of the video you know, because i got a little giggly anyway, i'm glad i was able to hold on honey and i just wanted to show y'all the official showing of mid. Don'T have me sing the song again mid. Backplane we are at mid back lane. Yes, we are so i am so excited i am so excited and for all those who are just wondering why why are we singing and clapping about? You know hair length because we started off. You know just a little past. The shoulders you know i had a little hiccup with my health uh, the anemia done took it. You know it took a lot of my hair, so i started this journey as far as growing it back in getting it healthy and then getting it to the length that i desire, which is about mid back lane uh, which is which is mid back lane. You know mid back length or mid back lane, whatever you want to say, we call it laying around here, but you know it's all the same location. I claimed it in my last checkup video because i knew we were pretty much there but honey. When i officially looked at it and i relaxed my hair and everything was straight in this net, i said we here, we don't arrive honey, so i am so excited. I'M very happy, i'm at mid back length, that's the length that i wanted and now that i've reached it. First of all, i want to thank everybody for encouraging me. Yes, because so many of you have made comments about keep going. It looks great um, that's fantastic! You know you're going to reach your goal and i want to. I just want to send a shout out to all those who have been kind enough to send comments of encouragement because believe it or not. It does help when you set a goal and you sort of see it in your head and you're sort of inching towards it, not that i was discouraged, but you know sometimes when you hear a little cheerleader on the side, it helps, and so all my cheerleaders, All of those who have been throwing encouragement encouraging words to me to sort of help me along the way. I i really do appreciate it. I want to thank each and every one of you guys because all of it counts. It really does so. Thank you. So much and now that i have reached mid-back um, that's pretty much it for me. As far as the length, i don't have a desire to go to waist length. I don't have a desire to go anything beyond that. That'S just not my personal uh goal. So what i'm going to do? What i plan to do is i plan on just keeping it at that length. So when i trim you know, i'm just going to trim and make sure that i keep it at that length now if we go a little longer that that's fine, i'm not going to i'm not going to cry about it. Okay, i'm not going to shut it here, but my goal is not to really go any further as far as the length and uh with that being said, the next chapter will be color. I know i've broached this before broached this subject before in other videos, but now i'm going to focus in on the color again, nothing harsh, like a semi-permanent, we're gon na see what that's worth you know see how that works. On my hair, i've been looking at clairol, so i'm gon na start picking that up uh very soon, okay, so we're gon na get into color a little bit and then, after that i don't know guys. I don't know, but we'll we'll deal with it when when we get to it, okay, we'll deal with that crossroads when we get to it, but as far as i'm concerned now that we have done the length check, i think i think this is it as far As length checks, because we don't we we've done it, you know we've done it, we've reached our goals, so there's no. I don't really see a need for any more length checks. So with that being said, i think this may be the last one. So we'll probably get into something else and, like i said we're going to get into color and maybe some other different styles or whatever, but we'll see where the road goes. But you know like i always say it's not all about me it just it's just it. Just isn't so with that being said, it is time it is time for the part of our program. You all know what time it is. I know you are chomping at the, so i am not going to delay this any further everybody who's already initiated knows what is about to go down honey. It is wrong, so we got a song for just about everything up in here, get into it. It is roll call time, so anybody anybody within the sound of my voice can come on down, come on down the virtual aisle and give your testimony hair testimony. Okay, we we don't we don't. We don't want any personal business up in here. Okay, but any hair testimonies that y'all want to share up in here please go ahead and share anything new with your hair. Have you reached your goal? Yet? Okay, and if not, how close are you? I want y'all to stay encouraged. Okay, do not give up on these goals, don't look at anybody else's hair and compare because the hair on your head is just yours. Okay, it's unique to you and as long as you're doing all the right things you you're gon na have what you want. As far as goals are concerned, so with that being said, let us know what is going on with your hair. Have you tried anything old? Have you tried anything new? Did you cut it off honey?
